Referring to fig. 6-7, in one embodiment, the spatula assembly further comprises a torsion spring 18, a rotating shaft 19, a fastener 20, a first limit bone site 22 and a second limit bone site 23; the rotating shaft 19 is rotatably connected with the side wall of the first groove; the scraping strip 9 and the torsion spring 18 are sleeved on the rotating shaft 19 in a penetrating way; one end of the torsion spring 18 is connected with the scraping strip 9, and the other end is connected with the fixing plate 8; the fastener 20 is arranged at the position of the scraping strip 9 far away from the rotating shaft 19, and the fixing plate 8 is provided with a fastening groove 21 corresponding to the fastener 20; when the fastener 20 is buckled in the buckling groove 21, the torsion spring 18 deforms, and when the fastener 20 is separated from the buckling groove 21, the scraping strip 9 rotates around the rotating shaft 19 to be opened under the action of the elasticity of the torsion spring 18; the first limit bone position 22 is arranged on the rotating shaft 19, and the second limit bone position 23 is arranged on the side wall of the first groove corresponding to the first limit bone position 22; when the scraping bar 9 is opened at a certain angle, the second limit bone position 23 abuts against the first limit bone position 22 to stop the rotation of the scraping bar 9.

When the scraping strip 9 rotates, the position of the scraping strip 9 relative to the fixing plate 8 changes, one end of the torsion spring 18 is connected with the scraping strip 9, the other end of the torsion spring is connected with the fixing plate 8, when the fastener 20 is buckled into the buckling groove 21, the scraping strip 9 is completely positioned in the first groove, at the moment, the torsion spring 18 is extruded to deform to generate elasticity, and the elasticity always acts on the scraping strip 9; when the fastener 20 is disengaged from the catching groove 21, the scraper bar 9 starts to rotate relative to the fixing plate 8 under the action of the elastic force, the scraper bar 9 is further away from the fixing plate 8 until one end of the scraper bar 9, which is far away from the rotating shaft 19, contacts the ground, so that the ground is scraped, and the torsion spring 18 gradually recovers to the original shape. And the scraping strip 9 is driven by the moving bracket 6 to do reciprocating motion, so that the same ground can be scraped for many times, and stubborn garbage on the ground can be cleaned more thoroughly. When the scraper bar 9 is not needed, the scraper bar 9 is pushed back into the first groove and is buckled into the buckling groove 21, and the torsion spring 18 is deformed again to be the opening power of the next scraper bar 9.
The degree that the scraping strip 9 was opened can not be too big in the setting up of first spacing position of bone 22 and the spacing position of second 23 of bone, can give certain pressure on ground when having guaranteed scraping strip 9 scraping shovel ground simultaneously, has increased the frictional force between scraping strip 9 and the ground.
Fig. 5 to 8, in an embodiment, further include a brush 10, the brush 10 is disposed at an end of the wiper strip 9 away from the bottom wall of the first groove, and the brush 10 is detachably connected to the fixing plate 8.
In the above embodiment, when the sweeper runs, the brush 10 is arranged below the scraping strip 9, the sweeper can sweep the ground through the brush 10, if the brush 10 is not needed but the scraping strip 9 is needed to scrape the ground, the brush 10 can be detached from the fixing plate 8, the fastener 20 is taken out from the buckling groove 21, and the scraper can be opened and can be normally used. The brush 10 and the fixing plate 8 can be connected by a snap connection.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, in an embodiment, the scraper further includes a brush 10, and the brush 10 is disposed at an end of the scraper bar 9 away from the bottom wall of the first groove; the brush 10 includes a brush plate for fixing bristles and bristles; the height of the bristles is set from low to high from one end of the scraping strip 9 far away from the rotating shaft 19 to the position of the rotating shaft 19; when the scraping bar 9 is opened at a certain angle, one end of the scraping bar 9 far away from the rotating shaft 19 is in the same horizontal plane with the bristles.
In the above embodiment, when the wiper strip 9 is rotated to open from the first recess, the end of the wiper strip 9 away from the shaft 19 contacts the ground. The bristles with different lengths can be arranged along a certain direction, so that the bristles can contact the ground together with one end of the scraping strip 9 when the end contacts the ground. When the wiper strip 9 is retracted into the first groove, the brush 10 is also retracted into the first groove following the rotation of the wiper strip 9. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the spring 7 is further included, and one end of the spring 7 is connected to the moving bracket 6, and the other end is connected to the housing.
In the above embodiment, when the moving bracket 6 reciprocates, the spring 7 is driven to deform to form an elastic force, and the elastic force acts on the moving bracket 6, so that the moving bracket 6 can move more stably.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a sweeper, which includes the device in any one of the embodiments, wherein the wiper strip is capable of reciprocating, the sweeper further includes a second side brush, the first side brush 2 and the second side brush are arranged outside the housing at an interval, and the wiper strip 9 is located between the first side brush 2 and the second side brush; a first inclined part is arranged at the first end of the scraping strip 9 close to the first side brush 2, and the first inclined part is inclined from the first end of the scraping strip 9 to the direction of the first side brush 2; the second end of the scraping strip 9 close to the second side brush is provided with a second inclined part, and the second inclined part is inclined from the second end of the scraping strip 9 to the direction of the second side brush.
In the above embodiment, the sweeper is provided with the dust suction port, and garbage enters the sweeper from the dust suction port. The first inclined part and the second inclined part arranged on the scraping strip 9 can enable the scraping strip 9 to scrape and shovel garbage to move to the first side brush 2 and the second side brush along the inclined parts, the garbage is received by the first side brush 2 and the second side brush and is swept to a dust suction port of the sweeper, and then the garbage is sucked into the sweeper by the sweeper. Therefore, the suction force of the sweeper can be more thoroughly applied to the garbage, and the cleaning capability of the sweeper can be improved.

Claims (10)

1. A device with a reciprocating bar scraper is applied to a sweeper and comprises a shell, and is characterized in that the device comprises a motor assembly, a first side brush, a first rotating piece, a second rotating piece, a connecting shaft, a moving support and a scraper assembly;
the motor assembly comprises an output shaft, and the output shaft is connected with the first side brush;
the first rotating piece is sleeved on the output shaft;
the first rotating piece is in transmission connection with the second rotating piece and drives the second rotating piece to rotate;
the connecting shaft is arranged on the surface of the second rotating part far away from the axis of the second rotating part;
the motion bracket is sleeved on the connecting shaft along the height direction of the connecting shaft and is in sliding connection with the connecting shaft;
the motion support is connected with the spatula assembly, and the motion support drives the spatula assembly to perform reciprocating motion.
2. The bar reciprocatable device according to claim 1, wherein the first rotating member is a first gear, and the second rotating member includes a positioning shaft and a second gear;
the positioning shaft is arranged at the bottom of the shell, and the second gear is sleeved on the positioning shaft and is in sliding connection with the positioning shaft;
the first gear is in meshed connection with the second gear.

a second groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the first connecting column, of the moving support, and a clamping groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the clamping part, of the second groove;
when the first connecting column is inserted into the second groove, the buckling part is buckled into the clamping groove;
a second connecting column is arranged at one end, away from the first connecting column, of the fixing plate, a first magnetic piece is arranged in the second connecting column, a second magnetic piece is arranged at the position, corresponding to the first magnetic piece, of the second elastic soft rubber piece, and the first magnetic piece and the second magnetic piece are attracted to each other.
6. The bar reciprocatable device of claim 3, wherein the spatula assembly further comprises a torsion spring, a shaft, a fastener, a first limit bone location and a second limit bone location;
the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the side wall of the first groove;
the scraping strip and the torsion spring are sleeved on the rotating shaft in a penetrating manner;
one end of the torsion spring is connected with the scraping strip, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected with the fixing plate;
the fastener is arranged at a position of the scraping strip, which is far away from the rotating shaft, and the fixing plate is provided with a fastening groove corresponding to the fastener;
when the fastener is buckled into the buckling groove, the torsion spring deforms, and when the fastener is separated from the buckling groove, the scraping strip rotates around the rotating shaft to be opened under the action of the elasticity of the torsion spring;
the first limiting bone position is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the second limiting bone position is arranged on the side wall of the first groove corresponding to the first limiting bone position;
when the scraper bar is opened at a certain angle, the second limiting bone position is abutted against the first limiting bone position to stop the rotation of the scraper bar.

the brush comprises a brush plate and bristles, and the brush plate is used for fixing the bristles;
the height of the bristles is set from low to high from one end of the scraping strip, which is far away from the rotating shaft, to the position of the rotating shaft;
when the scraping strip is opened at a certain angle, one end of the scraping strip, which is far away from the rotating shaft, is in the same horizontal plane with the bristles.
9. The bar reciprocatable device of claim 1, further comprising a spring having one end connected to the motion bracket and the other end connected to the housing.
