In combination with several use occasions shown in fig. 7, 8 or 9, the screw rod 8 is connected with the screw hole A15 of the two vertical rods 10 by screwing the handle 7 and is carried along with the rush-repair vehicle; when the problem of the cable 24 occurs in the emergency repair site, the horizontal rod 1 can be hung on the cable 24, a wall or a cross arm of a telegraph pole for climbing and then emergency repair operation; or can lean against the wall 25 to climb and then repair; if the cable well is not provided with a climbing ladder, the screw rod 8 can be loosened and then supported at the cable well mouth 26 by using two hanging rods 4 which are horizontally arranged, and a rush-repair worker enters a channel 28 for laying a cable by using a ladder penetrating into a vertical shaft 27 to perform rush-repair operation.

An electrician climbing hanging ladder comprises a vertical rod (10), a transverse pedal rod (11), a hanging rod (4), a cross rod (2) and a screw rod (8), and is characterized in that: a plurality of transverse pedal rods (11) are arranged between the two upright rods (10) from top to bottom at intervals, the upper ends of the two upright rods (10) are respectively hinged with a connecting plate (5) at the middle part of the rear faces of the two hanging rods (4), a cross rod (2) is arranged between the two hanging rods (4) close to the upper ends, the rear parts of the upper ends of the two hanging rods (4) are respectively connected with the front ends of the horizontal rods (1), and protruding strips (3) are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the rear ends of the two horizontal rods (1); the lower ends of the two hanging rods (4) are respectively connected with the upper front parts of the two vertical rods (10) through screw rods (8).
