Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,采用高弹性的聚醚原料与树脂原料在环氧烷烃的作用下发生开关聚合反应,生成具有一定弹性的聚氨酯发泡产品,采用添加有化学添加剂的聚氨酯发泡产品与添加有物理添加剂的聚氨酯发泡原料交叠,化学添加剂中的碱性金属配合催化剂显著提高产品的拉伸性能,物理添加剂添加后保证产品的耐磨性和耐蚀性,再在二者中间增设强化材料,进一步提高物理添加剂层和化学添加剂层的连接紧密性,产出的聚氨酯发泡产品能够在具有良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性的同时也具有良好的拉伸性能,适用领域更广。

本发明涉及高分子技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方。
背景技术
聚氨酯发泡产品是采用聚氨酯泡沫制成的产品,聚氨酯泡沫是以异氰酸酯和聚醚为主要原料,在发泡剂、催化剂和阻燃剂等多种助剂的作用下,通过专用设备混合,经高压喷涂现场发泡而成的高分子聚合物,由于其导热系数低,常作为建筑领域的保温和防水材料使用,现有的聚氨酯发泡产品为了保证材料的耐磨性和耐蚀性,通常将产品的硬度设置的很高,弹性系数低,在长期的户外使用过程时,容易因热胀冷缩而产生裂纹,适用领域十分有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够在具有良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性的同时也具有良好的拉伸性能,适用领域更广的基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的产品的硬度设置的很高,弹性系数低,在长期的户外使用过程时,容易因热胀冷缩而产生裂纹,适用领域十分有限的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配按照重量的配方如下:聚醚30-50份、树脂原料30-50份、甘油5-15份、强化材料10-20份、阻燃剂10-15份、物理添加剂0-5份、化学添加剂0-5份、环氧烷烃0-8份和表面活性剂0-8份。
优选的,所述聚醚采用DDL-2000D、DDL-3000D、DEP330N和POP聚醚中的一种或其共混物。
优选的,所述树脂原料采用异氰酸酯与聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚碳酸亚丙酯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氧化乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯和聚己内酯等添加物中的任意一种或两种反应生成的复合型树脂材料,异氰酸酯与添加物的添加量比例为3.5:1。
优选的,所述强化材料由碳酸钙、云母片、二氧化硅、碳纳米管、氮化硼、凹凸捧土和海泡石中的一种或其共混物与碳纤维交织而成,强化材料的添加密度不小于2g/cm3。
优选的,所述物理添加剂包括开孔剂、抗老化剂、物理发泡剂、结皮剂和色浆,所述化学添加剂包括30%的氢氧化钠溶液和40%氢氧化钾溶液,物理添加剂和化学添加剂的总添加量占产品总质量的比重不超过10%。

本发明还提供一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将30-50份的聚醚与30-50份的树脂原料与5-15份的甘油、10-15份的阻燃剂、0-8份的环氧烷烃和0-8份的表面活性剂混合反应,生成聚氨酯发泡基料A;
S2、高温加热浸泡液,并将5-10份的强化材料浸泡在浸泡液中静置2h,得到改性后的强化材料,将改性后的强化材料粉碎后喷射在聚氨酯发泡基料A的表面,辊压后形成聚氨酯发泡基料B;
S3、将另外的5-10份强化材料粉碎后装入到喷射设备中;
S4、将S2中生成的聚氨酯发泡基料B一份为二,分别投入到两个反应釜中,向一个反应釜中添加0-5份的物理添加剂,生成聚氨酯发泡基料B1,向另一个反应釜中添加0-5份的化学添加剂,生成聚氨酯发泡基料B2,再分别将聚氨酯发泡基料B1和聚氨酯发泡基料B2投入到两组喷射设备中;
S5、向模具中依次注入聚氨酯发泡基料B1和聚氨酯发泡基料B2,聚氨酯发泡基料B1和聚氨酯发泡基料B2之间被强化材料隔开,辊压和冷却成型并脱模后得到聚氨酯发泡产品。

一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配按照重量的配方如下:聚醚30份、树脂原料30份、甘油5份、强化材料10份、阻燃剂10份、化学添加剂5份、环氧烷烃5份和表面活性剂5份,聚醚采用DDL-2000D、DDL-3000D、DEP330N和POP聚醚中的一种或其共混物,树脂原料采用异氰酸酯与聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚碳酸亚丙酯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氧化乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯和聚己内酯等添加物中的任意一种或两种反应生成的复合型树脂材料,异氰酸酯与添加物的添加量比例为3.5:1,强化材料由碳酸钙、云母片、二氧化硅、碳纳米管、氮化硼、凹凸捧土和海泡石中的一种或其共混物与碳纤维交织而成,强化材料的添加密度不小于2g/cm3,化学添加剂包括30%的氢氧化钠溶液和40%氢氧化钾溶液,化学添加剂的添加量占产品总质量的比重不超过10%,表面活性剂采用非离子型聚氨酯Gemini表面活性剂。
实施例5
一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配按照重量的配方如下:聚醚30份、树脂原料30份、甘油5份、强化材料15份、阻燃剂10份、环氧烷烃5份和表面活性剂5份,聚醚采用DDL-2000D、DDL-3000D、DEP330N和POP聚醚中的一种或其共混物,树脂原料采用异氰酸酯与聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚碳酸亚丙酯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氧化乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯和聚己内酯等添加物中的任意一种或两种反应生成的复合型树脂材料,异氰酸酯与添加物的添加量比例为3.5:1,强化材料由碳酸钙、云母片、二氧化硅、碳纳米管、氮化硼、凹凸捧土和海泡石中的一种或其共混物与碳纤维交织而成,强化材料的添加密度不小于2g/cm3,表面活性剂采用非离子型聚氨酯Gemini表面活性剂。
本发明还提供一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将30-50份的聚醚与30-50份的树脂原料与5-15份的甘油、10-15份的阻燃剂、0-8份的环氧烷烃和0-8份的表面活性剂混合反应,生成聚氨酯发泡基料A;
S2、高温加热浸泡液,并将5-10份的强化材料浸泡在浸泡液中静置2h,浸泡液采用复合盐溶液,得到改性后的强化材料,将改性后的强化材料粉碎后喷射在聚氨酯发泡基料A的表面,辊压后形成聚氨酯发泡基料B;
S3、将另外的5-10份强化材料粉碎后装入到喷射设备中;
S4、将S2中生成的聚氨酯发泡基料B一份为二,分别投入到两个反应釜中,向一个反应釜中添加0-5份的物理添加剂,生成聚氨酯发泡基料B1,向另一个反应釜中添加0-5份的化学添加剂,生成聚氨酯发泡基料B2,再分别将聚氨酯发泡基料B1和聚氨酯发泡基料B2投入到两组喷射设备中;
S5、向模具中依次注入聚氨酯发泡基料B1和聚氨酯发泡基料B2,聚氨酯发泡基料B1和聚氨酯发泡基料B2之间被强化材料隔开,辊压和冷却成型并脱模后得到聚氨酯发泡产品。
综上所述:本基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,采用高弹性的聚醚原料与树脂原料在环氧烷烃的作用下发生开关聚合反应,生成具有一定弹性的聚氨酯发泡产品,异氰酸根与聚醚发生反应形成的聚脲成分有效提高产品的阻燃性能,采用添加有化学添加剂的聚氨酯发泡产品与添加有物理添加剂的聚氨酯发泡原料交叠,形成复合式的聚氨酯发泡产品,化学添加剂中的碱性金属能配合催化剂显著提高聚氨酯发泡产品的拉伸性能,物理添加剂中的开孔剂、抗老化剂、物理发泡剂、结皮剂和色浆等材料添加后保证聚氨酯发泡产品的耐磨性和耐蚀性,再在二者中间增设强化材料,进一步提高物理层和化学层的连接紧密性,产出的聚氨酯发泡产品能够在具有良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性的同时也具有良好的拉伸性能,适用领域更广。

Claims (8)
1.一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,其特征在于:所述基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配按照重量的配方如下:聚醚30-50份、树脂原料30-50份、甘油5-15份、强化材料10-20份、阻燃剂10-15份、物理添加剂0-5份、化学添加剂0-5份、环氧烷烃0-8份和表面活性剂0-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,其特征在于:所述聚醚采用DDL-2000D、DDL-3000D、DEP330N和POP聚醚中的一种或其共混物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,其特征在于:所述树脂原料采用异氰酸酯与聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚碳酸亚丙酯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氧化乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯和聚己内酯等添加物中的任意一种或两种反应生成的复合型树脂材料,异氰酸酯与添加物的添加量比例为3.5:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,其特征在于:所述强化材料由碳酸钙、云母片、二氧化硅、碳纳米管、氮化硼、凹凸捧土和海泡石中的一种或其共混物与碳纤维交织而成,强化材料的添加密度不小于2g/cm3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,其特征在于:所述物理添加剂包括开孔剂、抗老化剂、物理发泡剂、结皮剂和色浆,所述化学添加剂包括30%的氢氧化钠溶液和40%氢氧化钾溶液,物理添加剂和化学添加剂的总添加量占产品总质量的比重不超过10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂采用非离子型聚氨酯Gemini表面活性剂。
7.一种权利要求1所述的基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将30-50份的聚醚与30-50份的树脂原料与5-15份的甘油、10-15份的阻燃剂、0-8份的环氧烷烃和0-8份的表面活性剂混合反应,生成聚氨酯发泡基料A;
S2、高温加热浸泡液,并将5-10份的强化材料浸泡在浸泡液中静置2h,得到改性后的强化材料,将改性后的强化材料粉碎后喷射在聚氨酯发泡基料A的表面,辊压后形成聚氨酯发泡基料B;
S3、将另外的5-10份强化材料粉碎后装入到喷射设备中;

8.根据权利要求7所述的一种基于聚醚原料的聚氨酯发泡产品生产配方的制备方法,其特征在于:所述浸泡液采用复合盐溶液。
