本发明公开了一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其原料包括:聚氨酯纤维、改性钛酸铈、聚乙烯乙二醇蜡、抗菌剂、抗静电剂、抗氧剂。改性钛酸铈采用如下工艺制备:将介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、偶联剂加入丙酮溶液中,调节PH值后,加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇,经恒温超声处理和干燥制得改性钛酸铈。本发明医用无纺布材料的抗撕裂性能优异,抗菌和抗静电效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料。
背景技术
医用无纺布是一种非织造布,没有经纬线,只是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。它与传统的纯棉机织纺织品相比,医用无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、价格低廉、可循环再利用等优势,非常适用于医学领域,广泛应用于生产口罩、手术帽、一次性手术衣、一次性医用床单、产妇包、尿布等产品。但是医用无纺布的抗撕裂性能差、易破损,不能满足人满需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,抗撕裂性能优异,抗菌和抗静电效果好。
本发明提出一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯纤维80-100份,改性钛酸铈5-15份,聚乙烯乙二醇蜡1-3份,抗菌剂1-2份,抗静电剂1-2份,抗氧剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,改性钛酸铈采用如下工艺制备:将介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、偶联剂加入丙酮溶液中,调节PH值后,加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇,经恒温超声处理和干燥制得改性钛酸铈。
优选地,介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、偶联剂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚乙烯醇的重量比为10-12:1-2:6-9:15-20:1-2。
优选地,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
优选地,恒温温度为50-60℃,超声波功率为800-100W,处理时间为0.5-1h。
优选地,聚氨酯纤维为聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯纤维。
优选地,抗菌剂为天然有机抗菌剂和或有机高分子抗菌剂。
优选地,抗静电剂为非离子型抗静电剂,优选为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺。
优选地,抗氧剂为酚型抗氧剂,优选为抗氧剂BHT。
本发明以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇成膜物为壳,以介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维为芯材,经偶联剂连耐磨性能接得到改性钛酸铈,与聚氨酯纤维的相容性好,可以显著提高聚氨酯纤维强度和抗撕裂性能;聚乙烯乙二醇蜡为增塑剂增加聚氨酯纤维的韧性,进一步提高抗撕裂性能;抗静电剂可出在聚乙烯中的抗静电性能,抗氧化剂有利于提高聚氨酯纤维的耐热稳定性及老化性能。本发明以聚氨酯纤维、改性钛酸铈、聚乙烯乙二醇蜡、抗菌剂、抗静电剂、抗氧剂为原料,合理控制各组分配比,得到医用无纺布材料的抗撕裂性能优异,抗菌、抗静电效果好。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯纤维80份,改性钛酸铈5份,聚乙烯乙二醇蜡1份,天然有机抗菌剂1份,乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺1份,抗氧剂BHT0.5份。
改性钛酸铈采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为10:1:6:15:1分别称取介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚乙烯醇,将介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂加入丙酮溶液中,调节PH值为弱酸性,加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇,在温度50℃超声处理0.5h,干燥制得改性钛酸铈。
实施例2
一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯纤维100份,改性钛酸铈15份,聚乙烯乙二醇蜡3份,有机高分子抗菌剂2份,乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺2份,抗氧剂BHT1.5份。
改性钛酸铈采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为12:2:9:20:2分别称取介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚乙烯醇,将介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂加入丙酮溶液中,调节PH值为弱酸性,加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇,在温度60℃超声处理1h,干燥制得改性钛酸铈。
实施例3
一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯纤维90份,改性钛酸铈10份,聚乙烯乙二醇蜡2份,天然有机抗菌剂1.5份,乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺1.5份,抗氧剂BHT1份。
改性钛酸铈采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为11:1:7:17:1分别称取介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚乙烯醇,将介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂加入丙酮溶液中,调节PH值为弱酸性,加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇,在温度55℃超声处理0.7h,干燥制得改性钛酸铈。
实施例4
一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯纤维95份,改性钛酸铈12份,聚乙烯乙二醇蜡2.5份,有机高分子抗菌剂1.8份,乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺1.2份,抗氧剂BHT1.2份。
改性钛酸铈采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为11:2:8:18:2分别称取介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚乙烯醇,将介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、钛酸酯偶联剂加入丙酮溶液中,调节PH值为弱酸性,加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇,在温度58℃超声处理0.9h,干燥制得改性钛酸铈。
以未加改性钛酸铈和聚乙烯乙二醇蜡的聚氨酯纤维无纺布作为对照组,同实施例1-4制得无纺布材料在相同条件下测试性能如下表1。

通过上表数据可知:本发明的无纺布相比对照组的撕裂强度和断裂伸长率均有提高。

1.一种抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯纤维80-100份,改性钛酸铈5-15份,聚乙烯乙二醇蜡1-3份,抗菌剂1-2份,抗静电剂1-2份,抗氧剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,改性钛酸铈采用如下工艺制备:将介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、偶联剂加入丙酮溶液中,调节PH值后,加入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙烯醇,经恒温超声处理和干燥制得改性钛酸铈。
3.根据权利要求2所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,介孔钛酸铈、纳米玻璃纤维、偶联剂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚乙烯醇的重量比为10-12:1-2:6-9:15-20:1-2。
4.根据权利要求2所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,恒温温度为50-60℃,超声波功率为800-100W,处理时间为0.5-1h。
6.根据权利要求1所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,聚氨酯纤维为聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,抗菌剂为天然有机抗菌剂和或有机高分子抗菌剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,抗静电剂为非离子型抗静电剂,优选为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺。
9.根据权利要求1所述抗撕裂医用无纺布材料,其特征在于,抗氧剂为酚型抗氧剂,优选为抗氧剂BHT。
