Abstract

本发明提出了一种亲肤柔软面料及其制备方法,属于面料技术领域,由以下原料制备而成:GEMINI柔软剂、正硅酸烷基酯、聚丙烯树脂;所述GEMINI柔软剂的结构式如下所示。本发明制得的面料由于面料亲水性强,从而提高了肤感,具有一种柔软、润湿的亲肤感,同时具有较好的抗静电效果,且其生物降解性,使用更加安全环保。

本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种亲肤柔软面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对服装面料的要求也越来越高,除了要求美观舒适,对功能性要求也越来越高,因而产生出很多功能性服装面料,以满足消费者的需求,为人们的日常生活中带来更多的便利。随着人们科学观念的不断提高,有关生态、环保、无公害等绿色概念越来越深入人心,而具有绿色概念的面料服饰越来越受到人们的关注,开发前景非常广阔。
现有技术中,常见的用于贴身的面料有纯棉面料、真丝面料、亚麻面料和人造纤维面料或者这些原料的混合纺织面料。纯棉面料织物由于穿着舒适受到人们的普遍欢迎,但是在使用过程中,棉织物会滋生大量的细菌和螨虫,容易发霉变味,而且不宜长时间在洗涤液中浸泡或长时间的曝晒,给使用者带来不便,尽管人们曾经尝试添加抗菌剂来对棉织物进行抗菌处理,但这种添加剂并不环保,而且可能会对人体健康产生一定的影响;真丝面料织物存在洗涤、保养困难,不易打理,容易变形、褪色,价格昂贵等缺点;亚麻面料织物存在抗褶皱性能差,表面粗糙,暗淡、没有光泽等缺点,不适宜做亲肤性衣物;人造纤维面料织物人体穿着、接触时感觉不舒适,容易对皮肤产生刺激,易产生静电而且生物降解性差,亲肤性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种亲肤柔软面料及其制备方法,提高了面料的亲水性,由于面料亲水性强,从而提高了肤感,具有一种柔软、润湿的亲肤感,提高使用者的感官评价,应用前景佳。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供.一种亲肤柔软面料,由以下原料制备而成:GEMINI柔软剂、正硅酸烷基酯、聚丙烯树脂;所述GEMINI柔软剂的结构式如式Ⅰ所示:

作为本发明的进一步改进,所述GEMINI柔软剂的制备方法如下:将对苯二甲酰氯与十八烷基二甲基胺加热条件下反应5-7h制得GEMINI柔软剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述对苯二甲酰氯与十八烷基二甲基胺的物质的量之比为1-1.1:2。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述GEMINI柔软剂的制备方法具体如下:将对苯二甲酰氯加入有机溶剂中,边搅拌边加入十八烷基二甲基胺,加热至70-80℃,反应5-7h,反应结束后,将反应液置于-20℃冷冻结晶,丙酮重结晶,干燥,制得GEMINI柔软剂。
优选地,有机溶剂为丙酮、乙腈、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯中的至少一种。
本发明进一步保护一种上述亲肤柔软面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将聚丙烯树脂、GEMINI柔软剂、正硅酸烷基酯加入螺杆注塑机中,搅拌混合均匀,加热熔融喷丝,在热空气作用下拉伸后,得到改性聚丙烯纤维,经牵伸气流牵引,吹向滚筒,并收集到平板上,依靠自身的热黏合成为单层熔喷纱;
S2.将单层熔喷纱置于水热反应釜中,超声制得含层间水的熔喷布,自然干燥,得到含层间水的熔喷布;
S3.向步骤S2制得含层间水的熔喷布表面喷洒氨水溶液,密封条件下加热充分反应,洗涤,无水酒精清洗一遍抽滤,干燥,反应制得亲肤柔软面料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述正硅酸烷基酯为正硅酸乙酯或正硅酸甲酯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述聚丙烯树脂、GEMINI柔软剂、正硅酸烷基酯的质量比为100:5-12:0.5-2。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S3中所述氨水溶液中NH4OH含量为25-35wt%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤S3中所述加热温度为50-70℃,反应时间为1-3h。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制备了一种Gemini季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂作为一种表面活性剂性柔软剂,通过在苯环的两端连接两个亲水的季铵盐和疏水的烷基链而形成的新型两亲分子。由于连接基团通过共价键的作用连接在一起,进而表现出比传统阳离子表面活性剂更高界面活性,具有临界胶束浓度低,界面活性强,吸附率高,增溶、润湿、发泡性好等优点,同时能使得制得的面料具有较好的抗静电效果,且其生物降解性,使用更加安全环保,制得的面料更加柔软亲肤。
另外,本发明加入了正硅酸烷基酯,在后续面料制备中通过超声使得层间含水,喷洒氨水调节pH值为碱性后,在加热条件下,催化溶胶凝胶反应,原位生成了亲水性极强的二氧化硅粒子,从而提高了面料的亲水性,由于面料亲水性强,从而提高了肤感,具有一种柔软、润湿的亲肤感,提高使用者的感官评价,应用前景佳。

合成路线:

具体如下:将1mol对苯二甲酰氯加入200mL丙酮中,边搅拌边加入2mol十八烷基二甲基胺,加热至70℃,反应5h,反应结束后,将反应液置于-20℃冷冻结晶,丙酮重结晶,干燥,制得GEMINI柔软剂。
1H-NMR核磁数据如下:0.88(CH3,6H),1.25(CH2,68H),2.65(N+-CH3,12),7.24(Ph-H,4H)。
制备例2
一种GEMINI柔软剂的制备方法:

具体如下:将1.1mol对苯二甲酰氯加入200mL丙酮中,边搅拌边加入2mol十八烷基二甲基胺,加热至80℃,反应7h,反应结束后,将反应液置于-20℃冷冻结晶,丙酮重结晶,干燥,制得GEMINI柔软剂。
制备例3
一种GEMINI柔软剂的制备方法:

具体如下:将1.05mol对苯二甲酰氯加入200mL乙腈中,边搅拌边加入2mol十八烷基二甲基胺,加热至75℃,反应6h,反应结束后,将反应液置于-20℃冷冻结晶,丙酮重结晶,干燥,制得GEMINI柔软剂。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种亲肤柔软面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将100重量份聚丙烯树脂、5重量份制备例1制得的GEMINI柔软剂、0.5重量份正硅酸乙酯加入螺杆注塑机中,搅拌混合均匀,加热熔融喷丝,在热空气作用下拉伸后,得到改性聚丙烯纤维,经牵伸气流牵引,吹向滚筒,并收集到平板上,依靠自身的热黏合成为单层熔喷纱;
S2.将单层熔喷纱置于水热反应釜中,超声制得含层间水的熔喷布,自然干燥,得到含层间水的熔喷布;
S3.向步骤S2制得含层间水的熔喷布表面喷洒25wt%氨水溶液,喷洒量为10mL/m2,密封条件下加热至50℃,反应1h,洗涤,无水酒精清洗一遍抽滤,干燥,反应制得亲肤柔软面料。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种亲肤柔软面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将100重量份聚丙烯树脂、12重量份制备例2制得的GEMINI柔软剂、2重量份正硅酸甲酯加入螺杆注塑机中,搅拌混合均匀,加热熔融喷丝,在热空气作用下拉伸后,得到改性聚丙烯纤维,经牵伸气流牵引,吹向滚筒,并收集到平板上,依靠自身的热黏合成为单层熔喷纱;
S2.将单层熔喷纱置于水热反应釜中,超声制得含层间水的熔喷布,自然干燥,得到含层间水的熔喷布;
S3.向步骤S2制得含层间水的熔喷布表面喷洒35wt%氨水溶液,喷洒量为15mL/m2,密封条件下加热至70℃,反应3h,洗涤,无水酒精清洗一遍抽滤,干燥,反应制得亲肤柔软面料。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种亲肤柔软面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将100重量份聚丙烯树脂、9重量份制备例3制得的GEMINI柔软剂、1重量份正硅酸乙酯加入螺杆注塑机中,搅拌混合均匀,加热熔融喷丝,在热空气作用下拉伸后,得到改性聚丙烯纤维,经牵伸气流牵引,吹向滚筒,并收集到平板上,依靠自身的热黏合成为单层熔喷纱;
S2.将单层熔喷纱置于水热反应釜中,超声制得含层间水的熔喷布,自然干燥,得到含层间水的熔喷布;
S3.向步骤S2制得含层间水的熔喷布表面喷洒35wt%氨水溶液,喷洒量为12mL/m2,密封条件下加热至60℃,反应2h,洗涤,无水酒精清洗一遍抽滤,干燥,反应制得亲肤柔软面料。

与实施例3相比,未添加制备例3制得的GEMINI柔软剂,其他条件均不改变。
对比例2
与实施例3相比,未添加正硅酸乙酯,其他条件均不改变。
测试例1
将本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-2制得的亲肤柔软面料进行性能测试,结果见表1。
柔软度:参照ASTM-D1388-2008《织物硬挺性测试方法》执行。
静摩擦系数:参照FZ/T 01054.2-1999《织物风格试验方法表面摩擦性试验》执行。
表面电阻:AATCC 76-2019《纺织品表面电阻试验方法》。
折痕回复性:参照GB/T 3819-1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定回复角法》执行。
润湿角:通过光学接触角测量仪于环境温度下测定,在同一样品不同部位测量5次,取平均值。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-3制得的亲肤柔软面料具有极好的柔软度、润湿性好,摩擦系数小,肤感佳,同时还具有较好的抗静电效果。

S3.向步骤S2制得含层间水的熔喷布表面喷洒氨水溶液,密封条件下加热充分反应,洗涤,无水酒精清洗一遍抽滤,干燥,反应制得亲肤柔软面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述正硅酸烷基酯为正硅酸乙酯或正硅酸甲酯。
