Description

Lactation cow total mixed ration with aerobic stability improved by adding mixed fermented feed and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal feed, in particular to a complete mixed ration for lactating cows, which is added with mixed fermented feed to improve aerobic stability, and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Total Mixed Ration (TMR) is a relatively balanced nutritional ration prepared by fully stirring and mixing roughage, concentrated feed and various additives by a TMR stirrer according to the nutritional requirements of different growth and development stages and different lactation stages of dairy cows, the freshly prepared TMR contains abundant carbohydrate, protein and other nutritional substances due to the mixing of various feed raw materials, and when the TMR is exposed to the air, aerobic microorganisms can decompose lactic acid, sugar and other soluble carbohydrate in the TMR to generate CO 2 Meanwhile, substances such as protein, amino acid and the like are decomposed to generate a large amount of heat, and aerobic decay occurs, so that the generation of the TMR heating decay phenomenon needs to be reduced or delayed, and the aerobic stability of the TMR is improved (the aerobic stability refers to the capability of keeping fresh and unchangeable after fresh TMR is prepared and exposed to the air).
Chinese patent with application number 201010182024.5 discloses a forage grass type fermented total mixed ration for dairy cows and a preparation method thereof, wherein forage grass and forage crops are firstly cut into pieces, and energy feed is crushed; putting the raw materials into a total-mixed ration stirrer in the sequence of increasing the specific gravity from small to large for mixing; after the raw materials are uniformly mixed, wrapping the mixture by using a silage wrapping machine or filling the mixture into silage bags, vacuumizing, sealing, storing, fermenting for 3-4 weeks to obtain the forage grass type fermented total mixed ration for the dairy cows.
This fermented TMR compares with fresh TMR, fresh TMR just shows the phenomenon of the thermal spoilage that starts in 12 hours, and the temperature rise is very fast, 24 hours back fresh TMR surface the moldy phenomenon appears, and fermented TMR does not generate heat and moldy phenomenon all the time, fermented TMR has good aerobic stability than fresh TMR, but pasture need in time adjust the TMR prescription according to the different nutritional requirement of milk cow, and fermented TMR is because the preparation cycle is long, can't in time adjust the composition, be unfavorable for the growth and the lactation of milk cow, and the fermented TMR of the different prescriptions of deposit simultaneously not only can lead to the cost too high, and pasture is easy damaged rotten and leads to the waste in fermented TMR storage fermentation process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the full mixed ration for the lactating cows, which is added with the mixed fermented feed to improve the aerobic stability, so that the aerobic stability of the fresh TMR is improved, the fresh TMR formula can be adjusted in time according to different nutritional requirements of the cows, the nutritional requirements of the cows are ensured, and the cost is reduced.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme: the total mixed ration for the lactating cows, which is added with the mixed fermented feed to improve the aerobic stability, comprises the following components in parts by mass: 85-95% of conventional TMR, 7-15% of mixed fermented feed and 0.5-1% of inhibitor, wherein the conventional TMR comprises the following components in parts by mass: 7-17% of forage grass, 20-35% of silage, 5-15% of protein feed, 10-25% of energy feed, 4-10% of food processing byproducts, 1-4% of beet pulp, 0.5-3% of molasses, 0.5-2.5% of premix and 14-20% of water.
By adopting the scheme, compared with the prior art that the fermented TMR cannot be adjusted in time due to long preparation period, and the cost is overhigh when the fermented TMR with different formulas is stored, and the fermented TMR is easy to damage and deteriorate in the storage process to cause waste, the fermented mixed fermented feed is mixed with the fresh conventional TMR, so that the mixed fermented feed has higher aerobic stability, the aerobic stability of the total mixed ration can be effectively improved only by adding a small amount of the mixed fermented feed through experiment, the storage time of the total mixed ration is prolonged, the total mixed ration cannot become hot and rot within 12 hours, the total mixed ration can be prepared twice in the morning and evening, the diet requirement of 24 hours all day can be met, each meal does not need to be prepared, the labor, machinery and material costs are reduced, and meanwhile, most of the total mixed ration is fresh conventional TMR, therefore, the nutrition requirements of the dairy cows in different stages can be ensured by adjusting the formula of the conventional TMR, and in addition, the proliferation of aerobic bacteria such as saccharomycetes, mould and the like is effectively inhibited by adding the inhibitor, so that the aerobic fermentation is inhibited, the mildewing and deterioration of the fully mixed daily ration and the loss of nutrient substances are slowed down, and the aerobic stability of the fully mixed daily ration is further improved.
Preferably, the mixed fermented feed is prepared by fermenting a fermentation substrate and a microbial inoculum, wherein the fermentation substrate comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-35% of forage grass, 15-25% of silage, 5-15% of protein feed, 20-30% of energy feed, 5-10% of food processing byproducts, 1-3% of molasses, 10-20% of water, 38-42% of water content of fermentation substrate, and the mass ratio of microbial inoculum to fermentation substrate is 0.2: 500000-5: 500000.
adopt above-mentioned scheme, carry out reasonable match with different feed ingredient, constitute the mixed fermentation feed that is fit for the microbial fermentation, add the microbial inoculum and carry out anaerobic fermentation and handle, the fermentation process can produce some trace substance and restrain aerobic microorganism's activity, thereby can effectively improve the aerobic stability of final fermentation product, through carrying out ratio fermentation to different feed ingredient, the raw materials ratio that can improve the aerobic stability of fermentation substrate is selected according to experiment inclinability and is fermented preparation mixed fermentation feed, the interpolation of molasses increases the sugar content, can produce acetic acid under the decomposition of lactobacillus buchneri, further promote the inhibitory action to aerobic microorganism.
