5. And (3) drying:
drying the prepared particles at 60-70 ℃, and turning over in time in the drying process to prevent agglomeration. Sieving the dried granules with 10 mesh sieve and 60 mesh sieve to remove coarse granules and fine powder, pulverizing the coarse granules, adding fine powder, granulating again according to the above method, drying, mixing, spraying volatile oil, standing for more than 30 min, and packaging.

Example 3 comparison of effects
Comparing the efficacy of the granules of the invention, the traditional decoction and the granules of the comparative formula prepared according to the formula of example 1: through clinical verification, the granule has the same or slightly better curative effect on treating liver and stomach fullness, indigestion and pain after eating compared with the traditional decoction, but the granule is more convenient to carry, store and take than the decoction. Compared with the granules of the invention, the granules of the comparative prescription have no effect on the treatment of the liver and stomach fullness, indigestion and pain after eating.
Claims (8)
1. A Tibetan medicine Manuo decoction appetizing granule is prepared from the following Tibetan medicine materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of Tibetan costustoot, 5-10 parts of tinospora sinensis, 5-10 parts of raspberry, 10-20 parts of pomegranate seeds, 5-10 parts of round cardamom and 5-10 parts of long pepper, wherein the appetizing granules are prepared by the following method, and the method comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning Tibetan radix aucklandiae, removing impurities from semen Granati, drying, sterilizing, pulverizing respectively, and sieving with 120 mesh sieve to obtain Tibetan radix aucklandiae powder and semen Granati powder;
2) removing bark and medulla of ramulus Uncariae cum uncis, removing bark of caulis tinosporae sinensis, and removing impurities from fructus Amomi rotundus and fructus Piperis Longi;
3) extracting the treated ramulus Uncariae cum uncis, caulis tinosporae, fructus Amomi rotundus and fructus Piperis Longi of step 2) with water vapor, collecting volatile oil, extracting the residue with water, decocting twice, mixing extractive solutions, standing overnight, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
4) concentrating the filtrate obtained in the step 3) under reduced pressure, controlling the temperature to be not more than 65 ℃ until the relative density (normal temperature) d is 1.3-1.35, and refrigerating the obtained extract for later use;
5) mixing the extract of step 4) with the Tibetan wood incense powder and pomegranate seed powder of step 1) to prepare a soft material, drying, crushing, sieving with a 100-mesh sieve, uniformly mixing, adding 95% ethanol, and granulating with a 12-mesh sieve;
6) drying the granules obtained by the step of granulating at 60-70 ℃, sieving the dried granules with a 10-mesh sieve and a 60-mesh sieve to remove coarse granules and fine powder, crushing the coarse granules, adding the fine powder, granulating again according to the method, drying, mixing, spraying the volatile oil collected in the step 3), standing for more than 30 minutes, and subpackaging to obtain the appetizing granules.
2. The appetizing granules as claimed in claim 1, which are prepared from the following Tibetan medicines in parts by weight: 8 parts of Tibetan costustoot, 8 parts of tinospora sinensis, 8 parts of raspberry, 15 parts of pomegranate seed, 8 parts of round cardamom and 8 parts of long pepper.
3. The appetizing granule as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drying in step 1) comprises drying the medicinal materials in a drying chamber at a temperature of 70-80 ℃.

The appetizing granules as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sterilization in step 1) comprises the steps of cutting or crushing the medicinal materials, placing the cut or crushed medicinal materials in an irradiation chamber, irradiating and sterilizing the medicinal materials by using an ultraviolet lamp, wherein the laying thickness is less than or equal to 5cm, and the irradiation is turned once every 30 minutes, and the irradiation time is 300 minutes.
5. The appetizing granules as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water boiling extraction in the step 3) is performed twice, and comprises the steps of adding 10 times of water for 120 minutes for boiling extraction in the first time, adding 8 times of water for boiling extraction in the second time for 90 minutes, and combining the two water boiling liquids.
6. An appetizing granule as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drying in step 5) is carried out at a drying oven temperature of 70 ℃.
7. The appetizing article of claim 1, wherein the drying in step 6) further comprises turning over in time during the drying process to prevent agglomeration.
