The forced swimming test is used for the depression detection of mice. After the experiment is finished, the drain valve 6 is opened, and the water in the reservoir 4 is drained from the drain pipe 7.
The data of the four groups of behavioral experiments are processed and analyzed through computer software, and finally, a relevant conclusion that IVC environmental factors influence the thermal comfort of SPF-level experimental animals is obtained.
