Preferably, the main raw materials of the composition based on D-ribose and amino acid are 1-10 parts by weight of a first component (D-ribose), 1-10 parts by weight of a second component (one or a combination of 8 adult essential amino acids of lysine, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, isoleucine, leucine, valine and tryptophan), 0-30 parts by weight of a third component (one or a combination of maltose or taurine) and 0-10 parts by weight of a fourth component (tea extract), and the third component and the fourth component are not 0.
More preferably, the main raw materials of the composition based on D-ribose and amino acid are 5-10 parts by weight of a first component (D-ribose), 9-10 parts by weight of a second component (one or a combination of 8 adult essential amino acids of lysine, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, isoleucine, leucine, valine and tryptophan), 0-20 parts by weight of a third component (one or a combination of maltose or taurine) and 0-6 parts by weight of a fourth component (tea extract), and the third component and the fourth component are not both 0.

In a third aspect, the present invention provides a functional beverage comprising the composition based on D-ribose and amino acid provided in the first aspect of the present invention.
Preferably, the concentration of the first component in the functional beverage is 0.01g/L to 2g/L, and may be, for example, 0.01g/L, 0.1g/L, 0.5g/L, 1g/L, 1.5g/L, or 2 g/L.
