本发明涉及一种低温弹性绝热材料及制备方法,所述的低温弹性绝热材料采用气凝胶、乙丙胶、氢氧化铝、纳米滑石粉、偶氮二甲酰胺、石蜡油、酞青蓝、三氧化二锑、氯化石蜡、精炼石蜡、硬脂酸、氧化钙、防老剂、乙烯‑乙酸乙烯共聚物、氧化锌、促进剂为原料并辅以适合的重量配比制成,具有深度低温条件下绝热保温、经久耐用的特点,且耐曲绕、抗老化、阻燃性能均优异,施工便利,大幅降低了施工成本。

技术领域
本发明属于柔性泡沫橡塑绝热技术领域,具体涉及一种低温弹性绝热材料及制备方法。
背景技术
当代工业环境中,低温的应用领域越来越科技,传统的保温材料很少涉及在-100℃~-200℃深度低温条件下的保温绝热能力,局限的几种保温材料依然存在施工难度大、不环保、易破碎、后期维护频繁、保温效果不尽如人意等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低温弹性绝热材料及制备方法。所述的材料在深度低温条件下依然能保持低传导、抗老化、弹性等传统材料不具备的特点,同时其柔韧的弹性结构,规避了在施工或者后期的维护中不便处理或者处理过程会造成其他部位损毁的问题,使其具有在深度低温条件下绝热保温、经久耐用的特点。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种低温弹性绝热材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按以下重量配比取各原料:气凝胶2-4重量份、乙丙胶10-12重量份、氢氧化铝20-35重量份、纳米滑石粉5-8重量份、偶氮二甲酰胺8-10重量份、石蜡油3-5重量份、酞青蓝0.5-0.7重量份、三氧化二锑1-4重量份、氯化石蜡12-17.5重量份、精炼石蜡2-3重量份、硬脂酸0.2-0.7重量份、氧化钙0.3-0.5重量份、防老剂0.4-0.5重量份;将乙丙胶投入密炼机中进行密炼,然后加入气凝胶、氢氧化铝、纳米滑石粉、偶氮二甲酰胺、石蜡油、酞青蓝、三氧化二锑、氯化石蜡、精炼石蜡、硬脂酸、氧化钙、防老剂混合密炼,开练后常温放置,得到1号料;
(2)按以下重量配比取各原料:1号料70重量份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物0.8-1.4重量份、氧化锌0.2-0.6重量份、促进剂0.6-1.3重量份;将1号料与乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、氧化锌以及促进剂投入密炼机中进行密炼,开练后,切成胶条;
(3)挤出:将胶条于挤出机中挤出成型,得到待发泡胶料;
(4)硫化发泡:将待发泡胶料连续进入硫化炉发泡,得到成型制品;
(5)制品冷却:将成型制品降温,得到冷却后的制品;
(6)截断包装:将冷却后的制品截断包装,即得所述的低温弹性绝热材料。
优选的,所述的三氧化二锑为环保型三氧化二锑,防老剂为防老剂264,氧化锌为纯度>99.7%的间接法氧化锌,促进剂为二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、二苯基硫脲以及硫磺按质量比0.5-0.7:0.1-0.3:0.1-0.3组成。
优选的,步骤(3)中,挤出机的转速为23-35r/min,挤出压力为6-9.6MPa,整机温度为25-45℃;
优选的,步骤(4)中,硫化炉内部线速度为3.2-5.3m/min;硫化炉的温度控制为入口段130±2℃,每段递增7℃,出口段165±4℃;
优选的,步骤(5)中,将成型制品经传输网带进行风冷降温,冷风出口温度<20℃,冷却距离50m;
本发明提供的低温弹性绝热材料,是采用气凝胶、乙丙胶为骨料,配以各种辅助材料,经发泡而成的闭孔弹性材料,具有良好的绝热性能和压缩回弹性能,尤其由于其在脱离常见温度条件下的耐候性,深度低温条件下的弹性保持,达到了低导热性能,且本发明材料具备耐曲绕、抗老化、阻燃的基本能力,相较于硬质结构的材料更易于施工。
本发明属于柔性泡沫橡塑绝热领域的类似技术,但其与传统绝热材料的用料及工艺大相径庭:1)通过将气凝胶、乙丙胶组合使用作为骨料,大大解决了在深度低温条件下的导热系数问题,显著扩宽了产品的使用范围,耐候性能明显增加,将乙丙橡胶去掉或更换成NBR则耐寒性、抗压性、抗冲击性等明显被破坏,且制作过程中的流动性还需精准的助剂以促进催化;2)少量使用氧化钙及大量使用微球发泡,大大提高了产品的气密性能;3)采用非环保型三氧化二锑测试显示,硫化速度直接下降6%,抑制作用明显,且根据(毒性测试)其数值明显增加(GB/T20285-2006),因此本发明中的三氧化二锑优选环保型;4)本发明限定配比的主料与辅料的组合硫化后,微球发泡从中发挥更好的融合发泡作用,使其可以得到更好的均匀和绝热作用;5)特定的原料混合次序以及优化的工艺参数,提高了各原料组分的分散程度,达到产品的一致性;6)相关高性能高成本的原料加入,致使本发明材料的成本略显增加,但其后期的施工便利性,大大降低了施工成本。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的低温弹性绝热材料,采用气凝胶、乙丙胶、氢氧化铝、纳米滑石粉、偶氮二甲酰胺、石蜡油、酞青蓝为主料,以三氧化二锑为阻燃剂,以氯化石蜡为融合剂,以精炼石蜡、硬脂酸、氧化钙、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物为助剂,与氧化锌、防老剂、促进剂混合并辅以各原料适合的重量配比制成,具有深度低温条件下绝热保温、经久耐用的特点,且耐曲绕、抗老化、阻燃性能均优异,施工便利,大幅降低了施工成本。

(1)分别取1号料各组分,将乙丙胶投入密炼机中搅拌60s(80℃),然后加入气凝胶、氢氧化铝、纳米滑石粉、偶氮二甲酰胺、石蜡油、酞青蓝、三氧化二锑、氯化石蜡、精炼石蜡、硬脂酸、氧化钙、防老剂264混合密炼15min(160℃)出料,开练后常温放置72h,得到1号料(厚度5mm、宽度45cm、长度110cm/片);
(2)分别取1号料、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、间接法氧化锌、二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、二苯基硫脲、硫磺颗粒投入密炼机中(85℃),气压调整到0.8MPa,打料125s后,开炼180s,切成100mm的胶条,放置,达到胶条温度<40℃;
(3)挤出:将胶条于挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机的参数控制为转速23-35r/min;挤出压力在6-9.6MPa;具体温度整机温度控制在25-45℃,得到待发泡胶料;
(4)硫化发泡:将待发泡胶料连续进入硫化炉发泡,硫化的参数为硫化炉内部线速度为3.2-5.3m/min;硫化炉的温度控制为入口段130±2℃,每段递增7℃,出口段165±4℃,得到成型制品;
(5)制品冷却:将成型制品经传输网带进行风冷降温,冷风出口温度夏季<20℃,冷却距离50m,得到冷却后的制品;
(6)截断包装:将冷却后的制品达到裁断机处,根据定制尺寸,设置设备的速度参数,包装入库,即得所述的低温弹性绝热材料。
实施例2
(1)分别取1号料各组分,将乙丙胶投入密炼机中搅拌60s(85℃),然后加入气凝胶、氢氧化铝、纳米滑石粉、偶氮二甲酰胺、石蜡油、酞青蓝、三氧化二锑、氯化石蜡、精炼石蜡、硬脂酸、氧化钙、防老剂264混合密炼15min(165℃)出料,开练后常温放置72h,得到1号料(厚度7mm、宽度50cm、长度120cm/片);
(2)分别取1号料、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、间接法氧化锌、二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、二苯基硫脲、硫磺颗粒投入密炼机中(90℃),气压调整到0.8MPa,打料125s后,开炼180s,切成100mm的胶条,放置,达到胶条温度<40℃;
(3)挤出:将胶条于挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机的参数控制为转速23-35r/min;挤出压力在6-9.6MPa;具体温度整机温度控制在25-45℃,得到待发泡胶料;
(4)硫化发泡:将待发泡胶料连续进入硫化炉发泡,硫化的参数为硫化炉内部线速度为3.2-5.3m/min;硫化炉的温度控制为入口段130±2℃,每段递增7℃,出口段165±4℃,得到成型制品;

(2)分别取1号料、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、间接法氧化锌、二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、二苯基硫脲、硫磺颗粒投入密炼机中(90℃),气压调整到0.8MPa,打料125s后,开炼180s,切成100mm的胶条,放置,达到胶条温度<40℃;

对本发明实施例3制备的低温弹性绝热材料进行取样检测,结果如下:

压缩强度按照GB/T8813-2008的相关测试要求,使用电子强力机(2-11407026),传感器量程20KN,在试验速度2.0mm/min,试验温度-165℃的情况下,测定值为240kPa,见表2。

拉伸强度按照ASTMD1623-09,测试试验箱温度在-120℃和-165℃的情况下,测定值分别为242kPa、196kPa,见表3、4。

其中,导热系数(平均温度-165℃)按照GB/T10294-2008进行测定,测定值为0.0192w/m·k,见表5。
以上测试结果表明,本发明材料在-120℃以下仍具有低导热系数和优异的力学性能,适合用于深度低温条件下的绝热保温。

(1)按以下重量配比取各原料:气凝胶2-4重量份、乙丙胶10-12重量份、氢氧化铝20-35重量份、纳米滑石粉5-8重量份、偶氮二甲酰胺8-10重量份、石蜡油3-5重量份、酞青蓝0.5-0.7重量份、三氧化二锑1-4重量份、氯化石蜡12-17.5重量份、精炼石蜡2-3重量份、硬脂酸0.2-0.7重量份、氧化钙0.3-0.5重量份、防老剂0.4-0.5重量份;将乙丙胶投入密炼机中进行密炼,然后加入气凝胶、氢氧化铝、纳米滑石粉、偶氮二甲酰胺、石蜡油、酞青蓝、三氧化二锑、氯化石蜡、精炼石蜡、硬脂酸、氧化钙、防老剂混合密炼,开练后常温放置,得到1号料;
(2)按以下重量配比取各原料:1号料70重量份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物0.8-1.4重量份、氧化锌0.2-0.6重量份、促进剂0.6-1.3重量份;将1号料与乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、氧化锌以及促进剂投入密炼机中进行密炼,开练后,切成胶条;
(3)挤出:将胶条于挤出机中挤出成型,得到待发泡胶料;
(4)硫化发泡:将待发泡胶料连续进入硫化炉发泡,得到成型制品;
(5)制品冷却:将成型制品降温,得到冷却后的制品;
(6)截断包装:将冷却后的制品截断包装,即得所述的低温弹性绝热材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温弹性绝热材料,其特征在于,所述的三氧化二锑为环保型三氧化二锑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低温弹性绝热材料,其特征在于,所述的防老剂为防老剂264,氧化锌为纯度>99.7%的间接法氧化锌,促进剂为二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、二苯基硫脲以及硫磺。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低温弹性绝热材料,其特征在于,所述的二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、二苯基硫脲、硫磺的质量比为0.5-0.7:0.1-0.3:0.1-0.3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低温弹性绝热材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,挤出机的转速为23-35r/min,挤出压力为6-9.6MPa,整机温度为25-45℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低温弹性绝热材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,硫化炉内部线速度为3.2-5.3m/min;硫化炉的温度控制为入口段130±2℃,每段递增7℃,出口段165±4℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低温弹性绝热材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,将成型制品经传输网带进行风冷降温,冷风出口温度<20℃,冷却距离50m。
8.权利要求1-7之一所述的制备方法制备得到的低温弹性绝热材料。
