Abstract

本发明涉及一种阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法,该阻燃纤维纺织材料各组份的重量百分比为:含纤维10%~30%,阻燃剂30%~35%,粘合剂25%~40%;纤维的各组份的重量百分比为:碳纤维10%~30%、麻纤维20%~50%、丙纶纤维30%~40%;所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂;粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯类物质;根据本发明提供的阻燃纺织纤维,能够在不改变纺织纤维的生产工艺和装备的条件下制成,因而其制造成本较低。

一种阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
着社会经济水平的不断提高以及消费者健康、安全意识的增强,纺织纤维因为具有价廉、质轻、能自然降解、比强度和比刚度高等优异性能,因此作为增强材料广泛应用于高分子基复合材料的设计和制造;纺织纤维为主要增强体的复合板材均存在不足之处,主要的问题在于对易燃烧的天然麻纤维没有进行阻燃处理,在生产、储存、使用过程中存在安全隐患,一定程度上限制了其在各行业上的应用;为使其具有自身阻燃特性;设计一种阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决纺织材料中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃纤维纺织材料,该阻燃纤维纺织材料各组份的重量百分比为:含纤维10%~30%,阻燃剂30%~35%,粘合剂25%~40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,纤维的各组份的重量百分比为:碳纤维10%~30%、麻纤维 20%~50%、丙纶纤维30%~40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯类物质。
阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维的成网:碳纤维、麻纤维、丙纶纤维按比例混合梳理,层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮,最终形成均匀的纤维网;
(2)将最终形成的均匀的纤维采用针刺的方式进行加固,形成板材本体;
(3)加固后的板材本体的上表面沿板材本体的幅宽均匀喷淋阻燃剂,使阻燃剂自板材本体的下表面向板材本体内渗透;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理的纤维,然后在粘合剂下浸泡5-8min,水洗2-4次;
(5)进入烘干设备,烘箱85℃干燥2h,最后进行冷风降温成型处理;
(6)切割整理:将成型后最终得到的纤维切割至所需尺寸,整理入库。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构后,该阻燃纤维纺织材料除具有质量轻、强度高、韧性好及无毒环保的特点外,且合理的阻燃剂的添加量,能够在有效保证良好的阻燃效果的同时,并且阻燃剂在的纤维内分布均匀,阻燃效果不会因正常的使用而降低,根据本发明提供的阻燃纺织纤维,能够在不改变纺织纤维的生产工艺和装备的条件下制成,因而其制造成本较低。

实施例1:
一种阻燃纤维纺织材料,该阻燃纤维纺织材料各组份的重量百分比为:含纤维30%,阻燃剂35%,粘合剂35%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,纤维的各组份的重量百分比为:碳纤维10%、麻纤维50%、丙纶纤维40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯类物质。
阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维的成网:碳纤维、麻纤维、丙纶纤维按比例混合梳理,层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮,最终形成均匀的纤维网;
(2)将最终形成的均匀的纤维采用针刺的方式进行加固,形成板材本体;
(3)加固后的板材本体的上表面沿板材本体的幅宽均匀喷淋阻燃剂,使阻燃剂自板材本体的下表面向板材本体内渗透;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理的纤维,然后在粘合剂下浸泡5min,水洗2次;

实施例2:

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯类物质。
阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维的成网:碳纤维、麻纤维、丙纶纤维按比例混合梳理,层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮,最终形成均匀的纤维网;
(2)将最终形成的均匀的纤维采用针刺的方式进行加固,形成板材本体;
(3)加固后的板材本体的上表面沿板材本体的幅宽均匀喷淋阻燃剂,使阻燃剂自板材本体的下表面向板材本体内渗透;
(4)将经过步骤(3)处理的纤维,然后在粘合剂下浸泡8min,水洗4次;
(5)进入烘干设备,烘箱85℃干燥2h,最后进行冷风降温成型处理。
(6)切割整理:将成型后最终得到的纤维切割至所需尺寸,整理入库。

1.一种阻燃纤维纺织材料,其特征在于:该阻燃纤维纺织材料各组份的重量百分比为:含纤维10%~30%,阻燃剂30%~35%,粘合剂25%~40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃纤维纺织材料,其特征在于:纤维的各组份的重量百分比为:碳纤维10%~30%、麻纤维20%~50%、丙纶纤维30%~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃纤维纺织材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为溴系阻燃剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃纤维纺织材料,其特征在于:粘合剂为聚异氰脲酸酯类物质。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法,其特征在于:阻燃纤维纺织材料及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维的成网:碳纤维、麻纤维、丙纶纤维按比例混合梳理,层层重叠成一定厚度的网絮,最终形成均匀的纤维网;
(2)将最终形成的均匀的纤维采用针刺的方式进行加固,形成板材本体;
(3)加固后的板材本体的上表面沿板材本体的幅宽均匀喷淋阻燃剂,使阻燃剂自板材本体的下表面向板材本体内渗透;
