Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a compound bactericide containing penthiopyrad, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural bactericides.
Background
Penthiopyrad (Penthiopyrad), chemical name: the (RS) -N- [2- (1, 3-dimethylbutyl) -3-thiaphenyl ] -1-methyl-3- (trifluoromethyl) -1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide is a novel pyrazole amide bactericide developed by the Sanjing chemical company of Japan, is a pathogenic bacteria mitochondrial respiration inhibitor, acts on a protein complex II on a respiratory electron transfer chain of the pathogenic bacteria mitochondria, namely succinic acid dehydrogenase (SDH) or succinic acid-ubiquinone reductase (SQR), causes tricarboxylic acid circulation disorder, blocks energy metabolism, inhibits growth of pathogenic bacteria, and causes death of the pathogenic bacteria, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing and treating diseases (SDHI bactericides are named because of the action mechanism).
The penthiopyrad has different sterilization spectrums with the existing carboxamide bactericides, and is mainly applied to field crops such as rape, peanut, sunflower, potato, soybean and the like, and also applied to markets such as fruit trees, vegetables and the like; preventing and treating various diseases such as fusarium head blight, powdery mildew, gray mold, leaf spot, brown rot, rhizoctonia, sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the like, and ensuring safety to crops; and are also recommended for controlling gray mold and powdery mildew, which are resistant to other bactericides.
Pyraclostrobin is one kind of broad spectrum methoxy acrylic acid sterilizing agent and is used mainly in preventing and controlling various diseases caused by fungi in crop. Bupirimate is a super-strong systemic pyrimidine bactericide, and has special effects on powdery mildew of various crops. However, these two pesticides are applied continuously in high dosage for a long period of time, which is liable to cause problems such as residue of the pesticide, environmental pollution and development of drug-resistant fungi. Therefore, the reasonable chemical bactericide is selected for compounding or blending, has the positive characteristics of expanding the bactericidal spectrum, improving the control effect, prolonging the application period, reducing the dosage, reducing the phytotoxicity, reducing the residue, delaying the occurrence and development of the drug resistance of fungi and the drug resistance, and the like, and the bactericide compounding is one of the most effective methods for solving the problems. In addition, the price of developing new bactericides is continuously increased, and in contrast, the development and research of efficient, low-toxicity and low-residue compound and mixed bactericides has the advantages of low investment and short development period, and is valued at home and abroad, and various enterprises increase the development strength in a dispute.
In the actual process of agricultural production, the most easily generated problem of disease control is the generation of disease resistance. The compounding of different varieties of components is a common method for preventing and treating resistant diseases. Different components are compounded, and whether a certain compounding is synergistic, additive or antagonistic is judged according to the actual application effect. Under most conditions, the sterilizing compound effect is a summation effect, the actual compound with the synergy is few, and especially the compound with obvious synergy and high synergy ratio is less.

This synergy is not a simple addition of the two agents, and is specifically illustrated by the bioassay examples below.
Biological Activity example 1, compounding penthiopyrad with pyraclostrobin was used for the in-house bioassay of strawberry gray mold.
Test strain: the botrytis cinerea (Botrytis cinerea) is obtained from a strawberry planting greenhouse in Nanchang city by separation and purification (Zhang Chuanbo, easy germination, sun Yunzi, and the like), and the indoor toxicity of several bactericides and compound agents thereof on the botrytis cinerea is measured [ J ]. Hubei agricultural science, 2013,52 (14): 3299-3301+3305.).
Test agent: 99.5% of penthiopyrad original drug and 97.5% of pyraclostrobin original drug. The raw materials are provided by Zhongnonghua biotechnology Co., ltd.

a plate mycelium growth inhibition method is adopted. Mother liquor of penthiopyrad and pyraclostrobin was prepared at 2500. Mu.g/mL with dimethyl sulfoxide at 50mL each, and the mother liquor was diluted with 0.05% Tween-80 water. On the basis of the preliminary experiments, the following is carried out: 1,1.5:1,1:1,1:1.5,1:2 to finally prepare the drug-containing PDA culture medium with the concentration gradients of 1, 5, 10, 20 and 30 mug/mL of single medicament and mixed medicament.
The activity of penthiopyrad and pyraclostrobin on the gray mold of the strawberry is determined by a growth rate method, under the aseptic operation condition, bacterial cakes with the diameter of 5mm are taken from the colony edge of the gray mold of the strawberry by a sterilization puncher, the mycelia are inoculated on a medicated PDA culture medium downwards, one bacterial cake is cultivated in an inverted way at the temperature of 25 ℃, and each treatment is repeated for 3 times, and a plate containing dimethyl sulfoxide is used as a control. When the hypha growth diameter of the control group reaches about 50% of the diameter of the culture dish, the colony diameter is measured by a crisscross method, and the (relative) bacteriostasis rate is calculated. With the help of SPSS software, the logarithmic value of the concentration of the medicament is taken as an abscissa (x), the value of the rate of inhibiting hypha growth is taken as an ordinate (y), and a virulence regression equation and EC are obtained 50 And a correlation coefficient, calculating a synergistic coefficient (SR) of the mixture according to the Wadley method, and evaluating the combined action type of the mixture.
