Abstract

本发明公开了一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,属于推力滚子轴承技术领域,包括Z型弹簧和依次对称设置在Z型弹簧两侧的座圈、保持架组件和轴圈;座圈上开设有矩形截面的环形凹槽,座圈上沿周向均匀开设有若干处油孔,座圈上开设有环形储油槽;轴圈的外侧设有一定倾斜角度的挡边,轴圈的挡边腰部沿周向设有若干处限位点;解决了常规推力滚子轴承受结构及使用环境限制下,轴承轴向预紧繁琐、工作转速较低、振动较高及产生蠕变的技术问题,同时也能解决轴承润滑要求高、总成装配合箱困难的技术问题。

一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承
技术领域
本发明属于推力滚子轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前AT、AMT、DCT等变速器产品为提高产品性能,大量使用推力滚子轴承,推力滚子轴承主要以承受轴向载荷为主,部分接触角0°<α<90°的轴承可承受轴向及径向的联合载荷;常规推力轴承为使应用寿命达到最大值,其应用匹配要求使用两侧半轴轴向预紧,装配预紧游隙常规保证在0.05-0.1mm,工作游隙保证为-0.05-0mm,但实际在装配时受到装配环境影响,上述装配预紧游隙很难保证,且此间隙下还需保证不对轴承滚子产生冲击力,以免损坏轴承滚子及滚道,故此装配条件要求较为苛刻。
一般推力滚子轴承依靠半轴与轴圈或者座圈摩擦力来带动轴承旋转,但其未达到启动力矩或者轴承摩擦力矩较大时,半轴与座圈或者轴圈将会出现相对滑动,特别在预紧游隙为较大正值时滑动速率将会增大,此俗称跑圈,将导致轴承出现早期磨损、烧蚀、异响等故障;常规单列推力滚子轴承两侧半轴旋向相反同转速旋转时,滚子转速约为半轴转速的两倍,受轴承结构限制,推力滚子轴承允许极限转速相比常规径向轴承较低,超出应用转速将导致早期失效;同时因新能源需求不断增加,产品转速持续提高,常规推力滚子轴承已无法满足新产品升级换代需求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,以解决常规推力滚子轴承受结构及使用环境限制下,轴承轴向预紧繁琐、工作转速较低、振动较高及产生蠕变的技术问题,同时也能解决轴承润滑要求高、总成装配合箱困难的技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,包括Z型弹簧和依次对称设置在Z型弹簧两侧的座圈、保持架组件和轴圈;座圈上开设有矩形截面的环形凹槽,座圈上沿周向均匀开设有若干处油孔,座圈上开设有环形储油槽;轴圈的外侧设有一定倾斜角度的挡边,轴圈的挡边腰部沿周向均匀设有若干处限位点。
优选地,Z型弹簧为截面形状为Z形的环形弹簧。
优选地,保持架组件由保持架和安装在保持架内的滚子组成;保持架的材料选用PA46。
优选地,座圈上沿周向均匀开设有五处油孔。
优选地,座圈采用GCr15材料。
优选地,轴圈的挡边腰部沿周向设有的若干处限位点与半轴内孔壁的若干处凹点相配合。
优选地,轴圈的挡边的倾斜角度为3°。
优选地,Z型弹簧安装在座圈的环形凹槽中。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明公开了一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,包括Z型弹簧,可承受较大轴向力,同时通过Z型弹簧的弹力实现轴承轴向预调整,取消轴承轴向装配预紧,实现自我调整,有效了消除了轴向预紧难度及带来的故障隐患,降低装配难度,减少装配成本;座圈上开设有矩形截面的环形凹槽,用于安装Z型弹簧,实现轴向限位;座圈上沿周向均匀开设有若干处油孔,外界润滑油可通过油孔进入轴承内部,保证轴承润滑,增大润滑油量,有效降低温升,座圈上开设有环形储油槽增大储油槽储油功能,有效加强轴承润滑,降低温升及提升转速;轴圈的外侧设有一定倾斜角度的挡边,实现径向限位,降低振动,轴圈的挡边腰部沿周向均匀设有若干处限位点,用于与半轴内孔壁的若干处凹点相配合,实现轴圈与半轴同步转动,减少相对摩擦,实现耐蠕变,提升使用寿命。两个轴圈分别装配于两侧半轴轴肩处,半轴与轴圈轴向紧密配合,利用差速原理,解决了两侧半轴速差、反向转动等问题,有提高了总成极限转速,相比单列推力滚子轴承转速可提高一倍。本发明整体不改变配件结构,实现轴圈与半轴同步转动,减少相对摩擦,实现耐蠕变,提升使用寿命。
进一步地,保持架组件由保持架和安装在保持架内的滚子组成,保持架的材料选用PA46,增加耐高温、低噪音、自润滑、轻量化等性能。

参见图1和图2,本发明公开了一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,包括Z型弹簧1和依次对称设置在Z型弹簧1两侧的座圈2、保持架组件3和轴圈4。
保持架组件3由保持架31和安装在保持架31内的滚子32组成;保持架31的材料选用PA46,增加耐高温、低噪音、自润滑、轻量化等性能。
参见图3,Z型弹簧1为截面形状为Z形的环形弹簧,可承受半轴传递来的较大轴向力,同时通过Z型弹簧1的弹力实现轴承轴向预调整。
参见图4,座圈2上开设有矩形截面的环形凹槽,用于安装Z型弹簧,实现轴向限位;座圈2上沿周向均匀开设有五处油孔,外界润滑油可通过油孔进入轴承内部,保证轴承润滑;座圈2上开设有环形储油槽,增大储油槽储油功能,有效加强轴承润滑,降低温升及提升转速;座圈2采用GCr15材料,热处理采用C-N共渗,增强耐磨性、抗疲劳等性能。
参见图5,轴圈4的外侧设有挡边,实现径向限位;挡边的倾斜角度为3°,便于装配;轴圈4的挡边腰部沿周向设有四处限位点,插入半轴后,与半轴内孔壁的四处凹点相配合,实现径向限位,同时半轴端面与轴圈4端面相贴合,依靠内圈挡边上的限位点41与半轴端面摩擦力,实现轴圈4与半轴同步转动,减少相对摩擦,实现耐蠕变,提升使用寿命。
工作原理:
参见图6,本发明在工作时两侧半轴对分别对两个轴圈4进行轴向压紧,由轴圈4腰部设置的限位点实现轴圈4与半轴的耐蠕变功能;润滑油通过两个座圈2的油孔进入轴承内部,并在环形储油槽内进行储存,实现良好润滑及降温;依靠Z型弹簧1的弹簧力与轴向力相互抵消功能,可承受较大轴向力及实现预预调整功能,实现完美间隙及滚子均匀受力,延长轴承使用寿命;两侧半轴通过两侧独立的轴圈4与座圈2可实现两侧独立运转,互不干涉,可有效提高使用转速,满足新能源系列产品高转速需求。

1.一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,包括Z型弹簧(1)和依次对称设置在Z型弹簧(1)两侧的座圈(2)、保持架组件(3)和轴圈(4);座圈(2)上开设有矩形截面的环形凹槽,座圈(2)上沿周向均匀开设有若干处油孔,座圈(2)上开设有环形储油槽;轴圈(4)的外侧设有一定倾斜角度的挡边,轴圈(4)的挡边腰部沿周向均匀设有若干处限位点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,Z型弹簧(1)为截面形状为Z形的环形弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,保持架组件(3)由保持架(31)和安装在保持架(31)内的滚子(32)组成;保持架(31)的材料选用PA46。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,座圈(2)上沿周向均匀开设有五处油孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,座圈(2)采用GCr15材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,轴圈(4)的挡边腰部沿周向设有的若干处限位点与半轴内孔壁的若干处凹点相配合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,轴圈(4)的挡边的倾斜角度为3°。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种预调整耐蠕变高转速推力滚子轴承,其特征在于,Z型弹簧(1)安装在座圈(2)的环形凹槽中。
