Abstract

一种易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法包括:薄膜袋叠摞后,按常规要求裁制成薄膜提袋;在薄膜提袋的袋口中线部位,以点熔焊温度,使叠摞的各薄膜提袋外层之间均点粘连;在薄膜提袋中线开口处上方设置一分隔片。采用上述方法制造的薄膜提袋,使用极为方便,在叠摞的薄膜提袋顺序扯取的同时,袋口自动开启,极大地方便了物品的装入,大大提高了工作效率。本方法制造的薄膜提袋尤其适用于商店和大型超市。

Description

易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法
本发明涉及的是塑料薄膜袋,尤其是一种易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法。
随着商品市场的发展,人们在市场上购买任何商品,商家均会为消费者提供热情的服务,将商品包装好,以便于消费者携带。目前,最常见的包装方式是将商品置于塑料袋子。塑料薄膜袋已基本上替代了纸质包装袋。在人们日常生活中,塑料薄膜袋应用也越来越广泛,如用于食品冷冻或冷藏时的保鲜薄膜袋;用于微波炉加热食品时的防干、防溅用的薄膜袋;以及各超市为顾客提供的物品提袋等。为满足方便取用的要求,制造商通常将成摞的薄膜袋以点连接方式粘合在一起,其既可使成摞的薄膜袋有序整齐的排列,又可方便人们随时用手扯取使用。也有以缠绕或折叠方式包装的连体薄膜袋,使用是时需沿分离痕裁取。上述包装的薄膜袋在使用中存在以下缺陷:成摞点连接方式粘合的薄膜袋虽可方便地扯取,但若遇两只或多只薄膜袋吸合在一起时,一次扯下多只薄膜袋会造成浪费;而以缠绕或折叠方式包装的连体薄膜袋使用时,操作比较复杂,薄膜袋裁取不规范,容易裁坏;裁剪过程中手或工具与薄膜袋接触,易对薄膜袋造成污染;这两种薄膜袋均存在袋口开启不方便的现象,现有的塑料薄膜袋为了减少用料和便于废弃后降解处理,其膜壁尽量做到最薄,而膜壁越薄越容易吸合在一起,因此现在市场上使用的塑料薄膜袋使用时均需用手将吸合在一起的薄膜袋袋口搓开、然后用咀吹方能使袋口完全开启,如此操作自然会对薄膜袋造成污染。由此可见,现有塑料薄膜袋的包装方式是不科学的,其既不能满足人们方便取用,也不符合现代人对清洁卫生的要求。
本发明的目的是针对上述塑料薄膜袋存在的缺陷,提供一种取用十分方便、快捷的易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法。
本发明的易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法由以下技术方案实现:
a、取用以共挤部分复合工艺制成的、外层复合有一道低密度聚乙烯膜层的高密度聚乙烯薄膜袋;
b、将上述薄膜袋叠摞后,按常规要求裁制成薄膜提袋;
c、在薄膜提袋的袋口中线部位,即有低密度聚乙烯膜层位置,施於一足可使薄膜袋外层低密度聚乙烯膜层熔粘之点熔焊温度,使叠摞的各薄膜提袋外层之间均点粘连;
d、在薄膜提袋中线开口处上方设置一分隔片。
本发明的易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法利用低密度聚乙烯熔点低、高密度聚乙烯熔点高之材料熔点的差异特性,以点加热方式即可使叠摞的各薄膜提袋外层点粘连在一起,而每只薄膜提袋的内层则不会粘连,而各薄膜提袋外层低密度聚乙烯膜层间的点粘连在扯拉时易分离,因此,在扯取表面一只薄膜提袋时,与其背面相粘连的第二只薄膜提袋袋口一侧在被扯离的同时,第二只薄膜袋袋口被扯开变形,此时设置在袋口上方的分隔片便会导入袋口,以阻止薄膜提袋袋口失去扯拉力后吸合,供下一次方便取用。采用上述方法制造的薄膜提袋,使用极为方便,在叠摞的薄膜提袋顺序扯取的同时,袋口自动开启,极大地方便了物品的装入,大大提高了工作效率。本方法制造的薄膜提袋尤其适用于商店和大型超市。
本发明易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法由以下附图和实施例详细给出。
图1是一种悬挂式易取、自开口薄膜提袋产品的结构示意图;
图2是一种盒或袋装易取、自开口薄膜提袋产品的结构示意图。
实施例1:从图1可以清楚地看到,这是一种可悬挂在挂钩上方便扯取使用的易取、自开口薄膜提袋,其制造方法是:
一、取用一种以共挤部分复合工艺制成的、提袋外层中线复合有一道低密度聚乙烯膜层1的高密度聚乙烯薄膜袋2;
二、将上述薄膜袋叠摞后,按常规要求裁制成薄膜提袋,袋口3部位留有可与袋体分离的袋根4,即袋口3部位与袋根4之间为裁痕点连接5,从图1可见,本例薄膜提袋2与袋根4之间有三处裁痕点连接5;
三、为满足薄膜提袋2在悬挂状态下使用,薄膜提袋2的袋根4上冲制挂孔6;
四、在薄膜提袋2的袋口3中线部位,即有低密度聚乙烯膜层1位置,施於一足以使薄膜提袋2外层低密度聚乙烯膜层1熔粘之点熔焊温度,使叠摞的各薄膜提袋2外层之间均点粘连7;
五、在薄膜提袋2袋口3中线上方的袋根4上固定一分隔片8,该分隔片8的伸长度超过薄膜提袋2的点粘连7位置。
本实施例方法制成的易取、自开口薄膜提袋适用于商场或大型购物超市的商品提携包装,易取、自开口薄膜提袋悬挂在挂钩上,薄膜提袋的下部呈松散状,扯取第一只薄膜提袋后,设置在袋口上方的分隔片8即会自动插入第二只薄膜提袋的袋口,以阻止被扯开口的薄膜提袋袋口再吸合,以此类推。使用者可方便地将物品置入呈开口状的薄膜提袋中,不再会为一时打不开薄膜提袋袋口而影响工作效率。
实施例2:从图2可见,这是一种适用于袋装,且可方便扯取使用的易取、自开口薄膜提袋,其制造商方法是:
一、取用一种以共挤部分复合工艺制成的、提袋外层中线复合有一道低密度聚乙烯膜层1的高密度聚乙烯薄膜袋;
二、将上述薄膜袋叠摞后,按常规要求裁制成薄膜提袋2,袋口3部位留有可与袋体分离的袋根4,即袋口3部位与袋根4之间为裁痕点连接5,从图2可见,本例薄膜提袋2的袋根4分布在薄膜提袋2的两端,即:薄膜提袋2的提带端和薄膜提袋2袋底端留有四处袋根4,薄膜提袋2与袋根4之间均为裁痕点连接5;
三、薄膜提袋2配有一硬质底板9,薄膜提袋2的袋根4均通过铆接或连线固定在硬质底板9上;
四、在薄膜提袋2的袋口3中线部位,即有低密度聚乙烯膜层1位置,施於一足可使薄膜提袋2外层低密度聚乙烯膜层1熔粘之点熔焊温度,使叠摞的各薄膜提袋2外层之间均点粘连7;
五、上述固定在硬质底板9上的薄膜提袋2贮存在包装盒或包装袋11内,该包装盒或包装袋11上对应于其内薄膜提袋2袋口3点粘连位置开设一扯取窗口12,扯取窗口12的上沿设置分隔片8,该分隔片8的伸长度超过薄膜提袋2的点粘连7位置。
本实施例方法制成的盒装或袋装易取、自开口薄膜提袋可避免未被扯出的薄膜提袋不与外界接触,其使用方法和效果类似于现有盒包装的餐巾纸。当第一只薄膜提袋2从盒或袋的窗口扯取出来后,其后一只薄膜提袋2的袋口3被带出,设置在包装盒或包装袋11扯取窗口12处的分隔片8即会自动插入第二只薄膜提袋2的袋口3,以阻止被扯开口的薄膜提袋袋口3再吸合,并使其外露于盒或袋的窗口,以方便使用者取用。以此类推。

Claims (2)

1、一种易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法由以下技术方案实现:
a、取用以共挤部分复合工艺制成的、外层复合有一道低密度聚乙烯膜层的高密度聚乙烯薄膜袋;
b、将上述薄膜袋叠摞后,按常规要求裁制成薄膜提袋;
c、在薄膜提袋的袋口中线部位,即有低密度聚乙烯膜层位置,施於一足以使薄膜袋外层低密度聚乙烯膜层熔粘之点熔焊温度,使叠摞的各薄膜提袋外层之间均点粘连;
d、在薄膜提袋中线开口处上方设置一分隔片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的易取、自开口薄膜提袋的制造方法,其特征在于:薄膜提袋(2)配有一硬质底板(9),薄膜提袋(2)的袋根(4)均通过铆接或连线固定在硬质底板(9)上。
