Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream which is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 80-100 parts of glycerol; 5-10 parts of beeswax; 10-20 parts of distilled water; 5-20 parts of bee products; 5-15 parts of chitin; 0.01-0.1 part of orange oil; 0.01-0.1 part of peppermint oil, and has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and quickly repairing skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bacteriostat, in particular to an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream.
Background
When a small wound appears on a human body, the wound is not deep and the epidermis is abraded, bleeding generally appears, and the wound plaster is mostly selected to be pasted on the small wound to achieve the effect of wound healing, but particularly in summer, the small wound is easy to contact with common escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, mucor, streptococcus and proteus in life to cause inflammation.
As is known, plant essential oil has a bactericidal effect on many bacteria and a broad spectrum of bactericidal strains, but each essential oil has different degrees of bactericidal effect on each bacteria, and if a complete bactericidal effect is to be achieved, high-concentration essential oil is generally selected, but the high-concentration essential oil has an allergic phenomenon on skin without wounds, enters human blood and can cause damage to human nerves, so that the high-concentration plant essential oil is not suitable to be used as an antibacterial agent for bleeding wounds.
Meanwhile, the adhesive bandage is pasted on the small wound, a gap is formed between the skin and the small wound, so that bacteria in life easily enter the small wound, and secondary infection is easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the related art to a certain extent at least aiming at the defects in the prior art, and provides the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream so as to achieve the aims of obviously resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation and quickly repairing skin.
The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 5-10 parts of glycerol; 2-5 parts of beeswax; 80-100 parts of distilled water; 0.5-2 parts of chitin; 0.01-0.1 part of orange oil; 0.01-0.1 part of peppermint oil.
Further, the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 5-10 parts of glycerol; 2-5 parts of beeswax; 80-100 parts of distilled water; 2-5 parts of bee products; 0.5-2 parts of chitin; 0.01-0.1 part of orange oil; 0.01-0.1 part of peppermint oil.
Further, the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, 5 parts of glycerol; 2 parts of beeswax; 80 parts of distilled water; 2 parts of bee products; 0.5 part of chitin; 0.01 part of orange oil; and 0.01 part of peppermint oil.
Further, the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream is prepared from 8 parts by weight of glycerol; 4 parts of beeswax; 90 parts of distilled water; 3 parts of bee products; 1 part of chitin; 0.05 part of orange oil; and 0.05 part of mint oil.
Further, the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory skin repair cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, 10 parts of glycerol; 5 parts of beeswax; 100 parts of distilled water; 5 parts of bee products; 2 parts of chitin; 0.1 part of orange oil; and 0.1 part of peppermint oil.
Further, the bee product is one or more of honey, bee pollen, propolis and royal jelly.
The technical effects of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the repairing paste can almost completely kill common escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, mucor, streptococcus and proteus in life.
On the basis of preventing inflammation caused by bacterial infection, the chitin, bee products, the orange essential oil and the mint essential oil can play roles in relieving pain of small wounds, quickly repairing skin and the like.

Specifically, the sterilization rates of test strains escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, mucor, streptococcus and proteus are respectively measured according to a paper diffusion method for the repair pastes A to G.
Table 1 shows the determination of the bactericidal rate of the repairing pastes A to G on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Mucor, Streptococcus and Proteus
The bactericidal rate of bacteria which are easy to contact with wounds in life, such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, mucor, streptococcus, proteus and the like, is determined through the repairing pastes A to G, and the results are shown: the repairing paste A to the repairing paste E can almost completely kill escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, mucor, streptococcus and proteus; the bee products or the chitin which are lacked have unsatisfactory sterilization rate on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, mucor, streptococcus and proteus and can not completely kill bacteria.
The repair cream prepared by the formula can effectively kill common bacteria in life and prevent inflammation, and has the effects of relieving pain, quickly repairing skin and the like on small wounds by using the chitin, the bee products, the orange essential oil and the mint essential oil on the basis of preventing inflammation caused by bacterial infection.
The repairing paste disclosed by the invention forms a protective film after being smeared, is attached to a small wound of the skin, prevents bacteria in life from entering the small wound, takes glycerin as a base, preserves moisture and locks water, prevents the protective film from being dried and cracked, is long in protective film aging, takes the beeswax for uniform dispersion, takes the beeswax as one of bee products, adopts natural components, has affinity to the skin, is free from rejection, can quickly form a film, and promotes wound healing.
