一种预压式全塑喷雾泵
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种预压式全塑喷雾泵。
【背景技术】
现有的喷雾泵,其内的单向阀采用玻璃珠,而抽吸组件的弹簧,通常采用金属弹簧,其易于被腐蚀生锈,而且在回收时需要将金属、玻璃和塑料分离后再回收,回收不方便。
本发明就是基于这种情况而做出的。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,具有结构简单、利于回收的特点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,包括均由塑料制成的按头、雾化喷嘴、泵体、弹簧、锁瓶盖、单向阀、锁定件以及由上泵杆、下泵杆和活塞组成的泵送组件,所述泵体内设置有泵室,所述泵体的上端固定在锁瓶盖上,所述锁定件固定在泵体上端口处并用于将泵送组件限定在泵室内,所述单向阀设于泵室下部并供内容物进入泵室,所述锁瓶盖具有中孔供上泵杆穿过,所述按头连接在上泵杆的上端,所述雾化喷嘴安装在按头上,所述按头和上泵杆、下泵杆之间设有从泵体通向雾化喷嘴的出液通道,所述下泵杆连接在上泵杆的下端上,所述活塞套设在下泵杆的外侧并弹性顶压在上泵杆和下泵杆之间,所述活塞顶压在下泵杆上并将出液通道封闭,所述泵体上设有补气孔,所述弹簧顶压在按头和锁瓶盖之间将上泵杆顶起,所述活塞与泵体位于补气孔的上方和下方的内壁过盈配合形成密封。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述活塞上设有分别与位于补气孔的上方和下方的泵体内壁过盈配合形成密封的上密封圈和下密封圈,所述上泵杆和锁瓶盖之间设有连通外部的进气孔,在上泵杆往下运动时,驱动活塞向下运动以将补气孔露出在上密封圈的上方,从而在上泵杆、锁定件和活塞之间形成连通进气孔和补气孔的补气通道。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述活塞的上端设有支撑环,所述上泵杆上设有供支撑环顶压的压台,所述支撑环和上密封圈之间连接有绕周向均匀分布的弹性臂。
如上所述的一种全塑可回收按压泵,所述弹性臂为弧形结构。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述活塞内侧壁上设有与下泵杆的外壁过盈配合的卡环,所述活塞上设有向下延伸而出的凸环,所述下泵杆上设有在下泵杆向上运动时能从下卡在凸环边缘以关闭出液通道并将活塞向上拉起的锥形台。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述弹簧包括一个开口朝上和一个开口朝下的上下两个碗状支撑座组成,上下两个所述支撑座的中部设有上下贯穿的贯穿孔。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述锁瓶盖的顶部上设有向上套在保护盖内侧的导向套,所述按头的上端外侧一体成型有朝下的外套筒,所述外套筒插入在导向套的内侧,所述弹簧位于导向套和外套筒形成的空间内并顶压在按头和锁瓶盖之间。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述导向套的外侧可拆卸连接能能将按头盖在内侧的能拆下的保护盖。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述单向阀为泵珠。
如上所述的一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,所述泵室内设有用于限制泵珠向上脱出泵室的限位部。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
1、本发明整个喷雾泵均采用塑料材质,替代传统的金属弹簧和玻璃珠,在回收喷雾泵时,无需拆解取出弹簧和单向阀即可直接回收重塑,生产效率高、节能环保。
2、本发明泵体上设有补气孔,活塞上设有分别与位于补气孔的上方和下方的泵体内壁过盈配合形成密封的上密封圈和下密封圈,上泵杆和锁瓶盖之间设有连通外部的进气孔,在上泵杆往下运动时,驱动活塞向下运动以将补气孔露出在上密封圈的上方,从而在上泵杆、锁定件和活塞之间形成连通进气孔和补气孔的补气通道。下密封圈始终与泵体过盈配合形成密封,以防泵室内的液体在补气时进入补气孔,在上泵杆向上运动时,所述下泵杆带动活塞向上运动,上密封圈重新密封在补气孔的上方,补气通道关闭。
3、本发明的活塞内侧壁上设有与下泵杆的外壁过盈配合的卡环,活塞上还设有向下延伸而出的凸环,所述下泵杆上设有在下泵杆向上运动时能从下卡在凸环边缘以关闭出液通道并将活塞向上拉起的锥形台。在弹簧作用下下泵杆由下压状态弹起时,活塞自身弹力释放使凸环向下,快速压在锥形台上关闭出液通道。卡环一直与下泵杆密封,防止从活塞和下泵杆之间漏液。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至5所示,一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,包括均由塑料制成的按头1、雾化喷嘴2、泵体3、弹簧4、锁瓶盖9、单向阀11、锁定件12以及由上泵杆6、下泵杆7和活塞8组成的泵送组件,所述泵体3内设置有泵室10,所述泵体3的上端固定在锁瓶盖9上,所述锁定件12固定在泵体3上端口处并用于将泵送组件限定在泵室10内,所述单向阀11设于泵室10下部并供内容物进入泵室10,所述锁瓶盖9具有中孔供上泵杆6穿过,所述按头1连接在上泵杆6的上端,所述雾化喷嘴2安装在按头1上,所述按头1和上泵杆6、下泵杆7之间设有从泵体3通向雾化喷嘴2的出液通道13,所述下泵杆7连接在上泵杆6的下端上,所述活塞8套设在下泵杆7的外侧并弹性顶压在上泵杆6和下泵杆7之间,所述活塞8顶压在下泵杆7上并将出液通道13封闭,所述泵体3上设有补气孔14,所述弹簧4顶压在按头1和锁瓶盖9之间将上泵杆6顶起,所述活塞8与泵体3位于补气孔14的上方和下方的内壁过盈配合形成密封。按下按头1,上泵杆6带着下泵杆7下移,同时活塞8弹性变形,下泵杆7向下脱离活塞8打开出液通道13,上泵杆6继续向下并推动活塞8下压将泵室10中的内容物从出液通道13压出。整个喷雾泵均采用塑料材质,替代传统的金属弹簧和玻璃珠,在回收喷雾泵时,无需拆解取出弹簧和单向阀即可直接回收重塑,生产效率高、节能环保。
如图2所示,所述活塞8上设有分别与位于补气孔14的上方和下方的泵体3内壁过盈配合形成密封的上密封圈82和下密封圈83,所述上泵杆6和锁瓶盖9之间设有连通外部的进气孔15,在上泵杆6往下运动时,驱动活塞8向下运动以将补气孔14露出在上密封圈82的上方,从而在上泵杆6、锁定件12和活塞8之间形成连通进气孔15和补气孔14的补气通道。下密封圈始终与泵体过盈配合形成密封,以防泵室内的液体在补气时进入补气孔,在上泵杆向上运动时,所述下泵杆带动活塞向上运动,上密封圈重新密封在补气孔的上方,补气通道关闭。
如图5所示,所述活塞8的上端设有支撑环86,所述上泵杆6上设有供支撑环86顶压的压台61,所述支撑环86和上密封圈82之间连接有绕周向均匀分布的弹性臂87。
所述弹性臂87为弧形结构。
如图2和4所示,所述活塞8内侧壁上设有与下泵杆7的外壁过盈配合的卡环84,所述活塞8上设有向下延伸而出的凸环85,所述下泵杆7上设有在下泵杆7向上运动时能从下卡在凸环85边缘以关闭出液通道13并将活塞8向上拉起的锥形台71。
在弹簧4作用下下泵杆7由下压状态弹起时,所述活塞8自身弹力释放使凸环85向下,快速压在锥形台71上关闭出液通道13。卡环84一直与下泵杆7密封,防止从活塞8和下泵杆7之间漏液。
所述弹簧4包括一个开口朝上和一个开口朝下的上下两个碗状支撑座42组成,上下两个所述支撑座42的中部设有上下贯穿的贯穿孔41。
所述锁瓶盖9的顶部上设有向上套在保护盖5内侧的导向套91,所述按头1的上端外侧一体成型有朝下的外套筒100,所述外套筒100插入在导向套91的内侧,所述弹簧4位于导向套91和外套筒100形成的空间内并顶压在按头1和锁瓶盖9之间。
所述导向套91的外侧可拆卸连接能能将按头1盖在内侧的能拆下的保护盖5。
所述单向阀11为泵珠。
如图1所示,泵珠为塑料材质,重量较轻,为防止泵珠在按压进液时脱离泵室,所述泵室10内设有用于限制泵珠向上脱出泵室10的限位部101。

1.一种预压式全塑喷雾泵,其特征在于:包括均由塑料制成的按头(1)、雾化喷嘴(2)、泵体(3)、弹簧(4)、锁瓶盖(9)、单向阀(11)、锁定件(12)以及由上泵杆(6)、下泵杆(7)和活塞(8)组成的泵送组件,所述泵体(3)内设置有泵室(10),所述泵体(3)的上端固定在锁瓶盖(9)上,所述锁定件(12)固定在泵体(3)上端口处并用于将泵送组件限定在泵室(10)内,所述单向阀(11)设于泵室(10)下部并供内容物进入泵室(10),所述锁瓶盖(9)具有中孔供上泵杆(6)穿过,所述按头(1)连接在上泵杆(6)的上端,所述雾化喷嘴(2)安装在按头(1)上,所述按头(1)和上泵杆(6)、下泵杆(7)之间设有从泵体(3)通向雾化喷嘴(2)的出液通道(13),所述下泵杆(7)连接在上泵杆(6)的下端上,所述活塞(8)套设在下泵杆(7)的外侧并弹性顶压在上泵杆(6)和下泵杆(7)之间,所述活塞(8)顶压在下泵杆(7)上并将出液通道(13)封闭,所述泵体(3)上设有补气孔(14),所述弹簧(4)顶压在按头(1)和锁瓶盖(9)之间将上泵杆(6)顶起,所述活塞(8)与泵体(3)位于补气孔(14)的上方和下方的内壁过盈配合形成密封。
