背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜。
在医疗、家用、服饰等领域均需要用到具有一定弹性的无纺布,但是一般的无纺布在生产的过程中工艺简单,而且生产的无纺布弹力不够好,功能单一,不能满足人们的要求。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,主要为解决现有无纺布在生产的过程中工艺简单,而且生产的无纺布弹力不够好,功能单一,不能满足人们的要求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备涂料,向甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液中依次加入纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉,搅拌得到涂料;
S2:浸泡,将无纺布样品浸泡于丙酮溶液中20-25min后,用去离子水反复冲洗,烘干备用;
S3:涂覆,采用干法直接涂层的方法将步骤1制得的涂料刮涂于步骤2烘干待用的无纺布上,在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇1-3min;

S5:杀菌,将刮涂后的无纺布置于紫外下辐照;
S6:烘干,将步骤4中辐照后的无纺布在100-130℃的烘道内干燥18-30min,得到弹性无纺布;
S7:压合,将步骤6得到的弹性无纺布的上下两面粘接弹力尼龙网,然后进行热压固定,通过弹力尼龙网的设置能够提高弹性无纺布的韧性,而且抗压性好。
在前述方案的基础上,所述S1中甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为52-60wt%的水分散型甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,二苯甲酮溶液的质量分数为28-35wt%,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液的质量比为35-50:5-7:3-5:2-8:12-15。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述S1中在制备涂料时加入芦荟提取物,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉、芦荟提取物的质量比为81-120:5-7:3-5:2-4:12-15。
进一步的,所述S2中在用去离子水冲洗时冲洗的时间为20-50min,冲洗后进行自然风干,然后进行风力除尘。
在前述方案的基础上,所述S3中检测时无纺布纵向的伸长率为大于400%,横向的伸长率大于450%为合格,否则为不合格。
本发明再进一步的方案,所述S5中紫外的辐照时间为20-25min。
进一步的,所述S7中进行压合后用紫外线灯对其进行辐照,时间为10-20min,提高杀菌效果。
本发明还提出了一种弹力无纺布,包括无纺布层,所述无纺布层的上下两面均涂有涂料层,且无纺布层的上下两面均热压有弹力尼龙网层。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明纳米二氧化硅具备良好的机械性能和三维结构的稳定性,细菌纤维素具有良好的生物相容性、高持水性、结晶度、高张力和强度以及良好的纳米纤维网络,将两者与云母粉配合作用,增韧的效果增强,显著提高无纺布的弹性,使无纺布不易开裂、不变色,且较大的伸展率。
2、本发明自然风干能够防止无纺布样品在甩干的过程中导致褶皱,影响涂料的涂覆工作,而且除尘的步骤能够防止灰尘影响涂料涂覆效果。
3、本发明中,在紫外照射下引入酯基,改善无纺布的疏水性,减少细菌的滋生,提升无纺布的耐污效果。
4、本发明中,纳米锌可呈现出表面效应和量子效应,它可以穿透细胞壁与它们用于呼吸的基酶结合,使细菌、病毒窒息而死,且将其与具有抗菌作用的甲壳质、芦荟提取物配合作用,抗菌广谱,效果增强,提高无纺布的耐污效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
参照图1-2,一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备涂料,向甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液中依次加入纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉,搅拌得到涂料;
S2:浸泡,将无纺布样品浸泡于丙酮溶液中20-25min后,用去离子水反复冲洗,烘干备用;
S3:涂覆,采用干法直接涂层的方法将步骤1制得的涂料刮涂于步骤2烘干待用的无纺布上,在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇1-3min;
S3:检测,抽样检测步骤3得到的无纺布伸长率,合格的进行下一步骤,不合格率超过3%则进行全流程自查;
S5:杀菌,将刮涂后的无纺布置于紫外下辐照;
S6:烘干,将步骤4中辐照后的无纺布在100-120℃的烘道内干燥18-30min,得到弹性无纺布;
S7:压合,将步骤6得到的弹性无纺布的上下两面粘接弹力尼龙网,然后进行热压固定,通过弹力尼龙网的设置能够提高弹性无纺布的韧性,而且抗压性好。
本发明的S1中甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为58wt%的水分散型甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,二苯甲酮溶液的质量分数为28-35wt%,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液的质量比为40:6:4:6:14,纳米二氧化硅具备良好的机械性能和三维结构的稳定性,细菌纤维素具有良好的生物相容性、高持水性、结晶度、高张力和强度以及良好的纳米纤维网络,将两者与云母粉配合作用,增韧的效果增强,显著提高无纺布的弹性,使无纺布不易开裂、不变色,且较大的伸展率,S1中在制备涂料时加入芦荟提取物,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉、芦荟提取物的质量比为88:6:4:3:13,纳米锌可呈现出表面效应和量子效应,它可以穿透细胞壁与它们用于呼吸的基酶结合,使细菌、病毒窒息而死,且将其与具有抗菌作用的甲壳质、芦荟提取物配合作用, 抗菌广谱,效果增强,提高无纺布的耐污效果。
需要特别说明的是,S2中在用去离子水冲洗时冲洗的时间为30min,冲洗后进行自然风干,然后进行风力除尘,自然风干能够防止无纺布样品在甩干的过程中导致褶皱,影响涂料的涂覆工作,而且除尘的步骤能够防止灰尘影响涂料涂覆效果,S3中检测时无纺布纵向的伸长率为大于400%,横向的伸长率大于480%为合格,否则为不合格,S5中紫外的辐照时间为22min,在紫外照射下引入酯基,改善无纺布的疏水性,减少细菌的滋生,提升无纺布的耐污效果,S7中进行压合后用紫外线灯对其进行辐照,时间为15min,提高杀菌效果。
本发明还提出了一种弹力无纺布,包括无纺布层1,无纺布层1的上下两面均涂有涂料层2,且无纺布层1的上下两面均热压有弹力尼龙网层3。
实施例2
参照图1-2,一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备涂料,向甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液中依次加入纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉,搅拌得到涂料;
S2:浸泡,将无纺布样品浸泡于丙酮溶液中21-25min后,用去离子水反复冲洗,烘干备用;
S3:涂覆,采用干法直接涂层的方法将步骤1制得的涂料刮涂于步骤2烘干待用的无纺布上,在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇1-3min;
S3:检测,抽样检测步骤3得到的无纺布伸长率,合格的进行下一步骤,不合格率超过3%则进行全流程自查;
S5:杀菌,将刮涂后的无纺布置于紫外下辐照;
S6:烘干,将步骤4中辐照后的无纺布在105-120℃的烘道内干燥18-30min,得到弹性无纺布;
S7:压合,将步骤6得到的弹性无纺布的上下两面粘接弹力尼龙网,然后进行热压固定,通过弹力尼龙网的设置能够提高弹性无纺布的韧性,而且抗压性好。
本发明的S1中甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为58wt%的水分散型甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,二苯甲酮溶液的质量分数为28-35wt%,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液的质量比为42:6:4:7:14,纳米二氧化硅具备良好的机械性能和三维结构的稳定性,细菌纤维素具有良好的生物相容性、高持水性、结晶度、高张力和强度以及良好的纳米纤维网络,将两者与云母粉配合作用,增韧的效果增强,显著提高无纺布的弹性,使无纺布不易开裂、不变色,且较大的伸展率,S1中在制备涂料时加入芦荟提取物,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉、芦荟提取物的质量比为98:6:4:3:13,纳米锌可呈现出表面效应和量子效应,它可以穿透细胞壁与它们用于呼吸的基酶结合,使细菌、病毒窒息而死,且将其与具有抗菌作用的甲壳质、芦荟提取物配合作用, 抗菌广谱,效果增强,提高无纺布的耐污效果。
需要特别说明的是,S2中在用去离子水冲洗时冲洗的时间为32min,冲洗后进行自然风干,然后进行风力除尘,自然风干能够防止无纺布样品在甩干的过程中导致褶皱,影响涂料的涂覆工作,而且除尘的步骤能够防止灰尘影响涂料涂覆效果,S3中检测时无纺布纵向的伸长率为大于430%,横向的伸长率大于490%为合格,否则为不合格,S5中紫外的辐照时间为24min,在紫外照射下引入酯基,改善无纺布的疏水性,减少细菌的滋生,提升无纺布的耐污效果,S7中进行压合后用紫外线灯对其进行辐照,时间为18min,提高杀菌效果。
本发明还提出了一种弹力无纺布,包括无纺布层1,无纺布层1的上下两面均涂有涂料层2,且无纺布层1的上下两面均热压有弹力尼龙网层3。

Claims (8)
1.一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备涂料,向甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液中依次加入纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉,搅拌得到涂料;
S2:浸泡,将无纺布样品浸泡于丙酮溶液中20-25min后,用去离子水反复冲洗,烘干备用;
S3:涂覆,采用干法直接涂层的方法将步骤1制得的涂料刮涂于步骤2烘干待用的无纺布上,在刮涂的过程中要有间隔,每次刮涂一遍停歇1-3min;
S3:检测,抽样检测步骤3得到的无纺布伸长率,合格的进行下一步骤,不合格率超过3%则进行全流程自查;
S5:杀菌,将刮涂后的无纺布置于紫外下辐照;
S6:烘干,将步骤4中辐照后的无纺布在100-130℃的烘道内干燥18-30min,得到弹性无纺布;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述S1中甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为52-60wt%的水分散型甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,二苯甲酮溶液的质量分数为28-35wt%,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、细菌纤维素、二苯甲酮溶液的质量比为35-50:5-7:3-5:2-8:12-15。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述S1中在制备涂料时加入芦荟提取物,甲基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉、芦荟提取物的质量比为81-120:5-7:3-5:2-4:12-15。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述S2中在用去离子水冲洗时冲洗的时间为20-50min,冲洗后进行自然风干,然后进行风力除尘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述S3中检测时无纺布纵向的伸长率为大于400%,横向的伸长率大于450%为合格,否则为不合格。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述S5中紫外的辐照时间为20-25min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述S7中进行压合后用紫外线灯对其进行辐照,时间为10-20min,提高杀菌效果。
8.一种弹力无纺布,包括无纺布层(1),其特征在于,所述无纺布层(1)的上下两面均涂有涂料层(2),且无纺布层(1)的上下两面均热压有弹力尼龙网层(3)。
