Claims (12)
1.一种能够逆转晚期糖基化终产物堆积的动态原子粒子团簇的制造方法,包括:
a.材料准备;
b.颗粒破碎;
c.酸碱度调节;
d.原子粒子的选择和动态团簇的构建;
e.从液体中分离动态团簇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造原子粒子动态团簇的工艺,其中材料制备涉及通过以下方式处理水基液体,所述水基液体可以是植物提取物、动物提取物或电解质:
a.在不发生剧烈温度变化的情况下,去除水中不混溶的液体污染物;
b.通过相分离或过滤去除沉淀物质;
c.使用无毒添加剂补充液体的含量;
d.从液体中过滤出大于50微米的沉积物(如有)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造原子粒子的动态团簇的方法,其中颗粒破碎包括将液体材料暴露在阳光下并施加超声波振动以将小于50微米的颗粒破碎成更细的碎片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造原子粒子的动态团簇的方法,其中酸碱度调节包括向所述液体材料中加入氢氧化钙或盐酸以将其pH值调节到7.0-7.8。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制造原子粒子的动态团簇的方法,其中原子粒子的选择和动态团簇的构建包括在低于310K的温度下操纵电磁场和液体流速,将透明液体变成白色胶体悬浮液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制造原子粒子的动态团簇的方法,其中所述动态团簇的分离涉及将所述胶体悬浮液喷洒在透水板上,使所述动态团簇以不透明白色浆液的形式留在透水板的表面上。
8.根据权利要求1-7所述的任何方法获得的原子粒子的动态团簇。
9.根据权利要求8的原子粒子的动态簇,其中每个团簇足够小,能够流过直径为8微米的毛细管。
10.根据权利要求8的原子粒子的动态簇,其中每个团簇包含各种元素以提供广泛的固有特性,包括质量、尺寸和角动量,以适当地响应高反应性自由基。
11.根据权利要求8的原子粒子的动态簇,其中每个团簇的组成粒子在体温下可以容易地分离。
12.根据权利要求8所述的原子粒子的动态簇,能够逆转晚期糖基化终产物的堆积。
