The beneficial effects of the invention are:

the double-layer fire-fighting protective clothing with the membrane for the firefighters is formed by sewing an outer layer 1 and a waterproof breathable layer 2 together through the peripheral edges;
the outer layer 1 is formed by bonding an outer layer fabric 1-1 and an outer layer inner side film 1-2 together through a polyurethane hot melt adhesive;
wherein the outer layer fabric 1-1 is woven by the surface layer fabric 1-1-1 of the purplish blue color and the golden bottom layer fabric 1-1-2 through a binding mode into woven fabric with surface layer and bottom layer tissues;
the inner side coating film 1-2 of the outer layer consists of a polytetrafluoroethylene film I1-2-1 coated or sprayed with a layer of fluorine-containing or silicon-containing oil-repellent surfactant I1-2-2;
the waterproof breathable layer 2 is formed by bonding the outer side coating 2-1 of the woven fabric and the woven fabric 2-2 together through polyurethane hot melt adhesive,
the outer coating 2-1 of the woven fabric is formed by coating or spraying a layer of fluorine-containing or silicon-containing oil-repellent surfactant II2-1-2 on a polytetrafluoroethylene film II 2-1-1.
The surface fabric 1-1-1 of the dark blue color is composed of aramid 1313, aramid 1414, polyimide, PBI and electrostatic fiber blended yarns;
wherein the proportion of the aramid fiber 1313 in the surface fabric 1-1-1 of the purplish blue is 60%, the proportion of the aramid fiber 1414 is 5%, the proportion of the polyimide is 29%, the proportion of the PBI is 5%, and the proportion of the electrostatic fiber is 1%;
the golden bottom fabric 1-1-2 is composed of aramid 1414, polyimide and PBI;
wherein the proportion of the aramid fiber 1414 in the golden yellow bottom fabric 1-1-2 is 90%, the proportion of the polyimide is 9% and the proportion of the PBI is 1%;
the woven fabric 2-2 consists of aramid 1313, aramid 1414, polyimide, PBI and electrostatic fiber blended yarns,
the proportion of the aramid fiber 1313 in the Tibetan blue surface layer fabric 1-1-1 is 60%, the proportion of the aramid fiber 1414 is 5%, the proportion of the polyimide is 29%, the proportion of the PBI is 5%, and the proportion of the electrostatic fiber is 1%.
The waterproof breathable layer 2 can simultaneously meet the overall performance of a heat-insulating layer and a comfortable layer specified in XF10-2014 'firefighter fire-extinguishing protective clothing' standard, and comprises the thermal stability of the heat-insulating layer at 260 ℃ and the thermal stability of the comfortable layer at 180 ℃, the flame retardant performance of the heat-insulating layer and the comfortable layer (the flame-retardant time should not be more than 2s and the damage length should not be more than 100 mm), the shrinkage after washing (should not be more than 5%) and the weight per unit area (should not exceed 5% of rated amount).

the waterproof breathable layer 2 is formed by adhering the outer covering film 2-1 of the woven fabric and the woven fabric 2-2 together through polyurethane hot melt adhesive, and the outer covering film 2-1 of the woven fabric is formed by coating or spraying a layer of fluorine-containing or silicon-containing oil-repellent surfactant II2-1-2 on a polytetrafluoroethylene film II 2-1-1.
The tibetan blue surface fabric 1-1-1 is composed of aramid 1313, aramid 1414, polyimide, PBI and electrostatic fiber blended yarns;
wherein the proportion of the aramid fiber 1313 in the Tibetan blue surface layer fabric 1-1-1 is 80%, the proportion of the aramid fiber 1414 is 8%, the proportion of the polyimide is 10%, and the proportion of the electrostatic fiber is 2%;
the golden yellow bottom layer fabric 1-1-2 is composed of aramid fibers 1414 and PBI, wherein the proportion of the aramid fibers 1414 in the golden yellow bottom layer fabric 1-1-2 is 99%, and the proportion of the PBI is 1%;
the woven fabric 2-2 is composed of aramid 1313, aramid 1414, polyimide and electrostatic fiber blended yarns,

the waterproof breathable layer (2) is formed by bonding a woven fabric outer covering film (2-1) and a woven fabric (2-2), and the woven fabric outer covering film (2-1) is formed by arranging a layer of oil-repellent surfactant II (2-1-2) on a polytetrafluoroethylene film II (2-1-1).
2. The double-layered fire-fighting protective garment with film for firefighters according to claim 1, wherein:
the surface layer fabric (1-1-1) is a purplish blue surface layer fabric, and the bottom layer fabric (1-1-2) is a golden yellow bottom layer fabric.
3. The double-layered fire-fighting protective garment with film for firefighters according to claim 1, wherein: the oil-repellent surfactant I (1-2-2) is a fluorine-containing oil-repellent surfactant or a silicon-containing oil-repellent surfactant.
4. The double-layered fire-fighting protective garment with film for firefighters according to claim 1, wherein: the waterproof breathable layer (2) has the full performance of a heat insulation layer and a comfort layer specified in XF10-2014 fire-fighting protective clothing standards.

the surface fabric (1-1-1) is composed of aramid 1313, aramid 1414, polyimide, PBI and electrostatic fiber blended yarns;
the proportion of the aramid fiber 1313 is 5% -95%;
the proportion of the aramid fiber 1414 is 0-10%;
the proportion of the polyimide is 5% -95%;
the proportion of the PBI is 0-45%;
the proportion of the electrostatic fibers is 0-5%.
6. A double-layer fire-fighting protective suit for firefighters using the film of claim 1, wherein:
the bottom fabric (1-1-2) is composed of aramid 1414, polyimide and PBI;
the proportion of the aramid fiber 1414 is 0-100%;
the proportion of the polyimide is 0-50%;
the proportion of the PBI is 0-50%.
7. A double-layer fire-fighting protective suit for firefighters using the film of claim 1, wherein:
the woven fabric (2-2) is formed by aramid fiber 1313, aramid fiber 1414, polyimide, PBI and electrostatic fiber blended yarns;
the proportion of the aramid fiber 1313 is 5% -95%;
the proportion of the aramid fiber 1414 is 0-10%;
the proportion of the polyimide is 5% -95%;
the proportion of the PBI is 0-90%;
the proportion of the electrostatic fibers is 0-5%.
