Abstract
一种聚氨酯公母槽包边,C型钢增强的复合保温板,适合现代建筑之大模内置和内置保温板体系,适合装配式建筑相关规范,亦可作为芯材用于免拆保温模板。保温材料可选择聚苯乙烯EPS或挤塑XPS板,也可选择岩棉、酚醛、SG板等。该复合保温板由4链带板压发泡流水线一次成型,经切割、包装完成制备。聚氨酯公母槽结构强度高、韧性好,拼接方便、安装快捷。C型钢配合标准件,生根牢固、装配简单。更突出的优点是产能大、成本低。

技术领域
建筑领域,流水线生产复合保温板。
背景技术
受亲睐的外墙保温粘锚体系,随着城市越来越高、越来越密,变的也越来越不适用。每当风、霜、雨、雪天气到来,与城市建筑关联的设计、施工、使用者便会忧心忡忡,担心保温层脱落,会产生严重的后果。因此,粘锚体系的建筑保温层已经不能适应现代城市建筑需要。墙体内置保温板、墙体免拆保温模板等,新的建筑保温体系开始得到广泛应用。新的体系必然派生出新的保温层材料要求,以前长期使用的建筑保温层材料,如聚苯乙烯发泡板EPS、聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板XPS、石墨阻燃聚苯乙烯泡沫板SEPS以及聚氨酯硬质泡沫板、岩棉板等保温裸板已经不能满足使用要求。新体系对保温层要求不仅要有好的保温效果,同时还要能抵抗现浇混凝土的冲击,不漏浆、能生根,与现浇混凝土粘接成整体。因此,简单的保温裸板已经不能适应新体系的要求,保温板必须升级成能生根、抗冲击、不漏浆的保温板方能使用,同时这种新的保温板还必须考虑运输、装卸、安装的便捷与低成本。
发明内容
保温裸板都是定尺的规格产品,但应用中尺寸总是千差万别。通常是用大尺寸产品,施工现场切割。这种做法不仅浪费而且污染环境。用聚氨酯硬质泡沫包边或粘接得到合适的保温板尺寸,是本公司的独门绝技,经常受到甲方和设计单位的点赞。聚氨酯硬质泡沫成型完美,强度和韧性都很好,尤其是聚氨酯硬质泡沫有很好的粘接强度,可以复合其他各种保温板材,如聚苯乙烯发泡板EPS、聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板XPS、石墨阻燃聚苯乙烯发泡板SEPS以及岩棉板、酚醛板、SG防火保温板等。因此,用聚氨酯包边同时形成公母槽结构,是解决大模内置,内置保温板体系,现浇混凝土施工跑浆的好方法。我们改进了聚氨酯板压发泡流水线,增加了两条侧链带,侧链带与上下主链带保持线速度同步,侧链带由高分子材料制备,形状是可插接的公母槽结构,改流动喷料口为固定喷料口,将一个喷料口增加为两个,喷料口安装在发泡流水线入口处,在原料保温板居中,两侧链带与原料保温板边缘之间位置。经改装和试车,实现了有聚氨酯公母槽的复合保温大板。不仅如此,而且可以采用有机与无机两种以上的保温板组合,即降低了成本,又集成了防火隔离带。看似完美,但在施工现场却遇到了麻烦,这种聚氨酯公母槽结构的复合保温大板无法使用,原因是,两层皮。因为,复合保温大板无法生根,于是也就不能和混凝土墙体实现整体浇注,成为一体。于是两层皮的严重问题出现了。解决这一问题的通常做法是李德板,即,两层钢板网,用斜插入保温层的钢条焊接成整体。但,这种通用做法有两个弊端。其一是与运输成本高而且装卸困难。其二是混凝土灌浆无法保证质量,墙体空间有限,而钢板网过于密集。看来问题一个接一个,左右都不是。研发人员经过无数次的实验,最后,找到了解决方法。在原料保温板两面,对称安装90°折边的C型钢条,将C型钢的折边压入保温层中,在复合保温板成型时,两边翻出的聚氨酯包覆在原料保温板两端,盖住C型钢两头,C型钢结实牢固的复合在保温板上,至此,两层皮、保温板无法生根的难题彻底解决。施工现场一个通丝,对穿于对称安装的两面的C型钢间,用螺丝上紧,穿出的通丝作为生根被混凝土紧紧的裹覆,通丝植入混凝土中。于是,两层皮的问题,彻底解决。C型钢条不仅解决了生根的问题,而且是对复合保温层强度的增强。聚氨酯公母槽包边,C型钢增强的复合保温板在流水线上,源源不断的制造出来。
进一步,一种复合保温板流水制备方法,由①在原料保温板的上下两面,对称压入与原料保温板等长度的C型钢,②压入C型钢的原料保温板入4链带板压发泡流水线,③打开4链带板压发泡流水线入口两侧的聚氨酯发泡料喷口,连续喷料,④发泡流水线出口连续产出复合保温板,连续板材经追锯定尺切割,⑤切割成型的复合保温板经包装成成品。所述,原料保温板是EPS苯板、XPS挤塑板、岩棉板、酚醛板、SG防火保温板的一种或两种以上的组合。所述,C型钢是两边都折有90°直边的钢带,所述压入安装是将C型钢的折边嵌入原料保温板中。所述,4链带板压发泡流水线是带有侧链带的板压发泡流水线,并且侧链带是公母槽的结构。发泡温度≤100℃。所述,流水线入口两侧是,原料保温板居中,两侧链带与原料保温板边缘之间位置。每喷口入流量120g~560g(m/min)。所述,切割是追锯切割,所述包装是薄膜包装。

具体实施例1
现结合附图,图1以具体工程为例,详细阐述一种聚氨酯公母槽包边,C型钢增强的复合保温板及流水线制备方法
产品:公母槽结构,大模内置施工,厚度100mm、宽1050mm、生根4根/m3
原料保温板XPS挤塑板厚度100mm、宽600mm、长900mm,C型钢厚1 mm,宽40mm,折直角边各5mm,长900mm
结合附图,图1,在送料段按对称压入C型钢,其中居中一条,间距160mm各一条。压入C型钢的XPS挤塑板横向至中送入4链带发泡流水线,流水线设置,宽度1050mm厚度100mm侧链带公母槽,发泡线温度设定100℃。XPS保温板居中,两侧链带与XPS保温板边缘之间位置喷入聚氨酯硬泡发泡料,流水线速度2m/min,喷入量每喷嘴每分钟900g,4链带发泡流水线出口连续产出聚氨酯公母槽包边,C型钢增强的复合保温板,按600mm每块切割、打包,完成制备。
Claims (6)
1.一种复合保温板流水制备方法,其特征是①在原料保温板的上下两面,对称压入与原料保温板等长度的C型钢,②压入C型钢的原料保温板入4链带板压发泡流水线,③开启4链带板压发泡流水线入口两侧的聚氨酯发泡料喷口,连续喷料,④发泡流水线出口连续产出复合保温板,连续板由追锯定尺切割,⑤切割成型的复合保温板经包装成成品。
2.根据权利要求1,一种复合保温板流水制备方法,所述原料保温板是EPS苯板、XPS挤塑板、岩棉板、酚醛板、SG防火保温板的一种或两种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1,一种复合保温板流水制备方法,所述C型钢是两边都折有90°直边的钢带,所述压入安装是将C型钢的折边嵌入原料保温板中。
4.根据权利要求1,一种复合保温板流水制备方法,所述4链带板压发泡流水线是带有侧链带的板压发泡流水线,并且侧链带是公母槽的结构。发泡温度≤100℃。
5.根据权利要求1,一种复合保温板流水制备方法,所述流水线入口两侧是,原料保温板居中,两侧链带与原料保温板边缘之间位置,每喷口喷入流量120g~560g(m/min)。
6.根据权利要求1,一种复合保温板流水制备方法,所述切割是追锯切割,所述包装是薄膜包装。
