技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料增强技术领域,具体涉及超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布。
背景技术
近几年,家装地暖用量大幅增长,地暖铺装时,先铺装绝热层,再安装热水塑料管道,上部铺装大网孔耐碱网格布,最后加注混凝土砂浆,抹平地面,完成地暖施工。
而以前,地暖铺装都是使用钢制增强网(钢丝网),使用后容易生锈,影响增强效果;更重要的是,钢丝网生锈后,出现的毛刺容易刺穿塑料水管,造成水管破裂,需要砸开地面才能修复。
基于此,我们提出超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布,其耐碱性能好,使用寿命长,可大幅提高混凝土地面、墙面的抗裂性能,增强效果好,不存在锈蚀、刺穿水管的问题,替代钢丝网已成为地暖的趋势,从而来满足地暖、混凝土墙体、水泥路基增强等特定需求使用。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布,包括网格布主体,所述网格布主体包括纬纱和经纱,所述纬纱和经纱交织织造或呈90°经编编织,所述经纱和纬纱呈三经一纬结构排布;
所述网格布主体上涂覆有耐碱性高分子材料。
优选地,所述三经一纬结构为两根经纱交织后组成一组经向,纬纱90°穿过交织经纱;所述三组经向并排排列,构成一组经纱结构,间隔20-60毫米网孔,再排列一组经纱结构,布面幅宽内依次排布同类经纱结构。
基于上述技术特征,相较一经一纬的传统工法,具有经纱线密度不需要太大,便于市场采购等优点。
优选地,所述经纱为无捻纱。
基于上述技术特征,对经纱使用无捻纱直接替换了传统工艺使用的有捻纱,方便本申请的织造方法由传统工艺整经-织布二步法改为纱架直接织布一步法的使用。
优选地,所述网格布主体上的网孔尺寸为经20-60mm,纬20-60mm;经纬密度5根-1.6根/10cm。
基于上述技术特征,本发明的网格布网孔大,相较于普通网格布,网孔尺寸是普通网格布的150-500%,从而使得混凝土砂石易于通过网孔,混凝土与网格布结合充分。
优选地,所述纬纱和经纱均采用耐碱玻璃纤维纱制作,所述耐碱玻璃纤维纱中的单纤维直径为14-17μm,所述经纱纱线密度为600-1200tex,所述纬纱纱线密度为1200-3000tex,耐碱玻纤氧化锆含量不低于16%。
基于上述技术特征,相较于普通网格布,经纱线密度高1000%左右,传统方法无法制作。
优选地,所述耐碱性高分子材料为水性聚丙烯酸酯类乳液,玻璃化温度10-20℃,占网格布重量的12-18%,耐碱玻璃纤维占82-88%。
基于上述技术特征,普通玻纤网格布使用中碱或无碱玻纤制作,耐碱能力相较于本申请中的耐碱玻璃纤维网格布低,从而提高超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布的使用寿命长。
优选地,所述网格布主体的制造涂覆工艺为:耐碱玻璃纤维纱-纱架直接织布一步法织造-中心卷加表面卷结合卷取-坯布-浸胶-控胶-烘干-牵伸定型-储布-分切收卷,其中烘干温度为170-190℃,走布速度为10-15米/分钟。
基于上述技术特征,相较普通网布,温度提高10-20℃,走布速度降低5-10米/分钟,解决了纱线粗不宜烘干、易返潮、大网孔网格定位性等技术难题。
综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益效果:
一、本申请的超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布对经纱和纬纱采用三经一纬结构,进行交织织造,成型良好,布面平整,无异味,软硬适中,施工方便,容易加注混凝土,结构密实无空隙。
二、地暖安装使用后,地面无拱起、无裂缝,热水管路无破损。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-2对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明提供的一种实施例:如图1所示,超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布采用耐碱玻璃纤维纱经织造、涂覆耐碱乳液、烘干定型制成,本技术方案包含超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布技术设计和制作方法,包含但不限于经纬纱配比、经纱排布结构、织物结构、主要涂覆材料成分和织造、涂覆制作方法。
如图1所示,具体为:超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布包括网格布主体1,网格布主体1包括纬纱101和经纱102,纬纱101和经纱102均采用耐碱玻璃纤维纱制作,耐碱玻璃纤维纱中的单纤维直径为14-17μm,经纱102纱线密度为600-1200tex,纬纱101纱线密度为1200-3000tex,耐碱玻纤氧化锆含量不低于16%。相较于普通网格布(普通网格布用经纱一般是67tex/136tex),经纱线密度高1000%左右,传统方法无法制作。
如图1所示,纬纱101和经纱102交织织造或呈90°经编编织,经纱102和纬纱101排布呈三经一纬结构:两根经纱交织后组成一组经向,纬纱90°穿过交织经纱;三组经向并排排列,构成一组经纱结构,间隔20-60mm网孔,再排列一组经纱结构,与纬纱交织后,构成布面幅宽内的多组三经一纬结构。经纱结构与纬纱构成网孔,简称三经一纬结构。相较一经一纬的传统工法,其优点是:a、经纱线密度不需要太大,便于市场采购;b、织物厚度小;c、在保证网孔大尺寸的条件下,增加大网孔网布织物紧密度和布面平整度,有利于网格布使用过程中形状结构稳定,方便使用。
如图1所示,网格布主体1上涂覆有耐碱性高分子材料。即坯布需要涂覆一定数量的耐碱性高分子材料,耐碱性高分子材料为水性聚丙烯酸酯类乳液,玻璃化温度10-20℃,占网格布重量的12-18%,耐碱玻璃纤维占82-88%。超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布单位面积质量:100-300g/m2,普通玻纤网格布使用中碱或无碱玻纤制作,耐碱能力相较于本申请中的耐碱玻璃纤维网格布低,从而提高超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布的使用寿命长。
如图2所示,网格布主体1的制造涂覆工艺为:耐碱玻璃纤维纱-纱架直接织布一步法织造-中心卷加表面卷结合卷取-坯布-浸胶-控胶-烘干-牵伸定型-储布-分切收卷,其中烘干温度为170-190℃,走布速度为10-15米/分钟。相较普通网布,温度提高10-20℃,走布速度降低5-10米/分钟,解决了纱线粗不宜烘干、易返潮、大网孔网格定位性等技术难题。通过多机构牵伸定型,释放网格布纱线张力,使网布布面平整,结构稳定。传统网格布涂覆工艺比较简单,没有多轴牵伸定型功能,工艺路线较短。经纱102为无捻纱,对经纱102使用无捻纱直接替换了传统工艺使用的有捻纱,方便本申请的织造方法由传统工艺整经-织布二步法改为纱架直接织布一步法的使用。
如图1所示,网格布主体1上的网孔尺寸为经20-60mm,纬20-60mm;经纬密度5根-1.6根/10cm(普通网布经纬密度10根-30根/10cm),只有普通网布密度的16%左右,普通网格布织机无法织造该低密度网格布。该网格布保持稳定结构的难度较大,织造和涂覆处理工艺要求高、难度大,在制作中需要采取针对措施,提高网格布定位性能,因此,采用“耐碱玻璃纤维纱-纱架直接织布一步法织造-中心卷加表面卷结合卷取-坯布-浸胶-控胶-烘干-牵伸定型-储布-分切收卷”的涂覆工艺解决了上述问题。织造时,采用跳纬特殊织法织造、中心卷和表面卷结合卷取方法,解决网孔大带来的超常规低密度、经纱位置集中而卷取成型不好等工艺难题;涂覆接头时,由于经纱根数少,网孔大,常规网布采用的搭接缝合接头方法存在接头不牢、断接头等问题,超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布采用布卷单股经纱相接方式。
以上均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布,包括网格布主体(1),其特征在于:所述网格布主体(1)包括纬纱(101)和经纱(102),所述纬纱(101)和经纱(102)交织织造或呈90°经编编织,所述经纱(102)和纬纱(101)呈三经一纬结构排布;
所述网格布主体(1)上涂覆有耐碱性高分子材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布,其特征在于:所述三经一纬结构为两根经纱交织后组成一组经向,纬纱90°穿过交织经纱;所述三组经向并排排列,构成一组经纱结构,间隔20-60毫米网孔,再排列一组经纱结构,布面幅宽内依次排布同类经纱结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布,其特征在于:所述经纱(102)为无捻纱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布,其特征在于:所述网格布主体(1)上的网孔尺寸为经20-60mm,纬20-60mm;经纬密度5根-1.6根/10cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超大网孔玻璃纤维网格布,其特征在于:所述纬纱(101)和经纱(102)均采用耐碱玻璃纤维纱制作,所述耐碱玻璃纤维纱中的单纤维直径为14-17μm,所述经纱(102)纱线密度为600-1200tex,所述纬纱(101)纱线密度为1200-3000tex,耐碱玻纤氧化锆含量不低于16%。
