背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜。
医用无纺布产品主要包括一次性口罩、防护服、手术衣、隔离衣、实验服。因为医用的特殊性,医用无纺布对于无纺布的耐污、尘埃过滤、材料复合等性能的要求较高。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐污型医用涂布无纺布的制备方法,本发明环保无污染,制得的医用涂布无纺布具有优异的耐污性能。
本发明提出的一种耐污型医用涂布无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向丙烯酸酯共聚乳液中依次加入纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉、芦荟提取物后,搅拌得到涂料;
S2、将无纺布样品在紫外下辐照后,浸泡于丙酮溶液中40-45min后,用去离子水反复冲洗,烘干待用;
S3、采用干法直接涂层的方法将步骤1制得的涂料刮涂于步骤2烘干待用的无纺布上;
S4、将刮涂后的无纺布在室温下干燥5-10min;
S5、将步骤4中干燥后的无纺布在100-130℃的烘道内干燥18-30min。

本发明采用涂料对无纺布样品进行刮涂干燥后获得的涂布无纺布不仅耐污性能极佳,且无毒、质地柔软、透气好。本发明采用丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、纳米锌、甲壳质、钛白粉、芦荟提取物混合制得涂料,其中,纳米锌可呈现出表面效应和量子效应,25nm以下的纳米锌粒径比细菌(数百纳米)、病毒(数十纳米)还小,因而它可以穿透细胞壁与它们用于呼吸的基酶结合,使细菌、病毒窒息而死,且将其与具有抗菌作用的甲壳质、芦荟提取物配合作用,抗菌广谱,效果增强,提高无纺布的耐污效果;添加丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,引入酯基,改善无纺布的疏水性,减少细菌的滋生,进一步提升无纺布的耐污效果;添加钛白粉,使无纺布不易开裂、不变色,且有较大的伸展率及较优的耐酸碱性。
