技术领域
本发明属于微生物菌剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
目前,益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。人体、动物体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。目前世界上研究的功能最强大的产品主要是以上各类微生物组成的复合活性益生菌,其广泛应用于生物工程、工农业、食品安全以及生命健康领域。
合理有效的益生菌制剂能够有效修复肠道菌群生态系统平衡,是促进人和动物机体保持健康生长状态的关键。固态型益生菌制剂具有易于保存、运输、应用等特点,目前关于商品化的动物益生菌制剂常为液态,传统的固态益生菌制剂中益生菌由于干燥极易死亡,且不能长期保存,从而丧失利用价值。
中国专利CN103690568A公开了一种利用高渗低聚糖液制备固态益生菌制剂的方法,包括以下步骤:1)量取体积为Vml的益生菌菌液,向益生菌菌液中加入保护剂混合均匀后,再加入低聚糖充分搅拌,得到益生菌混合液,所加入保护剂的质量为1~8%Vg,所加入的低聚糖质量为30~70%Vg;2)将益生菌混合液在20~42℃的条件下保温处理30~240min;3)向经保温处理的益生菌混合液中加入发泡膨松剂混合均匀后,再加入辅料充分搅拌,得到益生菌混合物料,所加入的发泡膨松剂质量为0.1~0.8%Vg,所加入辅料的质量为40~80%Vg;4)将益生菌混合物料在30~37℃下真空干燥,然后进行粉碎,即得到固态益生菌制剂。该工艺中使用低聚糖的渗透压效果使细胞脱水,容易导致细胞死亡,且其保护剂在冷冻干燥工艺中的保护效果较差,因此其实际应用效果欠佳。
中国专利CN104250630A公开了一种益生菌固态制剂的制备方法,包括:分别配制含琼脂LB培养基或含琼脂生理盐水,以及LB培养基或生理盐水,并高压灭菌;取益生菌高速离心沉淀,弃去上层菌液,用35~37℃预温的LB培养基或生理盐水重悬;把重悬的益生菌菌液接入液态含琼脂LB培养基或含琼脂生理盐水中,混匀;将液态包含益生菌的含琼脂的LB培养基或液态包含益生菌的含琼脂生理盐水分装至模具中,室温冷却,即凝固成具有模具形状的益生菌固态制剂。该制品的基质为LB培养基,其中的组分长期服用存在较大的安全隐患。
通过上述分析,现有技术存在的问题及缺陷为:
(1)传统的固态益生菌制剂中益生菌由于干燥极易死亡,且不能长期保存,从而丧失利用价值。
(2)现有技术使用低聚糖的渗透压效果使细胞脱水,容易导致细胞死亡,且其保护剂在冷冻干燥工艺中的保护效果较差,因此其实际应用效果欠佳。
(3)现有的益生菌制品的基质为LB培养基,其中的组分长期服用存在较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂、制备方法及应用。
本发明是这样实现的,一种提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂,所述提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂由复合菌种和复合酶制剂组成。
进一步,所述复合菌种包括地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、丁酸梭菌、植物乳杆菌、产朊假丝酵母、酿酒酵母和沼泽红假单胞菌。
进一步,所述乳酸菌包括粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌。
进一步,所述复合菌种综合每克≥100亿cfu/g。
进一步,所述复合酶制剂包括淀粉酶、纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、脂肪酶、麦芽糖酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酶、植酸酶、蛋白酶、支链淀粉酶、木聚糖酶和半乳甘露聚糖酶。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种实施所述的提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂的提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂的使用方法。
进一步,所述提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂的用量包括:
雏鸡为500克/吨饲料;中鸡为400克/吨饲料,大鸡为300克/吨饲料,蛋鸡为400克/吨饲料,饮水为100~200克/吨水。
进一步,所述提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂的使用方法包括:
(1)混料饲喂方法:直接混入全价颗粒饲料或自配粉料中,或将益生菌制剂全部混合饲喂量10%的饲料中饲喂,其他90%的料直接投喂;
(2)饮水饲喂方法:将益生菌制剂等重红糖溶解在饮水中一小时后使用;
(3)制粒方法:采用多层包埋技术直接进行制粒,制粒中加大20%用量。
进一步,所述混料饲喂方法还包括将益生菌制剂与等重的红糖、10~20倍低于45℃的温水混合1小时以上,喷洒到饲料上并翻拌后进行饲喂。

1、节约饲料成本:本品在动物体内大量繁殖代谢,产生大量的淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶等,能促进动物对糖类、蛋白质和脂肪的消化吸收,乳酸菌的分泌的乳酸等酸性物质使肠道环境呈酸性,也有利于营养素的消化吸收,因此本品能提高鸡群对饲料的消化吸收率,降低料耗,节约成本。

1、混料饲喂方法:直接混入全价颗粒饲料或自配粉料中,也可以将本品全部混合饲喂量10%的饲料中先饲喂,其他90%的料直接投喂即可。或将本品与等重的红糖、10~20倍低于45℃的温水混合1小时以上,喷洒到饲料上简单翻拌一下进行饲喂,效果更显著。
2、饮水饲喂方法:最好是与本品等重红糖一起溶解在饮水中一小时后再给鸡饮用。饮水器具建议经常清洗。
3、制粒方法:可以直接用于制粒,本品采用多层包埋技术,制粒中高温会带来部分损失,但只要加大20%的用量即可。
本发明实施例提供的提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂无毒无害,饲料中预防和促长保健作用的抗生素不会影响使用效果,在大剂量抗生素治疗期间可能造成效果下降,但无副作用;部分种鸡蛋鸡在开始使用益生菌产品拌料饲喂时可能出现轻度拉稀等,这是正常现象,是由于之前抗生素使用频繁肠道紊乱,益生菌进入后需要几天的“斗争”期。
本发明实施例提供的提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂可以与防霉剂一起使用,还可以减少或代替防霉剂。开封后尽快用完,未用完需要扎口保存。
本发明实施例提供的提高鸡蛋品质的益生菌制剂能够提高饲料消化吸收率、减少养殖栏舍中臭味氨气;降低苍蝇密度与鸡粪含水量,促进鸡粪发酵;提高肠道健康水平,改善肉蛋品质;促进生长与提高产蛋率,降低死亡淘汰率。
