Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于平视显示器的复合板和投影装置。
背景技术
现代汽车越来越多地被装备有所谓的平视显示器(HUD)。利用典型地在仪表板的区域中的投影仪,图像被投影到挡风玻璃板上,在那里被反射并且由驾驶员感知为(从该驾驶员看)在挡风玻璃板后面的虚拟图像。因此,可以将重要信息、例如当前行驶速度、导航或警告提示投影到驾驶员的视场中,驾驶员可以感知所述重要信息,而不必将其视线从车道转开。平视显示器因此可以显著地为提高交通安全性作出贡献。
在上面描述的平视显示器的情况下出现以下问题:投影仪图像在挡风玻璃板的两个表面处被反射。由此,驾驶员不仅感知期望的主图像,所述主图像由在挡风玻璃板的内部空间侧表面处的反射引起(初次反射)。驾驶员还感知轻微偏移的、通常强度较弱的双重像,所述双重像由在挡风玻璃板的外侧表面处的反射引起(二次反射)。后者通常也被称为虚影(“重影”)。该问题通常通过以下方式来解决,即彼此以有意识地选择的角度布置反射表面,使得使主图像和虚影重叠,由此虚影不再以干扰的方式显眼。
挡风玻璃板由两个玻璃板组成,所述玻璃板经由热塑性薄膜相互层压。如果玻璃板的表面应该如所描述那样以一角度被布置,则常见的是,使用具有非恒定厚度的热塑性薄膜。也谈及楔状薄膜或楔形薄膜。薄膜的两个表面之间的角度被称为楔角。楔角可以在整个薄膜上是恒定的(线性厚度变化)或与位置有关地变化(非线性厚度变化)。具有楔形薄膜的复合玻璃例如从WO2009/071135A1、EP1800855B1或EP1880243A2中已知。
由于与p偏振相比挡风玻璃板的更好反射特征,HUD投影仪的辐射典型地基本上是s偏振的。但是,如果驾驶员佩戴仅透射p偏振光的偏振选择性太阳镜,则所述驾驶员几乎不能或者根本不能感知HUD图像。因此,存在对与偏振选择性太阳镜兼容的HUD投影装置的需求。
DE 10 2014 220 189 A1公开一种HUD投影装置,所述HUD投影装置以p偏振辐射被运行,以便产生HUD图像。由于入射角度典型地接近布儒斯特角(Brewsterwinkel)并且因此p偏振辐射仅在小的程度上被玻璃表面反射,所以挡风玻璃板具有反射结构,所述反射结构可以在驾驶员的方向上反射p偏振辐射。作为反射结构提出具有厚度为5 nm至9 nm、例如由银或铝制成的单个金属层,所述金属层被施加在内板的背离载客汽车的内部空间的外侧上。
在US 2004/0135742 A1同样公开了一种HUD投影装置,所述HUD投影装置以p偏振辐射被运行,以便产生HUD图像,并且具有反射结构,所述反射结构可以在驾驶员的方向上反射p偏振辐射。在US 5,882,774 A中公开的多层聚合物层被提出作为反射结构。
DE 10 2019 002 952 A1公开一种具有平视显示器和传感器区域的复合板,其中复合板包括薄膜,所述薄膜具有在光谱的可见范围内的光的至少8%的反射,并且所述薄膜在传感器区域中具有留空部(Aussparung)。
在HUD中显示的信息、例如速度或还有与在前面行驶的交通工具的间隔,通过集成在交通工具中的驾驶辅助系统来确定。这样的驾驶辅助系统随着自主驾驶交通工具的日益开发而变得越来越重要,使得新开发的交通工具窗用玻璃当然必须与这些驾驶辅助系统兼容。现代驾驶辅助系统通常也用术语ADAS(高级驾驶辅助系统(Advanced DriverAssistance System))表示,并且使用例如超声波、雷达、激光雷达和/或摄像机技术。根据传感器的类型和应用,所述传感器也被安置在交通工具窗用玻璃的区域中、例如在交通工具的挡风玻璃板后面。在此应该注意的是,相应的交通工具窗用玻璃具有由传感器要探测的辐射的良好透射。此外,这些传感器利用偏振对比度(Polarisationskontrast)工作,也就是说所述传感器充分利用s和p偏振辐射的不同透射。对此的量度是所谓的偏振比、也就是说由p偏振辐射强度与s偏振辐射强度组成的商。交通工具窗用玻璃的可能覆层、诸如加热层或反射覆层或还有优选地反射p偏振辐射的反射结构通常随减少的透射而出现。
发明内容
因此,存在对用于HUD投影装置的复合板的需求,所述复合板在HUD区域中相对于p偏振辐射具有高反射率,并且同时保证位于窗用玻璃后面的摄像机系统的足够高的透射和高偏振比。本发明所基于的任务是提供这种经改善的复合板和包括这种复合板的投影装置。
根据本发明,本发明的任务通过根据权利要求1的复合板来解决。优选实施从从属权利要求中得知。
根据本发明的复合板包括外板和内板,所述外板和内板经由热塑性中间层相互连接。复合板具有可以被用作用于HUD图像的投影面的HUD区域,以及具有传感器区域,在所述传感器区域中可以在复合板后面安置传感器,复合板位于所述传感器的光路中。反射薄膜衬入复合板的热塑性中间层中,所述反射薄膜是无金属的,并且在其相对于复合板的上边缘的取向上适用于反射射到薄膜上的p偏振光的至少5%。反射薄膜在传感器区域内具有至少一个留空部。补偿薄膜安置在留空部中,所述补偿薄膜的基本材料基于反射薄膜的材料,并且所述补偿薄膜的厚度与反射薄膜的厚度偏离最大5%。补偿薄膜在其相对于复合板的上边缘存在的取向上适用于透射射到薄膜上的p偏振光的至少20%。
反射薄膜具有第一优选方向和第二优选方向,所述第一优选方向和第二优选方向彼此正交,并且在以下方面彼此区别:是发生特定偏振方向的光的优选透射还是反射。反射薄膜的第一优选方向对应于s偏振光的轴,s偏振光优选地在所述第一优选方向上被透射,而与之正交的第二优选方向对应于p偏振光的的轴,p偏振光优选地在所述第二优选方向上被反射。在此,反射薄膜以这种方式布置在复合板中,使得第一优选方向基本平行于上边缘伸展,并且在复合板在交通工具车身中的安装状态下,进行s偏振光通过复合板到交通工具内部空间中的比较高的透射,而p偏振光的透射比较少。在复合板的安装状态下,P偏振光优选地在反射薄膜的该取向上被反射。因此,在HUD区域也处于的反射薄膜的区域中,复合板在使用具有p偏振光的投影仪的情况下良好地适合作为平视显示器投影装置。p偏振辐射的高反射在此引起光学上高质量的HUD图像。
在复合板的传感器区域中反射薄膜的留空部能够实现在传感器区域中p偏振辐射的经改善的透射,其中同时维持对于p偏振辐射的在HUD区域中期望的高反射率。在此,补偿薄膜保证热塑性中间层在传感器区域内的均匀厚度。发明人能够确定,在不使用补偿薄膜的情况下,发生复合板的局部变形,所述局部变形引起传感器区域中的光学失真并且影响布置在复合板后面的传感器的功能。为了避免复合板的这种局部变形,补偿薄膜应该在其特性方面尽可能地与反射薄膜对应,区别在于对于补偿薄膜在复合板在交通工具中的安装状态下应该获得p偏振光的高透射。为此,补偿薄膜在其基本材料方面对应于反射薄膜的基本材料,并且在其厚度方面与反射薄膜的厚度偏离最大5%。由此,可以最小化传感器区域中的光学失真。
复合板被设置用于在窗户开口、尤其是交通工具的窗户开口中将内部空间相对于外部环境分隔。在本发明的意义上,用内板表示复合板的朝向内部空间(尤其是交通工具内部空间)的板。用外板表示朝向外部环境的板。复合板优选地是交通工具挡风玻璃板(尤其是机动车、例如载客汽车或载重汽车的挡风玻璃板)。然而,复合板也可以是交通工具的侧窗板或天窗板。
复合板具有上边缘和下边缘以及在其之间伸展的两个侧边缘。用上边缘表示被设置用于在安装位置指向上的那个边缘。用下边缘表示被设置用于在安装位置指向下的那个边缘。上边缘通常也被称为车顶边缘,并且下边缘被称为发动机边缘。
外板和内板分别具有外侧表面和内部空间侧表面以及在其之间伸展的环绕式侧边缘。在本发明的意义上,用外侧表面表示被设置用于在安装位置朝向外部环境的那个主面。在本发明的意义上,用内部空间侧表面表示被设置用于在安装位置朝向内部空间的那个主面。外板的内部空间侧表面和内板的外侧表面彼此朝向并且通过热塑性中间层相互连接。
根据本发明衬入复合板中的反射薄膜反射射到薄膜上的p偏振光的至少5%的分量,也即具有至少5%的反射度。在此情况下,在400 nm至680 nm的光谱范围内以相对于内部空间侧表面法线为65°的入射角测量反射度。用于测量所使用的65°入射角大约对应于通过常见的投影仪照射。400 nm至680 nm的光谱范围已被用于表征反射特性,因为观察者的视觉印象首先由该光谱范围创造。此外,所述光谱范围涵盖与HUD表示相关的波长(RGB:473nm、550 nm、630 nm)。当反射度在400 nm至680 nm的整个光谱范围内为至少15%、优选地至少20%时,获得特别好的结果,使得反射度在所说明的光谱范围内在任何位置均不处于所说明的值以下。
反射度描述被反射的总入射辐射的分量。所述反射度关于100%的入射辐射以百分比(%)的方式说明,或者以归一化到入射辐射的方式作为0至1的无单位数来说明。所述反射度以根据波长绘制的方式构成反射光谱。只要无另外说明,关于相对于p偏振辐射的反射度的论述在本发明的范围中涉及在400 nm至680 nm的光谱范围内以相对于内部空间侧表面法线为65°的入射角测量的反射度。关于反射度或关于反射光谱的说明涉及利用在所考虑的光谱范围内均匀地以100%的经归一化的辐射强度辐射的光源进行的反射测量。
反射薄膜的上面提到的期望的反射特征尤其是通过选择单层的材料和厚度以及反射薄膜的层结构来实现。合适的反射薄膜是在商业上可得到。
根据本发明,补偿薄膜在其相对于复合板的上边缘存在的取向上适用于透射射到薄膜上的p偏振光的至少20%,即对于p偏振光具有至少20%的透射率。透射率以与反射度类似的方式确定,并且涉及400 nm至680 nm的光谱范围。
用于测量薄膜以及板的反射度和透射率的方法是本领域技术人员已知的并且可以借助于在商业上可得到的测量设备来执行。
在复合板的一种优选实施方式中,补偿薄膜的厚度与反射薄膜的厚度偏离最大3%、优选地最大2%、特别优选地最大1%。由此,可以进一步最小化传感器区域内的光学失真。尤其是,补偿薄膜与反射薄膜的厚度偏差为小于0.5%并且例如为0.0%。如果补偿薄膜和反射薄膜的厚度几乎相同或是相同的,则几乎完全或完全地避免光学失真。
在本发明的一种优选设计方案中,补偿薄膜由反射薄膜的材料组成,其中补偿薄膜被引入使得第二优选方向基本上平行于复合板的上边缘伸展。在相对于上边缘的该取向上,反射薄膜对于p偏振光具有高透射,使得在复合板在交通工具车体中的安装状态下,足够的p偏振光透射,以便运行布置在复合板后面、也即布置在交通工具内部空间中的基于p偏振光的传感器。为了完全或几乎完全地避免光学失真,使用反射薄膜作为补偿薄膜由于薄膜的精确相同的厚度而是最佳的。可选地并且根据留空部的几何形状,可以将在留空部内移除的薄膜区段旋转90°并且用作补偿薄膜,或者替代于此地可以在相应的优选方向上裁剪反射薄膜的与此无关的区段并且放入到留空部中。
在一种实施方式中,反射薄膜适用于反射射到反射薄膜上的p偏振光的10%至50%、优选地15%至30%、特别优选地20%至25%的分量。这些值是在400 nm至680 nm的光谱范围内相对于p偏振辐射的平均反射度。从而产生足够强度大的投影图像。这在良好的HUD图像方面是特别有利的。
反射薄膜优选地具有20μm(微米)和120μm之间、特别优选地30μm和90μm之间、完全特别优选地50μm和75μm之间的厚度。
反射薄膜优选地是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基薄膜,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基薄膜具有覆层,所述覆层包括基于PET和/或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)的共聚物层堆叠。覆层优选地施加在内部空间侧表面、即朝向交通工具内部空间的表面上。覆层优选地直接与PET基薄膜共挤压,但是也可以借助于其他涂覆方法、例如旋涂或气相沉积来产生。合适的反射薄膜例如在US 5,882,774A中得以描述。
热塑性中间层优选地包括至少一个第一热塑性复合薄膜和第二热塑性复合薄膜,反射薄膜和/或补偿薄膜插入在所述第一热塑性复合薄膜和所述第二热塑性复合薄膜之间。尤其是,反射薄膜和补偿薄膜位于窗用玻璃的相同平面内,其中反射薄膜和补偿薄膜的边缘沿着反射薄膜的留空部彼此相邻。在此,补偿薄膜具有环绕式边缘,所述环绕式边缘被留空部的环绕式边缘包围。第一热塑性复合薄膜和第二热塑性复合薄膜布置在由反射薄膜和补偿薄膜组成的层分层(Schichtlage)的上方和下方,并且包围由反射薄膜和补偿薄膜组成的层分层。第一热塑性复合薄膜将由反射薄膜和补偿薄膜组成的层分层与外板连接,并且第二复合薄膜将由反射薄膜和补偿薄膜组成的层分层与内板连接。
第一热塑性复合薄膜和第二热塑性复合薄膜可以彼此无关地包含至少聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚氨酯(PU)或其混合物或共聚物或衍生物,优选地包含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)。
第一热塑性复合薄膜和第二热塑性复合薄膜可以彼此无关地通过单个薄膜构造或也可以通过超过一个的薄膜构造。
第一热塑性复合薄膜和第二热塑性复合薄膜可以为20 μm(微米)和2 mm之间厚。第一热塑性复合薄膜和/或第二热塑性复合薄膜可以例如为0.2 mm至2 mm之间、特别优选地0.3 mm至1 mm、例如0.38 mm或0.76 mm厚。第一热塑性复合薄膜的厚度和第二热塑性复合薄膜的厚度优选地在整个长度上是恒定的,因此中间层优选地具有矩形横截面。因此,在一种优选实施方式中,复合薄膜不是楔形薄膜。如果第一热塑性复合薄膜或第二热塑性复合薄膜是具有声阻尼特性的功能性复合薄膜,则所述第一热塑性复合薄膜或所述第二热塑性复合薄膜优选地为0.51 mm或0.84 mm厚。
在一种优选的实施方式中,第一热塑性复合薄膜具有200μm至1000 μm、优选地300μm至850μm的厚度,并且第二热塑性复合薄膜具有10μm和120μm之间、优选地15μm和90μm之间、尤其是优选20µm和75µm之间的厚度。当在投影装置中使用复合板时位于反射薄膜和投影仪之间的第二热塑性复合薄膜的尽可能小的厚度在HUD图像质量方面是有利的。
可选地,第一热塑性复合薄膜或第二热塑性复合薄膜或不仅第一热塑性复合薄膜而且第二热塑性复合薄膜是功能性中间层。在此具有至少一种特殊功能、尤其是声学功能、颜色功能、太阳能功能或这些功能的组合的复合薄膜被称为“功能性中间层”。
在一种实施方式中,仅第一热塑性复合薄膜或仅第二热塑性复合薄膜是功能性中间层。但是也可能的是,不仅第一热塑性复合薄膜而且第二热塑性复合薄膜均是功能性中间层,其中所述第一热塑性复合薄膜和第二热塑性复合薄膜可以具有相同的或优选地不同的功能。
在一种特别优选的实施方式中,第一热塑性复合薄膜和/或第二热塑性复合薄膜是具有声阻尼特性的功能性中间层。这种声阻尼复合薄膜典型地由至少三个分层组成,其中例如由于更高的增塑剂分量,中间分层具有比围绕所述中间分层的外部分层更高的可塑性或弹性。
如果将反射薄膜和补偿薄膜与外板连接的第一热塑性复合薄膜实施为声阻尼复合薄膜,则已证明是特别有利的。从中得出复合板的有利的声学特性。
声阻尼复合薄膜通常通过所谓的机械阻抗测量(MIM,mechanical impedancemeasurement)表征。在此这是用于在ISO 16940中查阅的标准化方法,从中可以通过测量固有频率来计算阻尼。根据标准,要研究的声阻尼复合薄膜被层压在厚度为2.1 mm的两个玻璃板之间,以便能够实现在不同的玻璃厚度情况下的相应的可比性。因此,使得本领域技术人员能够根据众所周知的标准化测量方法来选择合适的中间层。
最早在制造了复合玻璃之后一个月执行机械阻抗测量。此外,最早在制造声阻尼复合薄膜之后一个月将所述声阻尼复合薄膜本身与厚度为2.1 mm的两个玻璃板层压成复合玻璃。由此确保在测量的时刻已形成了稳定状态。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,使用声阻尼复合薄膜作为第一复合薄膜,其中适用的是,具有25 mm×300 mm的表面的由两个具有厚度分别为2.1 mm的玻璃板组成的复合玻璃板的第一模式的阻尼系数η1和第二模式的阻尼系数η2在20°C的温度下在根据ISO16940进行机械阻抗测量(MIM)时为η1≥0.20并且η2≥0.25、优选地为η1≥0.25和η2≥0.30、特别优选地为η1≥0.25和η2≥0.35,声阻尼复合薄膜被层压在所述两个玻璃板之间。
反射薄膜优选地在板表面的至少80%上延伸。尤其是,除了根据本发明的留空部和可选地环绕式边缘区域之外,反射薄膜完全布置在第一热塑性中间层和第二热塑性中间层之间,所述边缘区域作为通信窗口应该保证电磁辐射通过复合板的透射,使得因此在那里优选地不布置反射薄膜。未布置反射薄膜的环绕式边缘区域例如具有高达20 cm的宽度,尤其是20 mm的宽度。所述边缘区域还防止反射薄膜与周围大气直接接触,使得保护复合板的内部中的反射薄膜免受腐蚀和损坏。
在一种实施方式中,反射薄膜在除了留空部之外的整个板表面、即100%的板表面减去留空部的面积上延伸。
根据本发明的复合板附加地可以包括尤其是由深色、优选黑色的搪瓷制成的覆盖印刷物。覆盖印刷物尤其是外围的、即框架状的覆盖印刷物。外围覆盖印刷物首先用作用于复合板的组装粘合剂的UV保护装置。覆盖印刷物可以是不透明的和整面构造的。覆盖印刷物也可以至少逐段地是半透明的,例如构造为点形光栅、条形光栅或方格光栅。可替代地,覆盖印刷物也可以具有梯度,例如从不透明覆盖到半透明覆盖。在一种优选实施方式中,覆盖印刷物被构造为使得在俯视复合板时反射薄膜的侧边缘通过覆盖印刷物遮蔽。只要复合板具有通信、传感器或摄像机窗口,则覆盖印刷物优选地围绕通信、传感器或摄像机窗口在板中心的方向上增大,使得围绕通信、传感器或摄像机窗口的(一个或多个)留空部的切割边缘也通过覆盖印刷遮蔽。
覆盖印刷物通常施加在外板的内部空间侧表面上或内板的内部空间侧表面上。
放入留空部中的补偿薄膜和包围式反射薄膜彼此毗邻所沿着的边缘优选地通过复合板的不透明的覆盖印刷物遮蔽。这导致边缘的视觉上引人注目的掩盖。
外板和/或内板可以具有抗反射覆层、防粘覆层、抗刮伤覆层、光催化覆层、可电加热覆层、遮阳覆层和/或低辐射覆层。
外板和内板优选地由玻璃制成,尤其是由钠钙玻璃制成,这对于窗户板来说是常见的。但是,原则上板也可以由其他玻璃类型(例如硼硅玻璃、石英玻璃、铝硅玻璃)或透明塑料(例如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚碳酸酯)制成。外板和内板的厚度可以宽泛地变化。优选地使用具有在0.8 mm至5 mm、优选地1.4 mm至2.5 mm范围内的厚度的板,例如具有标准厚度1.6 mm或2.1 mm的板。但是也可能的是,外板和/或内板具有0.55 mm或0.7 mm的厚度。
外板和内板可以彼此无关地是明净的且无色的,但是也可以是着色的或染色的。在一种优选设计方案中,通过复合玻璃的总透射大于70%。术语总透射涉及通过ECE-R 43、附录39.1规定的用于检验机动车板的透光性的方法。
外板和内板可以彼此无关地是未预加应力的、部分预加应力的或预加应力的。如果所述板中的至少一个板应该具有预应力,则这可以是热或化学预应力。
根据本发明的复合板优选地在空间的一个或多个方向上弯曲,如对于机动车板来说是常见的那样,其中典型的曲率半径处于大约10 cm至大约40 m的范围内。但是,例如当根据本发明的复合板被设置为用于公共汽车、列车或拖拉机的板时,所述根据本发明的复合板也可以是平坦的。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一热塑性复合薄膜和/或第二热塑性复合薄膜是具有颜色功能的功能性中间层。这意味着中间层是染色的或着色的。在此,中间层可以整面地的着色的或染色的。可替代地,中间层也可以具有颜色梯度或彩色图案。在被设置为挡风玻璃板的复合板的情况下,染色或着色被构造为使得复合板在380 nm至780 nm的光谱范围内具有大于70%的光透射。在被设置为天窗板或后向侧窗板的复合板的情况下,染色或着色也可以被构造得较深,并且因此复合板在380 nm至780 nm的光谱范围内可以具有70%或更低的光透射。
在另一实施方式中,第一热塑性复合薄膜和/或第二热塑性复合薄膜是具有太阳能功能、尤其是具有吸收红外辐射的特性的功能性中间层,诸如包含氧化铟锡(ITO)颗粒的PVB薄膜。
第一热塑性复合薄膜和/或第二热塑性复合薄膜也可以是以下功能性中间层,即其中两种或更多种功能特性被组合,例如声阻尼特性与颜色功能和/或太阳能功能组合。
根据本发明的复合板可以通过本身已知的方法制造。例如通过压蒸方法、真空袋方法、真空环方法、压延方法、真空层压机或其组合将外板、内板和位于其之间的反射薄膜和补偿薄膜经由热塑性复合薄膜相互层压。在此,外板和内板的连接通常在热、真空和/或压力的作用下进行。
根据本发明的留空(Aussparung)可以借助于专业常见的方法、例如激光切削方法或还有借助于刀锋切割进行。
如果复合板应该是弯曲的,则优选地在层压之前对外板和内板进行弯曲工艺。外板和内板优选地共同地(即同时并且通过相同的工具)完全一致地弯曲,因为由此板的形状对于稍后进行的层压彼此最佳地协调。用于玻璃弯曲工艺的典型温度例如为500°C至700°C。
本发明还涉及一种用于平视显示器(HUD)的投影装置,所述投影装置至少包括根据本发明的复合板、传感器和投影仪。如在HUD情况下常见的,投影仪照射挡风玻璃板的区域,在该区域处辐射在观察者(驾驶员)的方向上被反射,由此产生虚拟图像,观察者从其来看在挡风玻璃板后面感知所述虚拟图像。挡风玻璃板的由投影仪能照射的区域被称为HUD区域。投影仪的射束方向典型地可以通过镜改变,尤其是垂直地被改变,以便使投影适配于观察者的身高。在给定的镜位置情况下观察者的眼睛必须位于的区域被称为眼动范围窗口。该眼动范围窗口可以通过调整镜垂直地被移位,其中由此可达的整个区域(也就是说所有可能的眼动范围窗口的叠加)被称为眼动范围。位于眼动范围内的观察者可以感知虚拟图像。当然,这意味着观察者的眼睛必须位于眼动范围内,而不是例如整个身体必须位于眼动范围内。
在这里使用的来自HUD领域的专业术语对于本领域技术人员来说通常是已知的。对于详尽描绘应该参照慕尼黑工业大学信息科学研究所的Alexander Neumann的论文“Simulationsbasierte Messtechnik zur Prüfung von Head-Up Displays”(慕尼黑:慕尼黑工业大学的大学图书馆,2012),尤其是参照第2章“Das Head-Up Display(平视显示器)”。
根据本发明,p偏振辐射在投影仪的总辐射中的分量为至少70%。在根据本发明的用于平视显示器的投影装置的一种有利实施方式中,p偏振辐射在投影仪的总辐射中的分量为至少80%,特别优选地p偏振辐射在投影仪的总辐射中的分量为80%或100%、完全特别优选地为100%。
偏振方向的说明在此涉及辐射在复合板上的入射平面。用p偏振辐射表示其电场在入射平面内振荡的辐射。用s偏振辐射表示其电场垂直于入射平面振荡的辐射。入射平面由复合板在HUD区域的几何中心的表面法线和入射矢量撑起。
投影仪的辐射优选地以50°至80°、尤其是55°至70°、典型地大约65°的入射角射到复合板上,如在HUD投影装置的情况下常见的。入射角是投影仪辐射的入射矢量与HUD区域的几何中心的表面法线之间的角度。由于大约为65°的对于HUD投影装置典型的入射角相对接近用于空气玻璃过渡(56.5°,钠钙玻璃)的布儒斯特角,因此由投影仪发射的辐射的p偏振辐射分量几乎不被板表面反射。然而,包含在复合板中的反射薄膜鉴于p偏振辐射的反射被优化。以这种方式,不或仅在非常小的程度上由于虚影而使由观察者所感知的图像失真。因此可以放弃楔状中间层。
根据现有技术已知的各种各样的传感器可以被用作根据本发明的投影装置的传感器。根据本发明的用于HUD的投影装置特别适用于在挡风玻璃板处安置传感器、尤其是ADAS系统领域上的传感器。用术语ADAS系统表示现代驾驶辅助系统,所述驾驶辅助系统例如基于超声波、雷达、激光雷达和/或摄像头技术使用环境传感器系统。这些或其他传感器中的一个或多个传感器可以被安置在挡风玻璃板的区域中。在其光路中有反射薄膜的传感器、例如摄像机仅能感知由反射薄膜透射的光,由此当在挡风玻璃板后面使用传感器时高透射是值得期望的。尤其是,p偏振光的透射与s偏振光相比应该占优势并且尽可能高。所透射的光的偏振比在此是决定性的,以便避免在潮湿道路情况下出现的眩光效应,所述炫光效应限制摄像机视野。为了抑制这些眩光效应,p偏振光的透射必须超过s偏振光的透射。对使在反射薄膜处需要p偏振光的高反射度的良好HUD图像质量的要求在此与对于摄像机应用期望的高透射彼此相反。根据本发明的投影装置通过在传感器区域中设置反射薄膜的留空部并且引入对于p偏振光具有高透射的补偿薄膜来解决这个问题。
在根据本发明的投影装置的一种实施方式中,由所述投影仪发射的并且射到所述复合板的反射薄膜上的p偏振光的10%至50%、优选地15%至30%、特别优选地20%至25%由所述反射薄膜在所述观察者的方向上反射。
根据本发明的复合板的上面描述的优选设计方案也相应地适用于包括根据本发明的复合板和投影仪的投影装置。
本发明还包括根据本发明构造的复合板在机动车、优选地载客汽车中作为挡风玻璃板的用途,所述挡风玻璃板用作用于平视显示器的投影装置的投影面。根据本发明构造的复合板也可以被用作机动车、优选地载客汽车中的侧窗板或天窗板。在这些情况下,复合板也可以用作用于平视显示器的投影装置的投影面。上面描述的优选设计方案相应地适用于用途。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出用于HUD的根据本发明的投影装置,其中在图1示出俯视图,并且在图2中示出沿图1的切割线A-A'的横截面。投影装置包括作为挡风玻璃板、尤其是作为载客汽车的挡风玻璃板的复合板1。投影装置此外包括投影仪12,所述投影仪12对准复合板1的区域。在通常被称为HUD区域B的该区域 B中,通过投影仪 12 可以产生图像,当观察者11(例如交通工具驾驶员)的眼睛位于所谓的眼动范围(Eyebox)E之内时,所述图像由所述观察者11(例如交通工具驾驶员)在复合板1的背离所述观察者的侧上感知为虚拟图像。复合板1此外具有传感器区域S,所述传感器区域用于使用具有传感器13的板。在此,传感器13安置在复合板1后面,即安置在内板6的与交通工具内部空间毗邻的表面处,并且探测在传感器区域S中透过复合板1的光。复合板1由外板2和内板6构建,所述外板和内板经由热塑性中间层3相互连接。反射薄膜4和补偿薄膜8衬入热塑性中间层3中,所述层结构在图3中更详细地被描述。在传感器区域S中,在反射薄膜4中引入留空部9,补偿薄膜8插入所述留空部9中。留空部9和补偿薄膜8的边缘由未示出的不透明的覆盖印刷物遮蔽。复合板1的下边缘U向下在载客汽车的发动机的方向上布置,所述复合板的上边缘O向上在车顶的方向上布置。在安装位置,外板2朝向外部环境,内板6朝向交通工具内部空间。反射薄膜4插入复合板1中,使得第一优选方向V1平行于复合板1的上边缘O伸展,所述第一优选方向对应于s偏振光的轴并且在所述第一优选方向上优选地透射s偏振光。补偿薄膜8被放入留空部9之内,所述补偿薄膜由反射薄膜4的材料组成,其中补偿薄膜8被布置为使得第二优选方向(V2)平行于复合板1的上边缘O取向,所述第二优选方向对应于p偏振光的轴并且在所述第二优选方向上优选地反射p偏振光。
投影仪4的辐射是p偏振的,尤其是基本上是纯p偏振的。由于投影仪12以接近布儒斯特角的大约65°的入射角照射挡风玻璃板1,所以投影仪的辐射在复合板1的外部表面I、IV处仅无关紧要地被反射。而反射薄膜4鉴于p偏振辐射的反射被优化。所述反射薄膜用作用于产生HUD投影的投影仪12的辐射的反射面。
图3示出具有热塑性中间层3的详细层结构的图2的复合板。外板2和内板6例如由钠钙玻璃组成。外板2具有在安装位置朝向外部环境的外侧表面I(也称为外板的外侧)和在安装位置朝向内部空间的内部空间侧表面II(也称为外板的内侧)。同样,内板6具有在安装位置朝向外部环境的外侧表面III(也称为内板的内侧)和在安装位置朝向内部空间的内部空间侧表面IV(也称为内板的外侧)。外板2例如具有2.1 mm的厚度,内板6具有1.6 mm的厚度。第一热塑性复合薄膜3a由单层热塑性材料构造,例如由具有厚度为0.76 mm的PVB薄膜或具有厚度为0.81 mm的具有声阻尼特性的PVB薄膜构造。第二热塑性复合薄膜3b被构造为具有厚度为0.38 mm的PVB薄膜。

示例
根据示例和比较示例的复合板的所有光学特性已在层压状态下被测量。对于根据本发明的示例和比较示例,复合板分别已由2.1 mm厚的明净外板2、作为第一热塑性复合薄膜3a的0.81 mm厚的具有声阻尼特性的PVB薄膜、55μm厚的反射薄膜4、作为第二热塑性复合薄膜3b的25 μm厚的PVB薄膜和1.6 mm厚的明净内板6层压而成。PVB薄膜是未着色的。被设置用于利用p偏振HUD光源运行的HUD薄膜被用作反射薄膜4,所述HUD薄膜在商业上可得到。示例和比较示例具有所描述的相同的基本结构,但是在复合板1的传感器区域S中反射薄膜的所使用的取向不同。根据示例的根据本发明的复合板1对应于具有刚刚描述的层序列的图1-3的基本结构。在反射薄膜4的留空部9中,已取出了反射薄膜4的留空的区段,旋转90°并且作为补偿薄膜8放入到留空部中。根据比较示例的非根据本发明的复合板具有根据图1至3的相同的层序列和基本结构,不同之处在于不存在反射薄膜的留空部并且不插入补偿薄膜。
为了评价根据示例和比较示例的复合板对于传感器的适用性,分别在复合板的传感器区域中确定偏振比PR和称为红色比率(Red Ratio,RR)的红色比。

术语总透光涉及通过ECE-R43附录3、规定的用于检验机动车板的透光性的方法。对于值PR和RR,应该满足在传感器制造商侧预先给定的规范,以便满足作为具有传感器区域的挡风玻璃板的复合板的成功市场化。经常用作传感器的系统是以Mobileye名称销售的摄像机系统。表格1示出对于Mobileye摄像机系统要满足的极限值,以及通过根据示例和比较示例的复合板对该规范的满足。如果通过示例或比较示例的复合板满足规范,即获得在极限值之上的值,则只要不是条目“否”,就在表格中记录条目“是”。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于平视显示器(HUD)的复合板(1),所述复合板具有上边缘(O)、下边缘(U)、HUD区域(B)和传感器区域(S),
至少包括具有外侧表面(I)和内侧表面(II)的外板(2)、具有外侧表面(III)和内侧表面(IV)的内板(6)、热塑性中间层(3),所述热塑性中间层将所述外板(2)的内侧表面(II)与所述内板(6)的外侧表面(III)连接,其中反射薄膜(4)衬入所述热塑性中间层(3)中,所述反射薄膜是无金属的并且在其相对于上边缘(O)的取向上适当地取向,以便反射射到薄膜上的p偏振光的至少5%,以及其中
