Example 1
With reference to fig. 1, this embodiment provides a construction process of a shower room, which includes:
the supporting strips 1 are arranged on the ground 2, so that the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the supporting strips 1 form an accommodating groove in a surrounding mode;
the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the supporting strips 1 are all subjected to waterproof treatment;
mounting the shower base tub 5 in the receiving tank;
Specifically, the supporting strips 1 are supported by the ground 2, are used for supporting the shower base basin 5, and are also used for retaining water, namely, preventing water in the accommodating tank from flowing to the outside and preventing water in the outside from flowing into the accommodating tank, and the accommodating tank formed by surrounding the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the supporting strips 1 is used for accommodating the shower base basin 5, so that the stability of the shower base basin 5 is ensured, and when the shower base basin 5 is installed, the installation feet of the shower base basin 5 need to be in contact with the ground 2, so that the stability of the shower base basin 5 is further ensured; the specific method for performing the waterproof treatment on the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the support bars 1 is to scrape waterproof paint for multiple times, so that water splashed from the shower bottom basin 5 is prevented from permeating into the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the support bars 1, water discharged from a water outlet of the shower bottom basin 5 is prevented from permeating into the ground 2, and the waterproof performance is effectively improved; the sealing component 4 can prevent water splashed from the shower bottom basin 5 from permeating into the wall surface 3 through the joint of the shower bottom basin 5 and the wall surface 3 and can also prevent water splashed from the shower bottom basin 5 from permeating into the accommodating groove through the joint of the shower bottom basin 5 and the supporting bar 1, and the waterproof performance is further improved, wherein the sealing component 4 can be specifically a sealing strip, and the sealing strip can be made of modified PVC (polyvinyl chloride), thermoplastic ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber or vulcanized ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and the like; in conclusion, the water-proof performance of the shower room is good by performing the water-proof treatment on the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the supporting bars 1 and installing the sealing component 4 at the joint for performing double water-proof.
Further, the specific steps of installing the support bar 1 on the ground 2 are as follows:
snapping a line on the ground 2, and forming a groove 21;
a plurality of steel materials I11 are preset in the groove 21;
welding second steel materials 12 on the tops of the first steel materials 11;
manufacturing a mould;
and (6) pouring and forming.
Specifically, the snapping line is convenient to be provided with a groove 21; the groove 21 is used for accommodating a plurality of steel materials I11, one side of the support bar 1 extends into the ground 2, the support bar 1 is ensured to be fully contacted with the ground 2, and the connection strength of the support bar 1 and the ground 2 is further improved; the first steel 11 is used for increasing the strength of the support bar 1, and the cross section of the first steel 11 can be circular, so that the contact area between the first steel 11 and the casting material is increased conveniently, and the overall strength of the support bar 1 is increased conveniently; the second steel 12 is used for connecting the first steel 11, so that the connection firmness among the first steel 11 is increased, and the first steel 11 and the second steel 12 are connected in a welding manner, so that the connection performance of the first steel and the second steel is good, and the integrity of the first steel and the second steel is good; and manufacturing a mould, so that the first steel material 11 and the second steel material 12 are positioned in the mould, pouring materials into the mould, and removing the mould after 2-3 days to form a blank of the support bar 1, wherein the pouring materials can be heavy concrete, common concrete or light concrete and the like.
Furthermore, one end of the supporting strip 1 extends into the wall surface 3, and the extending range is 15-25 mm.
It is specific for support bar 1 and 3 abundant contacts of wall, thereby be favorable to joint support bar 1 and 3 joint strength of wall, wherein, stretch into the scope and can be for 15mm, 20mm or 25mm etc. if stretch into the scope undersize, will lead to support bar 1 and 3 joint strength of wall not enough, if stretch into the scope too big, will lead to the intensity of wall 3 itself to receive harmful effects.
Further, after the casting molding, the support bar 1 is roughened.
Specifically, be convenient for increase the surface roughness of support bar 1 to be convenient for support bar 1 and water proof coating combine, and then be convenient for carry out water repellent to support bar 1.
Further, the distance between the adjacent first steel products 11 is less than or equal to 300 mm.
Specifically, the distance between the adjacent first steel materials 11 may be 300mm, 280mm or 260mm, and if the distance between the adjacent first steel materials 11 is too large, the overall strength of the support bar 1 may be reduced.
Furthermore, the width range of the supporting strip 1 is 35-45mm, and the height range is 15-25 mm.
Specifically, the width of the support bar 1 can be 35mm, 40mm or 45mm, if the width of the support bar 1 is too small, the strength of the support bar 1 will be low, and if the width of the support bar 1 is too large, too much space of the shower room will be occupied; the height of support bar 1 specifically can be 15mm, 20mm or 25mm, if the high undersize of support bar 1, will lead to the high undersize of holding tank, and then lead to the holding tank can't hold shower end basin 5, if the height of support bar 1 is too big, will lead to shower end basin 5 too high, and then lead to the user not convenient to use.
Further, all do water repellent's step to ground 2, wall 3 and support bar 1 and include:
coating and scraping the first-time waterproof paint on the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the support strips 1;
and after the first-time waterproof coating is cured, coating and scraping the second-time waterproof coating on the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the support bars 1, wherein the coating and scraping directions of the second-time waterproof coating and the first-time waterproof coating are mutually vertical.
Specifically, the waterproof coating can effectively improve the waterproof performance of the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the support bar 1 by coating and scraping for two times, and the waterproof coating can be specifically a polyurethane waterproof coating or a resin waterproof coating, wherein the specific coating and scraping number of the waterproof coating is not limited and is generally 2-3 times; and the coating and scraping directions of the adjacent waterproof coatings are mutually vertical, so that the connection firmness of the adjacent waterproof coatings can be effectively improved, and the waterproof performance of the ground 2, the wall surface 3 and the supporting strip 1 is further improved.
Further, all do water repellent's step to ground 2, wall 3 and support bar 1 and still include:
when the first-time waterproof coating is not cured, laying a first layer of glass fiber cloth on the first-time waterproof coating;
and when the waterproof coating for the second time is not cured, laying a second layer of glass fiber cloth on the waterproof coating for the second time.
Specifically, when the waterproof coating is a resin waterproof coating, in order to enhance the waterproofing, the glass fiber cloth can be laid when the resin waterproof coating is not cured, wherein the specific number of passes of the waterproof coating and the glass fiber cloth is not limited and can be determined according to the comprehensive consideration of the cost, the waterproofing requirement and the like; when the waterproof coating is polyurethane waterproof coating, glass fiber cloth is not generally added, and the polyurethane waterproof coating can form an elastic protective film and has certain tensile resistance.
Further, install back in the holding tank with shower end basin 5, tile on wall 3 and support bar 1, concrete step includes:
base layer treatment: the wall surface 3 and the supporting strips 1 are leveled or roughened, and then are watered and moistened;
brushing the first adhesive: brushing a first adhesive on the wall surface 3 and the support bars 1;
snapping line division: segmenting and dividing elastic lines according to the requirements of a drawing, and labeling alignment points on the wall surface 3 and the supporting strips 1;
selecting bricks: rejecting unqualified bricks;
brick soaking: soaking the brick for 2-3 h;
