本发明公开了一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A)将氯化锂、竹炭粉、碳纤维、氯化钙、淀粉、蒙脱石和去离子水加入搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,所述氯化锂为:10~20份、竹炭粉为:5~8份、碳纤维为:3~4份、氯化钙为:10~20份、淀粉为:4~6份、蒙脱石为:10~20份、去离子水为:8~15份;与现有技术相比,能够提高吸水效果,并且不易破碎。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种吸水材料的技术领域,特别是一种空气吸水材料的制备方法的技术领域。
【背景技术】
干燥剂利用其较好的除湿能力来吸附空气中的水分,保持室内或物品包装在较长时间内干燥,从而到达防潮、防霉的目的。
干燥剂已经逐渐成为人们生活中的必需品,它使用方便,但目前市场上的干燥剂吸水效果还有待提高,并且容易破碎。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,能够提高吸水效果,并且不易破碎。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将氯化锂、竹炭粉、碳纤维、氯化钙、淀粉、蒙脱石和去离子水加入搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,所述氯化锂为:10~20份、竹炭粉为:5~8份、碳纤维为:3~4份、氯化钙为:10~20份、淀粉为:4~6份、蒙脱石为:10~20份、去离子水为:8~15份;
B)将二氧化硅气凝胶、五氧化二磷和活性氧化铝加入混合物料A中进行搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,所述二氧化硅气凝胶为:2~3份、五氧化二磷为:1~2份、活性氧化铝为:2~3份;
C)将混合物料B用挤压机压成丸状,并在130~150℃烘干环境中烘干即得成品。
作为优选,所述氯化锂为:15份、竹炭粉为:7份、碳纤维为:3份、氯化钙为:15份、淀粉为:5份、蒙脱石为:15份、去离子水为:10份。
作为优选,所述二氧化硅气凝胶为:3份、五氧化二磷为:2份、活性氧化铝为:3份。
作为优选,所述C)步骤中的烘干环境为140℃。
作为优选,所述去离子水的加入方法为采用多次喷水的操作。
作为优选,所述淀粉为玉米淀粉。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能够提高吸水效果,并且不易破碎。

实施例1
本发明一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将氯化锂、竹炭粉、碳纤维、氯化钙、淀粉、蒙脱石和去离子水加入搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,所述氯化锂为:15份、竹炭粉为:7份、碳纤维为:3份、氯化钙为:15份、淀粉为:5份、蒙脱石为:15份、去离子水为:10份;所述去离子水的加入方法为采用多次喷水的操作,所述淀粉为玉米淀粉;
B)将二氧化硅气凝胶、五氧化二磷和活性氧化铝加入混合物料A中进行搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,所述二氧化硅气凝胶为:3份、五氧化二磷为:2份、活性氧化铝为:3份;
C)将混合物料B用挤压机压成丸状,并在140℃烘干环境中烘干即得成品。
实施例2
本发明一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将氯化锂、竹炭粉、碳纤维、氯化钙、淀粉、蒙脱石和去离子水加入搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,所述氯化锂为:10份、竹炭粉为:8份、碳纤维为:4份、氯化钙为:20份、淀粉为:4份、蒙脱石为:20份、去离子水为:10份;所述去离子水的加入方法为采用多次喷水的操作,所述淀粉为玉米淀粉;
B)将二氧化硅气凝胶、五氧化二磷和活性氧化铝加入混合物料A中进行搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,所述二氧化硅气凝胶为:3份、五氧化二磷为:2份、活性氧化铝为:3份;
C)将混合物料B用挤压机压成丸状,并在150℃烘干环境中烘干即得成品。
实施例3
本发明一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将氯化锂、竹炭粉、碳纤维、氯化钙、淀粉、蒙脱石和去离子水加入搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,所述氯化锂为:20份、竹炭粉为:8份、碳纤维为:4份、氯化钙为:20份、淀粉为:6份、蒙脱石为:10份、去离子水为:15份;所述去离子水的加入方法为采用多次喷水的操作,所述淀粉为玉米淀粉;
B)将二氧化硅气凝胶、五氧化二磷和活性氧化铝加入混合物料A中进行搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,所述二氧化硅气凝胶为:2份、五氧化二磷为:1份、活性氧化铝为:3份;
C)将混合物料B用挤压机压成丸状,并在150℃烘干环境中烘干即得成品。

A)将氯化锂、竹炭粉、碳纤维、氯化钙、淀粉、蒙脱石和去离子水加入搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到混合物料A,所述氯化锂为:10~20份、竹炭粉为:5~8份、碳纤维为:3~4份、氯化钙为:10~20份、淀粉为:4~6份、蒙脱石为:10~20份、去离子水为:8~15份;
B)将二氧化硅气凝胶、五氧化二磷和活性氧化铝加入混合物料A中进行搅拌均匀,得到混合物料B,所述二氧化硅气凝胶为:2~3份、五氧化二磷为:1~2份、活性氧化铝为:2~3份;
C)将混合物料B用挤压机压成丸状,并在130~150℃烘干环境中烘干即得成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氯化锂为:15份、竹炭粉为:7份、碳纤维为:3份、氯化钙为:15份、淀粉为:5份、蒙脱石为:15份、去离子水为:10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅气凝胶为:3份、五氧化二磷为:2份、活性氧化铝为:3份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种空气吸水材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述C)步骤中的烘干环境为140℃。
