It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present application provides a device with a scraper bar capable of reciprocating, which is applied to a sweeper, the sweeper comprises a housing, the device comprises a motor assembly 1, a first side brush 2, a first rotating member 3, a second rotating member 4, a connecting shaft 5, a moving bracket 6 and a scraper assembly; the motor assembly 1 comprises an output shaft which is connected with the first side brush 2; the first rotating piece 3 is sleeved on the output shaft; the first rotating piece 3 is in transmission connection with the second rotating piece 4 and drives the second rotating piece 4 to rotate; the connecting shaft 5 is arranged on the surface of the second rotating piece 4 away from the axis line of the second rotating piece; the moving bracket 6 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 5 along the height direction of the connecting shaft 5 and is connected with the connecting shaft 5 in a sliding way; the movable support is connected with the spatula assembly, and the movable support 6 drives the spatula assembly to reciprocate.
In the above embodiment, the motor assembly 1 can drive the spatula assembly to reciprocate while driving the first side brush 2 to rotate.
The motor assembly 1 comprises a motor and a speed reducing mechanism, wherein the motor provides power, and the speed reducing mechanism adds or reduces the rotating speed or torque force through meshing gears with different sizes, so that the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted to a proper value. The output shaft of the motor assembly 1 outputs torque to rotate, part of the structure of the output shaft extends out of the shell, the first side brush 2 is connected with the part of the structure of the output shaft, and the output shaft drives the first side brush 2 to rotate. The first rotating member 3 is located inside the shell, the first rotating member 3 is sleeved on the output shaft, the output shaft drives the first rotating member 3 to rotate, the first rotating member 3 drives the second rotating member 4 to rotate, the connecting shaft 5 is arranged on the surface of the second rotating member 4, so that the connecting shaft 5 can move along the rotating track of the second rotating member 4, the connecting shaft 5 is connected with the moving support 6, and the connecting shaft 5 can drive the moving support 6 to move.
The connecting shaft 5 is movably connected with the second rotating member 4, so that the moving bracket 6 cannot rotate around the rotating center of the second rotating member 4 due to the rotation of the connecting shaft 5. Explanation: since the rotation track of the second rotating member 4 is circular, the connecting shaft 5 is disposed on the surface of the second rotating member 4, and therefore the connecting shaft 5 moves around the rotation center of the second rotating member 4, and the movement track is circular. When the connecting shaft 5 moves, not only the entire position but also the position of the structure itself of the connecting shaft 5 is changed relative to the initial position, which corresponds to the rotation of the connecting shaft 5. If the connecting shaft 5 is fixedly connected with the moving support 6, on the one hand, the overall position of the moving support 6 can be changed, and on the other hand, the connecting shaft 5 rotates, and the moving support 6 also rotates, then the overall moving track of the moving support 6 is a circular track rotating around the rotating circle center of the second rotating member 4, so that enough space needs to be reserved inside the sweeper to enable the moving support 6 to move, and space is wasted in the mode. The moving bracket 6 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 5 and is in sliding connection with the connecting shaft 5, so that the rotation of the connecting shaft 5 cannot cause the position change of the moving bracket 6, and the moving bracket 6 only moves along with the integral position change of the connecting shaft 5, so that the movement of the moving bracket 6 is the displacement change when a certain point on the circle moves. The whole moving bracket 6 does not rotate any more, so that the space waste is avoided. The motion support 6 makes reciprocating motion, drives the spatula assembly and also makes reciprocating motion, and the spatula assembly can carry out spatula many times to same region in a period of time, can thoroughly spatula the intractable rubbish in this region clean, has improved the clean ability of spatula assembly.
At the same time, the connecting shaft 5 cannot be arranged on the first rotating member 3, since the first rotating member 3 is sleeved on the output shaft, and the output shaft can prevent the movement of the moving bracket 6.
The connecting shaft 5 may be perpendicular to the second rotating member 4 and disposed on the surface of the second rotating member 4, or may be disposed obliquely. The transmission mode between the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 4 can be belt transmission, the first rotating member 3 is set to be a driving wheel, the second rotating member 4 is set to be a driven wheel, the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 4 are connected through a belt, the belt is tensioned on the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 4, and when the first rotating member 3 rotates, the second rotating member 4 is driven to rotate in the same direction together by virtue of friction force. The transmission mode between the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 4 can also be gear transmission, the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 4 are both provided with gears, and the first rotating member 3 is in meshed connection with the second rotating member 4. The transmission mode between the first rotating piece 3 and the second rotating piece 4 can also be chain transmission, the first rotating piece 3 and the second rotating piece 4 are both provided with chain wheels, the first rotating piece 3 and the second rotating piece 4 are connected through an annular chain, and the first rotating piece 3 and the second rotating piece 4 are respectively meshed with the annular chain to realize the same-direction transmission.
The spatula assembly can be provided as a scraping strip 9, but also as a brush 10 and scraping strip 9.

In the above embodiment, the first gear is sleeved on the output shaft, the second gear is positioned by the positioning shaft, the positioning shaft is fixed at the bottom of the housing, and the second gear is sleeved on the positioning shaft. The second gear is required to rotate, so that the second gear is in sliding connection with the positioning shaft, and the second gear can rotate around the positioning shaft. The gear teeth of the first gear are meshed with the gear teeth of the second gear, and power and motion are transmitted. The gear transmission is selected as the transmission mode of the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 4, so that the transmission efficiency between the two is higher, and is generally 0.94-0.99; the transmission precision is high, the accurate transmission ratio cannot be ensured by belt transmission, and the constant instantaneous transmission ratio cannot be realized by chain transmission, but the transmission ratio of the involute gear commonly used in modern times is accurate and constant in theory; reliable operation and long service life. The brush 10 and the fixing plate 8 can be connected by a buckle connection mode.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, in one embodiment, the brush 10 is further included, and the brush 10 is disposed at an end of the scraping strip 9 away from the bottom wall of the first groove; the brush 10 includes a brush plate for fixing bristles and bristles; the height of the bristles is set from one end of the scraping strip 9 away from the rotating shaft 19 to the position of the rotating shaft 19 from low to high; when the scraping strip 9 is opened at a certain angle, one end of the scraping strip 9 away from the rotating shaft 19 is in the same horizontal plane with the bristles.
In the above embodiment, when the wiper strip 9 is rotated to be opened from the first recess, the end of the wiper strip 9 away from the rotating shaft 19 contacts the ground. The brush 10 is arranged on the scraping strip 9, the tail ends of the bristles reach different heights of the scraping strip 9, because when the scraping strip 9 is opened from the first groove, the bristles also need to contact the ground when one end of the scraping strip 9 away from the rotating shaft 19 contacts the ground, the brush 10 and the scraping strip 9 act on the ground together, the scraping strip 9 rotates to be opened from the first groove, the surface of the scraping strip 9 forms an inclined angle, the distance between one end connected with the rotating shaft 19 and one end contacted with the ground is gradually smaller, and the bristle needs to match the inclined angle when the scraping strip 9 is opened, so that the heights of the bristles are gradually higher from one end of the scraping strip 9 away from the rotating shaft 19 to the position where the rotating shaft 19 is located. The arrangement of the bristles with different heights can be realized by setting the inclination angle of the brush plate corresponding to the opening of the scraping strip 9 to have a certain gradient, and the bristles with the same length are fixed on the brush plate, so that when the scraping strip 9 is opened, the bristles can be in the same horizontal plane with one end of the scraping strip 9, which contacts the ground. The bristles of different lengths can be arranged along a certain direction, so that when one end of the scraping strip 9 contacts the ground, the bristles can jointly contact the ground with the end. When the wiper strip 9 is retracted into the first recess, the brush 10 is also retracted into the first recess following the rotation of the wiper strip 9. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the device further comprises a spring 7, wherein one end of the spring 7 is connected with the moving bracket 6, and the other end is connected with the shell.
In the above embodiment, when the moving support 6 reciprocates, the spring 7 is driven to deform to form an elastic force, and the elastic force acts on the moving support 6, so that the movement of the moving support 6 is smoother.
