Abstract
The invention discloses an animal nutrient solution for enhancing bone development, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of calcium nutrient, 3-5 parts of amino acid, 2-6 parts of vitamin, 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.2-0.3 part of stearic acid compound and 0.1-0.2 part of stabilizing agent. The animal nutrient solution for enhancing the skeletal development can promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus by animals, enhance the appetite of the animals and promote the growth of the animals, improves the property stability of the nutrient solution through the synergistic compounding effect of various substances, is not easy to generate bubbles after long-distance transportation bump, influences the property of the nutrient solution, and has good storage stability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an animal nutrient solution for enhancing skeletal development and a preparation method thereof, which are mainly applied to the growth and development stage of pets.
Background
Animals are good friends of human beings, and more pets enter families of people at present, so that the effects of relieving loneliness and relieving loneliness are achieved. However, most pet owners do not know that certain nutrients need to be supplemented during the pet's growth process in order to promote adequate absorption of the nutrients in the staple food by the pet. In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing an animal nutrient solution for enhancing bone development, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding calcium nutrient, amino acid, and vitamins into water, heating to 50-60 deg.C, mixing and stirring for 20-30 min;
(2) adding a thickening agent, a stearic acid compound and a stabilizing agent, mixing and stirring uniformly, and standing for defoaming;
(3) cooling to 23-27 deg.C, bottling, sealing and storing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following excellent effects:
(1) the animal nutrient solution for enhancing the skeletal development can promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus by animals, increase the appetite of the animals and promote the growth of the animals.
(2) The animal nutrient solution for enhancing the bone development improves the property stability of the nutrient solution through the synergistic compounding effect of various substances, and is not easy to generate bubbles after long-distance transportation and bumping so as to influence the property of the nutrient solution.
(3) The animal nutrient solution for enhancing the skeletal development can realize the long-term preservation period of the nutrient solution by adding a very small amount of antibacterial agent, and improves the use safety of the nutrient solution.

In a preferred embodiment, the amino acid is a combination of lysine, histidine and arginine.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of lysine, histidine and arginine is 1: (1.5-2): (1-2).
Further preferably, the weight ratio of lysine, histidine and arginine is 1: 1.5: 1.5.

(1) adding calcium nutrient, amino acid, and vitamins into water, heating to 50-60 deg.C, mixing and stirring for 20-30 min;
(2) adding a thickening agent, a stearic acid compound and a stabilizing agent, mixing and stirring uniformly, and standing for defoaming;
(3) cooling to 23-27 deg.C, bottling, sealing and storing.
The nutrient solution can be used together with staple food of animals, and can also be added into drinking water for use, and the using amount is once a day.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.

An animal nutrient solution for enhancing bone development is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of calcium nutrient, 4 parts of amino acid, 5 parts of vitamin, 0.3 part of thickening agent, 0.25 part of stearic acid compound and 0.15 part of stabilizing agent.
The calcium nutrient is calcium gluconate, calcium hydrophosphate and calcium lactate, and the weight ratio is 2.5: 1: 1, available from mclin reagents, calcium gluconate model C824425.
The amino acid is lysine, histidine and arginine, and the weight ratio is 1: 1.5: 1.5.
the vitamins are vitamin E and vitamin D 3 The weight ratio is 1: 2.5.
the thickening agent is selected from the combination of tamarind polysaccharide gum and sodium alginate, and the weight ratio is 1: 2, the sodium alginate has a viscosity of 200mpa.s, and is available from mcelin reagent company with the model number of S817372.
The stearic acid compound is a combination of stearyl stearate, triethanolamine stearate and aluminum stearate, and the weight ratio is 2: 1: 1.
the stabilizer is potassium sorbate and sodium dehydroacetate, and the weight ratio is 2: 2.5.
a method for preparing animal nutrient solution for enhancing bone development comprises the following steps:
(1) adding calcium nutrient, amino acid, and vitamins into water, heating to 55 deg.C, mixing and stirring for 25 min;
(2) adding a thickening agent, a stearic acid compound and a stabilizing agent, mixing and stirring uniformly, and standing for defoaming;
(3) cooling to 25 deg.C, bottling, sealing and storing.
Example 2
An animal nutrient solution for enhancing bone development is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of calcium nutrient, 5 parts of amino acid, 6 parts of vitamin, 0.3 part of thickening agent, 0.2 part of stearic acid compound and 0.1 part of stabilizing agent.
The calcium nutrient is calcium gluconate, calcium hydrophosphate and calcium carbonate, and the weight ratio is 2.5: 1: 1, available from mclin reagents, calcium gluconate model C824425.
The amino acid is lysine, glutamic acid and arginine, and the weight ratio is 1: 1.5: 1.5.

Example 5
The animal nutrient solution for enhancing bone development and the preparation method thereof are the same as the example 1, and the difference is that the calcium nutrient is tricalcium phosphate, calcium lactate and light calcium carbonate.
And (3) performance testing:
1. animal weight testing: the pet dogs with the growth state of 1-2 years old and the same variety are selected, 5 pet dogs correspond to each example and are fed with the prepared nutrient solution, the average growth value of the body weight is tested under the condition of the same exercise amount after the pet dogs are fed for 7 days, and the change of the body weight is observed by taking 1 pet dog without being fed with the nutrient solution as a control.
2. Storage time testing: and standing the prepared nutrient solution for 12-24 months, and observing the appearance state of the nutrient solution.

Claims (10)
1. An animal nutrient solution for enhancing bone development is characterized in that the preparation raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of calcium nutrient, 3-5 parts of amino acid, 2-6 parts of vitamin, 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.2-0.3 part of stearic acid compound and 0.1-0.2 part of stabilizing agent.

10. A method for preparing a nutritional liquid for animals for enhancing bone development according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding calcium nutrient, amino acid, and vitamins into water, heating to 50-60 deg.C, mixing and stirring for 20-30 min;
(2) adding a thickening agent, a stearic acid compound and a stabilizing agent, mixing and stirring uniformly, and standing for defoaming;
(3) cooling to 23-27 deg.C, bottling, sealing and storing.
