本发明公开了一种新型船体喷漆用喷涂装置,包括移动装置和喷涂机构,移动装置上安装有有驱动电机,驱动电机驱动端安装有主动锥形齿轮,移动装置上端安装有轴承底座,轴承底座内部安装有连接轴,连接轴上端安装有从动锥形齿轮,从动锥形齿轮与所述主动锥形齿轮啮合,从动锥形齿轮上端安装有圆盘底座,圆盘底座上端安装有伸缩臂,伸缩臂顶端安装有连接块,连接块一端安装有电动推杆,电动推杆末端安装有喷涂机构,喷涂机构包括有缸体、推杆、活塞、进料管、出料管、单向阀和喷头。本发明的喷涂装置可自动升降和伸缩,无需人工转动,克服现有技术中喷漆不均匀,并且消耗大量的人力物力的缺点。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷漆设备领域,具体为一种新型船体喷漆用喷涂装置。
背景技术
目前,船舶的喷漆都是采用人工来喷漆,一些较大的船体需要喷漆的面积非常的大,人工喷涂油漆会导致喷漆效果不均匀,并且人工喷漆不仅速度慢,而且工作量大,会消耗大量的人力物力。因此亟需研发一种喷漆均匀,速度快,节约人力物力的船舶用船体多方位喷漆装置,来克服现有技术中喷漆不均匀,并且消耗大量的人力物力的缺点。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的是提供一种船体喷漆用喷涂装置,以解决现有技术中喷漆不均匀,并且消耗大量的人力物力的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种船体喷漆用喷涂装置,包括移动装置和喷涂机构,所述移动装置上安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机驱动端安装有主动锥形齿轮,所述移动装置上端安装有轴承底座,所述轴承底座内部安装有连接轴,所述连接轴上端安装有从动锥形齿轮,所述从动锥形齿轮与所述主动锥形齿轮啮合,所述从动锥形齿轮上端安装有圆盘底座,所述圆盘底座上端安装有伸缩臂,所述伸缩臂顶端安装有连接块,所述连接块一端安装有电动推杆,所述电动推杆末端安装有喷涂机构,喷涂机构包括有缸体、推杆、活塞、进料管、出料管、单向阀和喷头。
进一步的,所述升降杆的上部右端连接有缸体,缸体内的左壁上接有推杆,推杆的右端连接有活塞,活塞与缸体内壁接触,缸体的右端连接有出料管,出料管的右端连接有喷头,缸体的上部连接有进料管,出料管与进料管均连接有单向阀。
综上所述,本发明主要具有以下有益效果:本发明的喷涂装置可自动升降和伸缩,无需人工转动,克服现有技术中喷漆不均匀,并且消耗大量的人力物力的缺点。

下面根据本发明的整体结构,对其实施例进行说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括移动装置1和喷涂机构,移动装置1上安装有驱动电机2,所述驱动电机2驱动端安装有主动锥形齿轮3,所述移动装置1上端安装有轴承底座4,所述轴承底座4内部安装有连接轴,所述连接轴上端安装有从动锥形齿轮5,所述从动锥形齿轮5与所述主动锥形齿轮2啮合,所述从动锥形齿轮5上端安装有圆盘底座,所述圆盘底座上端安装有伸缩臂6,所述伸缩臂6顶端安装有连接块7,所述连接块7一端安装有电动推杆8,所述电动推杆末端安装有喷涂机构。
本发明的喷涂机构包括有缸体9、推杆10、活塞11、进料管14、出料管12、单向阀和喷头13,电动推杆8的右端连接有缸体9,缸体9内的左壁连接有推杆10,推杆10的右端连接有活塞11,活塞11与缸体9内壁接触,缸体9的右端连接有出料管12,出料管12的右端连接有喷头13,缸体9的上部连接有进料管14,出料管12与进料管14均连接有单向阀。
本发明在对船体外壁进行喷涂时,首先将移动装置1移动到船体附近,启动伸缩臂6将喷涂机构抬高,启动驱动电机2,用来调整好伸缩臂6的方位,在启动伸缩臂6提升喷涂装置的高度,启动电动推杆8使推杆10带动活塞11向左移动,缸体9内的压强降低,这时油漆就会通过进料管14进入到缸体9,当推杆10带动活塞11向右移动时,缸体9内的油漆被挤压,就会通过出料管12和喷头13喷出,这样循环往复就可以进行对船舶进行喷漆了。

1.一种新型船体喷漆用喷涂装置,包括移动装置和喷涂机构,其特征在于,所述移动装置上安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机驱动端安装有主动锥形齿轮,所述移动装置上端安装有轴承底座,所述轴承底座内部安装有连接轴,所述连接轴上端安装有从动锥形齿轮,所述从动锥形齿轮与所述主动锥形齿轮啮合,所述从动锥形齿轮上端安装有圆盘底座,所述圆盘底座上端安装有伸缩臂,所述伸缩臂顶端安装有连接块,所述连接块一端安装有电动推杆,所述电动推杆末端安装有喷涂机构,喷涂机构包括有缸体、推杆、活塞、进料管、出料管、单向阀和喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型船体喷漆用喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述升降杆的上部右端连接有缸体,缸体内的左壁上接有推杆,推杆的右端连接有活塞,活塞与缸体内壁接触,缸体的右端连接有出料管,出料管的右端连接有喷头,缸体的上部连接有进料管,出料管与进料管均连接有单向阀。
