Abstract

本发明公开了一种防虫胶合板的制备方法,涉及胶合板生产技术领域,包含以下操作步骤:(1)将单板浸入质量分数为3%的双氧水水溶液处理液中浸泡0.5h,取出干燥至含水量为8‑12%;(2)将防虫涂液通过刷涂或喷涂的方式涂于单板表面,自然干燥,然后经含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂涂胶、组胚,并压制得到防虫胶合板。本发明采用防虫涂液结合含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂防虫,防虫涂液能在木质纤维表面纵向渗透,能够渗透到纤维空隙中,增强了防虫效果。

一种防虫胶合板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及胶合板生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防虫胶合板的制备方法。
背景技术
胶合板是人造板的一种,是建筑和家具常用装饰材料之一。由于胶合板是经过木质单板经过组胚热压制成的,其主要材料仍为木材,而木材在长时间的使用过程中,容易遭受虫蚁等侵害,造成胶合板的腐烂,进而导致由其制成的家具的损坏,缩短其使用寿命。现有防虫通常是在胶黏剂中加入防虫剂涂胶后压制得到,但是该方法由于防虫剂未渗入纤维空隙中,防虫的效果不是很好。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防虫胶合板的制备方法,通过在单板中刷涂或喷涂防虫涂液步骤,使防虫涂液能够渗入纤维空隙中,防虫性能好,提高耐久性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防虫胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下操作步骤:
(1)将单板浸入质量分数为3%的双氧水水溶液处理液中浸泡0.5h,取出干燥至含水量为8-12%;
(2)将防虫涂液通过刷涂或喷涂的方式涂于单板表面,自然干燥,然后经含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂涂胶、组胚,并压制得到防虫胶合板。
进一步的,所述防虫涂液的组分包括防虫剂15-20份、表面活性剂3-5份和水100份。
进一步的,所述防虫剂的组分包括质量比为1∶5的硼酸、第一氰戊菊酯。
进一步的,所述防虫涂液的制备方法为:按照比例在反应容器中加入硼酸和水,搅拌加热至60℃使其溶解,接着加入第一氰戊菊酯和表面活性剂继续搅拌30min,得到该防虫涂液。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
进一步的,所述含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂为第二氰戊菊酯与胶黏剂的重量比为1∶100,该第二氰戊菊酯呈微胶囊形态。
进一步的,所述胶黏剂为三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中胶黏剂的涂胶量为180-200g/m2
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的压制包括预压和热压,预压时间为30-40min,预压压力为1-1.4Mpa,热压温度为130-135℃,热压时间为2-3min,热压压力为2-3Mpa。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明利用采用3%的双氧水水溶液对单板进行浸入处理,可以对虫卵等进行杀菌处理;在涂胶前对单板表面刷涂或喷涂防虫涂液,有利于防虫涂液在木质纤维表面纵向渗透,能够渗透到纤维空隙中,从而增加防虫效果;涂覆防虫涂液后,进一步涂覆含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂,一是可以对防虫涂液进行保护,防止长期使用过程中单板中防虫涂液流失,二是进一步增强防虫,保证防虫效果的持久性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。
实施例1
(1)将单板浸入质量分数为3%的双氧水水溶液处理液中浸泡0.5h,取出干燥至含水量为8-12%;
(2)将防虫涂液通过刷涂或喷涂的方式涂于单板表面,自然干燥,然后经含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂涂胶、组胚,胶黏剂的涂胶量为180g/m2,并压制得到防虫胶合板。压制包括预压和热压,预压时间为30-40min,预压压力为1-1.4Mpa,热压温度为130-135℃,热压时间为2-3min,热压压力为2-3Mpa。
所述防虫涂液的组分包括防虫剂15份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份和水100份。

所述防虫涂液的组分包括防虫剂20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份和水100份。

防虫性能测试,将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制得的胶合板裁剪成50×50mm尺寸的样品,放入培养皿中,并投放30只白蚁,观察白蚁存活时间,所得结果如下表所示:

从实施例1-3结果可看出,本发明的防虫剂采用硼酸、氰戊菊酯质量比1∶5复配,提高了防虫效果,且其胶合强度满足国家标准。而不涂覆方虫涂液时,其防虫效果明显下降。
从对比例1和对比例2可看出,当单独使用硼酸、氰戊菊酯作为防虫涂胶的防虫剂时,其防虫效果有所下降。这是由于纤维表面有含有大量亲水的羟基,单纯涂覆氰戊菊酯时,由于其为有机防虫剂,与纤维的亲合性不好,浸润效果不够好,不能很好地渗透在纤维空隙中。硼酸能杀死白蚁体内的原生动物,使其不再分泌纤维素酶,同时对白蚁的纤维素酶的活性也具有抑制作用,但是高浓度的硼酸才对白蚁具有很好的拒食作用,而硼酸在水中具有一定的溶解度,且随着温度的升高溶解度增大,但温度过高时候,能随水蒸气挥发,不利于操作,单独使用硼酸不利于获得高浓度的涂覆液。本发明通过硼酸与氰戊菊酯有组合,使得硼酸能有效溶解于水中,并通过涂覆渗透在纤维空隙中,并配合氰戊菊酯杀虫,提高了防虫性能。
本发明通过在涂胶前单板表面刷涂或喷涂防虫涂液,有利于防虫涂液在木质纤维表面纵向渗透,能够渗透到纤维空隙中,从而增加防虫效果;涂覆防虫涂液后,进一步涂覆含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂,一是可以对防虫涂液进行保护,防止长期使用过程中单板中防虫涂液流失,二是进一步增强防虫,保证防虫效果的持久性。
另外,本发明的防虫涂液中的防虫剂的组分包括质量比为1∶5的硼酸和第一氰戊菊酯,硼酸为白色粉末状结晶,其可溶于水,当溶解于水后,可有效地涂覆在单板的表面,有利于其渗透到纤维空隙中,自然干燥,使其残留在空隙中,保证了分布的均匀性,硼酸配合杀虫谱广的氰戊菊酯,可有效地防虫。

1.一种防虫胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下操作步骤:
(1)将单板浸入质量分数为3%的双氧水水溶液处理液中浸泡0.5h,取出干燥至含水量为8-12%;
(2)将防虫涂液通过刷涂或喷涂的方式涂于单板表面,自然干燥,然后经含氰戊菊酯胶黏剂涂胶、组胚,并压制得到防虫胶合板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防虫胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防虫涂液的组分包括防虫剂15-20份、表面活性剂3-5份和水100份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防虫胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防虫剂的组分包括质量比为1∶5的硼酸、第一氰戊菊酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防虫胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防虫涂液的制备方法为:按照比例在反应容器中加入硼酸和水,搅拌加热至60℃使其溶解,接着加入第一氰戊菊酯和表面活性剂继续搅拌30min,得到该防虫涂液。
