In this embodiment, the openable window 67 has 3 windows, wherein 2 windows 67 are respectively located at two ends of the box 1521 of the negative dialysis module, and the other window 67 corresponds to one of the negative dialysis units.
The negative dialysis module also comprises an air-conditioning outer cabin 71, a strong and weak electric quick connector 72, an oxygen tank storage cabin 73, a water supply and drainage quick connector 74 and a shutter rainproof ventilation door 75 positioned on the back.
As shown in fig. 8, the positive dialysis module comprises a positive dialysis module case 221, a treatment preparation cabinet with basin 27 at one end of the positive dialysis module case 221, a reception table 22, a wheelchair scale 23, a pedal type hand washing cabinet 24, 4 dialysis units arranged in parallel, and a top-mounted sliding rail curtain 20 between adjacent dialysis units, wherein each dialysis unit comprises a dialysis machine 18 and a dialysis chair 19.
The reception desk 22, the wheelchair scale 23 and the pedal type hand washing cabinet 24 are sequentially arranged next to the basin treatment preparation cabinet 27, and 4 positive dialysis units arranged in parallel are positioned between the pedal type hand washing cabinet 24 and the basin treatment preparation cabinet 27.
As shown in fig. 9, the single dialysis module includes a storage cabinet 15 at one end thereof, a plasma air sterilizer 21 at the other end thereof, a chair 16 and a nurse table 17 with a wash basin, which are disposed next to the storage cabinet 15 in this order, and a dialysis unit including a dialysis bed 25 and a dialysis machine 18.
As shown in fig. 10, the double dialysis module is internally provided with 2 dialysis treatment rooms, each dialysis treatment room is provided with 2 dialysis units, each dialysis unit has the same structure as that of the single dialysis module shown in fig. 6, and comprises a dialysis bed 25 and a dialysis machine 18; each dialysis treatment room also comprises a bow-back chair 16, a nurse table 17 with a hand basin and a plasma air sterilizer 21.
As shown in fig. 11, the combined rescue and treatment module is provided with an emergency rescue room 28 and a dialysis treatment room, wherein the emergency rescue room 28 is internally provided with an emergency ambulance 26, a treatment preparation cabinet with basin 27 and a plasma air sterilizer 21; the dialysis treatment room is provided with 3 dialysis units, a plasma air sterilizer 21 and a top-mounted sliding curtain 20 between the adjacent dialysis units, and each dialysis unit comprises a dialysis bed 25 and a dialysis machine 18.
As shown in fig. 12, the sewage treatment module is an integrated sewage treatment system 29; the drainage system is used for flat layer drainage; the sewage import minimum of sewage treatment module is equipped with induction type elevator pump 30, and when waste water was discharged, induction type elevator pump 30 can be opened automatically, and sewage treatment module handles sewage, and the water after the processing can be used to self antiseptic solution preparation water, and the water economy resource, equipment side are provided with the water sample intake, make things convenient for the sampling operation, need not to take a sample at the equipment top. The equipment fan and the sewage lifting pump are designed into two sets of double paths, one is used and the other is standby, so that reliable operation is ensured.
The dirt washing module 31 is provided with 2 washing water tanks and 1 hand washing basin.
The temporary filth storage module 32 is provided with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, a fly killing lamp, a ventilation fan, a cleaning water tank and a medical trash can.
The integrated sewage treatment system 29, the induction type lift pump 30, the dirt washing module 31 and the dirt temporary storage module 32 are arranged in parallel.
As shown in fig. 13, the reverse osmosis water treatment module includes a salt storage chamber 33, a water machine raw water pump 34, a filtration tank set 35, a reverse osmosis water treatment purification host 36, a side-mounted drainage pipeline 37 and a plasma air sterilizer 21, which are sequentially arranged, wherein the filtration tank set 35 and the reverse osmosis water treatment purification host 36 are both provided with bolts for fixedly mounting the filtration tank set and the host set.
As shown in FIG. 14, the independent water storage module is provided with an 18-24 cubic stainless steel water tank 39, the stainless steel water tank 39 is provided with a pressure-sensitive constant-pressure booster pump 38, the pressure-sensitive constant-pressure booster pump 38 is arranged in a one-use-one-standby mode, the pressure-sensitive constant-pressure booster pump 38 automatically starts to operate when the reverse osmosis water treatment purification main unit 36 starts to operate, and the pressure-boosting pressure-sensitive constant-pressure booster pump 38 automatically stops to operate when the reverse osmosis water treatment purification main unit 36 stops to operate. The stainless steel water tank 39 is provided with a water shortage alarm device, and the water level lower than a set value prompts timely water supplement.
The washing module is disposed next to the independent water storage module, and includes a washing compartment 41 and a raw water inlet 40 between the washing compartment 41 and the stainless steel water tank 39.
As shown in fig. 15, the weak current control module includes an independent power generator set 42, a power electric cabinet 43 for distributing power for all modules and having a two-way power switching device, a voltage-stabilizing electric cabinet 44, a tool cabinet 45, a central cabinet 46 having a network host and a server, a monitoring cabinet 47 having a monitoring host, and a monitoring display 48, which are sequentially arranged.
As shown in FIG. 16, the warehouse module has a warehouse tray 49 and a plurality of warehouse shelves 50, a treatment preparation room 51, a treatment preparation cabinet 27 with basins, and a plurality of plasma air disinfectors 21.
As shown in fig. 17, a duty bed 52, a file cabinet 53, office desks and chairs 54, a wardrobe 55 and a wash basin are arranged in the office module.
The examination receiving module is provided with an examination receiving table and chair 22, a desktop computer, 2 industrial control all-in-one machines, 3 card readers, a wheelchair scale 23, an electronic blood pressure meter and a plasma air sterilizer 21.
As shown in fig. 18, the tertiary protection dialysis module is provided with a cleaning area, a protective clothing wearing area, a primary taking-off area, a secondary taking-off area, a treatment area, a tertiary protection channel 56 and an independent temporary waste temporary storage room 57.
The treatment area is provided with 3 dialysis units, and each dialysis unit comprises a dialysis chair 19, a dialysis machine 18, an independent examination table and chair 22, a wheelchair scale 23, an electronic sphygmomanometer, an emergency ambulance 26, a defibrillator, an electrocardiogram monitor, basic rescue equipment and a plasma air sterilizer 21.
As shown in FIG. 19, the negative pressure dialysis module is provided with a negative pressure tertiary protection channel 62, a treatment area 66, and a separate temporary waste storage compartment 57. Wherein the treatment area 66 is provided with 2 dialysis units, and each dialysis unit comprises a dialysis chair 19, a dialysis machine 18, an independent reception table and chair 22, a wheelchair scale 23, an electronic sphygmomanometer, an emergency ambulance 26, a defibrillator, an electrocardiogram monitor, basic rescue equipment and a plasma air sterilizer 21.
Wherein the buffer area, the first taking-off area, the second taking-off area and the wearing area are provided with an interlocking access control system. The air supply purification system and the air exhaust purification system of the negative pressure module are independent modules, the air supply system is subjected to coarse-effect, medium-effect and sub-high-efficiency three-level filtration, the air exhaust system is designed to exhaust air downwards, the integrated machine is an integrated machine comprising a high-efficiency filtration sterilization purification system, the air supply and exhaust are controlled by an intelligent air pressure stabilizing system, the air pressure of different areas can be set according to requirements and can be kept at a stable pressure, and a pressure difference meter is arranged in a negative pressure room.

The water supply of the invention mainly uses a pressure induction type constant pressure booster pump 38 to pressurize and supply water, two groups of four water supply pipelines are arranged at the front section of a water tank 39, wherein, one water outlet pipe diameter is 50mm and is used for a reverse osmosis water treatment and purification host 36, purified pure water is used for a dialysis machine, the other water is used for domestic water, two groups of pressure induction type constant pressure booster pumps 38 adopt a one-use one-standby mode, and an electric tracing band can be arranged in winter to solve the problem of freezing prevention.
The drainage pipe fitting adopts a ppr pipe, the inside of the pipe fitting is installed and embedded, a quick loose joint screw port is reserved for convenient and quick connection, an independent wastewater collection tank is designed on part of the tank body, power drainage is adopted, a double-path drainage pump is arranged in the tank body for one use and one spare, in addition, the tank body is provided with a self-flow drainage pipe lower than the internal drainage pipe, normal drainage can be ensured when no power is supplied, and an electric tracing band can be arranged for preventing freezing in winter.
The power distribution access end related by the invention is two paths of municipal power supply and a generator 42, and is provided with a two-path power supply switcher, the power consumption of the module cabin is mainly connected by an industrial quick connector, a stabilized voltage power supply cabinet 44 is arranged in a power distribution room and is specially used for a dialysis machine, two distribution boxes are arranged in a treatment cabin, one municipal power supply is used for office equipment, illumination equipment and the like, and the other stabilized voltage power supply is specially used for the dialysis machine.
The weak current system comprises a weak current central machine room management control network system, a monitoring system and a fire-fighting smoke sensing system, wherein a 5G wireless AP is arranged at the top in a box body, a network interface is arranged in a wall medical equipment belt of a treatment area, and the central machine room can meet the network coverage of all modules through wires or wirelessly.
The invention relates to a negative pressure isolation dialysis module which is provided with a mechanical ventilation system, wherein an air supply system and an air exhaust system are both a purification negative pressure unit 63, air supply and exhaust are controlled by an intelligent air pressure stabilizing system, the pressure is in a descending gradient, air flows to a semi-polluted area and a polluted area in a one-way mode from a clean area, a pressure difference meter is installed on the inner wall of a room, the air supply system is subjected to coarse-effect, medium-effect and sub-high-efficiency three-stage filtration, the air exhaust system is designed for lower air exhaust 59, and the air exhaust is discharged in high altitude after high-efficiency filtration, sterilization and purification.
The invention meets the requirements of three areas and two channels, the module combination is customized according to the requirement and is arranged according to the sensing and control standard, the external water circuits are quickly butted, the channels between the modules use steel structure group brackets, anti-skid cement boards are paved on the brackets, and the top of the channels are provided with rain-proof canvas or color steel plates.
The invention is used as a movable hemodialysis shelter module combination, and a dialysis treatment module is in a 6+ N mode, namely 6 main configuration modules: water treatment module, water storage module, sewage treatment + dirty washing + filth module of keeping in, storage module, strong and weak electric control module, official working + connect and examine module cooperation N group treatment module and use in combination, also can customize functional module according to the user demand, the supporting equipment of factory's modularization integrated into one piece, swift facility.
The airtight door is provided with the double-layer toughened glass observation window, so that the airtight door is convenient to observe and has sound insulation and heat preservation functions.

A mobile hemodialysis combined module comprises a main box body and a mobile hemodialysis module positioned in the main box body; the portable hemodialysis module comprises a negative dialysis module, a positive dialysis module, a single dialysis module, a double dialysis module, a rescue and treatment combined module, an independent water storage module, a reverse osmosis water treatment module, a cleaning module, a sewage treatment module, a temporary sewage storage module, a dirt washing module, a strong and weak electric control module, a storage module, a three-level protection dialysis module and a negative pressure dialysis module.

The mobile hemodialysis combination module of claim 1, wherein the positive dialysis module comprises a positive dialysis module case (221), a treatment preparation cabinet (27) with a basin located at one end of the positive dialysis module case (221), a reception table (22), a wheelchair scale (23), a foot-operated hand washing cabinet (24), 4 dialysis units arranged in parallel, and a top-mounted sliding rail curtain (20) located between adjacent dialysis units; wherein each dialysis unit comprises a dialysis chair (19) and a dialysis machine (18).

The combined portable hemodialysis module of claim 1, wherein the double dialysis module comprises 2 dialysis treatment rooms, each dialysis treatment room comprises 2 dialysis units, each dialysis unit comprises a dialysis bed (25) and a dialysis machine (18); each dialysis treatment room also comprises a bow-back chair (16), a nurse table (17) with a hand basin and a plasma air sterilizer (21).

Combined portable hemodialysis module according to claim 1, wherein the negative pressure dialysis module is provided with a negative pressure tertiary protection channel (62), a treatment area (66), an independent temporary waste buffer (57); wherein the treatment area (66) is provided with 2 dialysis units, and each dialysis unit comprises a dialysis chair (19), a dialysis machine (18), an independent examination table and chair (22), a wheelchair scale (23), an electronic sphygmomanometer, an emergency ambulance (26), a defibrillator, an electrocardio monitor, a basic rescue device and a plasma air sterilizer (21).
