技术领域
本发明提供一种铝渣的新用途,铝渣可以经过安定化之后作为一种新式涂料,这样的涂料具有金属光泽的外观。
背景技术
铝为高活性金属,在提炼铝的冶炼过程中会伴随着氧化反应的发生,再加上原料中含有机物等杂质进而导致铝渣的产生。铝渣中的主要成分由氧化铝、金属铝、氮化铝、碳化铝、氧化硅及部分盐所组成,在铝的一次冶炼生成的铝渣称作一次铝渣灰,其含有40%~50%具回收价值的金属铝,所以会再次进行回收程序,经分离过后呈现粉末状的铝渣则称为二次铝渣灰,后续可继续以球磨的方式,依据二次铝渣灰中各成分物性的不同,在球磨后以筛网分离的方法将金属铝从二次铝渣灰中分离出来,而残留的混合物则称为铝灰。
目前国内处理铝渣、铝灰的方式大多以掩埋为主,然而,铝渣灰中含有氮化铝,极容易与环境中的水或是潮湿空气进行化学反应,释放出氨气、氮、甲烷等气体,直接掩埋容易造成环境的污染。因此在进行后续处理之前,会对铝渣灰进行安定化或稳定化,所谓的安定化是使铝渣灰的活性成分仍保有活性,而稳定化则是将铝渣灰的活性成分失活。然而,如何以有效且低污染的方式处理铝渣灰仍是一项需要被研究的议题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种铝渣的新用途,用于制备涂料,是以总重量为基准,其特征是:包含:一铝渣组成物40%至60%、偶联剂3%至10%、树酯30%至50%以及余量的添加物。所述铝渣组成物是作为涂料的填充剂,是将一铝渣与一助磨剂进行无水研磨而形成的粉末,使铝渣所含的氮化铝能维持不会氧化或水解的安定的状态,这样的涂料也具有特殊的金属光泽。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种含有铝渣的涂料,涂料包含铝渣进行安定化处理形成的铝渣组成物。安定化处理是将铝渣与助磨剂进行无水研磨而形成的粉末状的铝渣组成物,助磨剂选自醇胺类极性分子、多元醇、不饱和脂肪酸、硬脂酸钠、矿物质、苯乙烯共聚物以及马来酸酐衍生物的至少其中一种。
助磨剂在干磨的过程中同时作为包覆铝渣的表面改性剂。除了能控制铝渣的粒径,渐少氮化铝粉末颗粒的团聚或再团聚,也能后在铝渣粉末的表面形成保护,而达到氮化铝AlN表面改性目的。因此,铝渣组成物中所含的氮化铝(AlN)不会在与水反应,故能减少氮化铝生成氨气的机会,减少氨气的释出。
该醇胺类极性分子包含三乙醇胺(TEA)、三异丙醇胺(TIPA)、二乙醇单异丙醇胺(DEIPA)或酞胺,该多元醇包含乙二醇(PEG)或聚乙二醇,该不饱和脂肪酸类包含硬脂酸,该矿物质包含滑石粉。此外,聚乙二醇可以使用平均分子量介于200至400的聚乙二醇(即PEG200至PEG400)。
醇胺类单体分子中都含有羟基,在研磨时能够较好的分散性,影响研磨的物化性能,为良好的助磨剂,也可以改进氮化铝AlN颗粒表面活性。在铝渣球磨及轮辗程序中,铝渣所含的AlN颗粒产生瞬时偶极距,与邻近份子瞬时极化,后者又反过来增强原来分子的瞬时偶极距(范德华力),因此可以颗粒表面形成稳定之Al(OH)3保护膜。
偶联剂的作用是使涂料施作于墙面时能形成保护膜,可以选自硅烷偶联剂(分子式为CH2=C(CH3)COO(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3)、铝酸脂偶联剂、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基偶联剂(分子式为CH3CCH2COO(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3)、r-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三乙氧基偶联剂(分子式为CH3CCH2COO(CH2)Si(OC2H5)3)的至少其中一种。
当混合助磨剂与铝渣之后在混合偶联剂时,可以透过偶联剂作用、氢键与配位键相互作用、离子键与共价键的结合,形成偶联剂接枝共聚改性,于颗粒表面改性达到液相包覆氮化铝AlN抗水解。
以下提供具体实施例以更了解本发明的内涵。

将铝渣破碎,磁选除去铁质,将加热并雾化助磨剂添加进入破碎铝渣中一起球磨、轮辗,将研磨后的铝渣组成物,加入加热雾化的偶联剂,接着进行筛网分筛与风选,于本实施例中,加入涂料的配方的铝渣组成物是在上述的风选分级后获得的产物,选出铝渣组成物的粉末,故其含有细致的氧化铝,其粒径小于20μ。

Claims (5)
1.一种铝渣涂料,以总重量为基准,其特征是:包含:一铝渣组成物40%至60%、偶联剂3%至10%、树酯30%至50%以及余量的添加物;其中,
所述铝渣组成物是将一铝渣与一助磨剂进行无水研磨而形成的粉末,所述助磨剂选自醇胺类极性分子、多元醇、不饱和脂肪酸、硬脂酸钠、矿物质、苯乙烯共聚物以及马来酸酐衍生物的至少其中一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝渣涂料,其特征是:所述醇胺类极性分子包含三乙醇胺(TEA)、三异丙醇胺(TIPA)、二乙醇单异丙醇胺(DEIPA)或酞胺,所述多元醇包含乙二醇(PEG)或聚乙二醇,所述不饱和脂肪酸类包含硬脂酸,所述矿物质包含滑石粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝渣涂料,其特征是:所述多元醇为平均分子量介于200至400的聚乙二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝渣涂料,其特征是:所述偶联剂选自硅烷偶联剂、铝酸脂偶联剂、3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基偶联剂、r-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三乙氧基偶联剂的至少其中一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝渣涂料,其特征是:所述铝渣组成物的粉末的是经风选分级且粒径小于20μ。
