Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disease prevention and control of livestock and poultry, and particularly relates to a method for preventing and controlling epidemic diseases of mountainous ecological chickens.
Background
In the past, for chicken breeding, in order to rapidly increase weight or lay eggs, a captive breeding mode is mostly adopted, and a large amount of additives are added into feed to achieve the purposes of increasing weight, reducing diseases, improving laying rate and the like. However, with the development of economy, the living standard of people is also obviously improved, which is reflected in that people have higher and higher requirements on food, not only have high requirements on food safety, but also have high requirements on food quality. Therefore, the free-range chickens and eggs laid by the free-range chickens are more and more favored, but the technical problem troubling farmers is to reduce the death rate of the free-range chickens and reduce the use of hormone medicines.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a method for preventing and controlling the mountain ecological chicken epidemic disease.
A method for preventing and controlling the epidemic disease of the mountain ecological chicken comprises the following steps:
(1) site selection: selecting mountainous areas or forest lands with high terrain, smooth drainage and good ventilation to build a henhouse, and establishing isolation zones around the breeding areas, wherein the area of one breeding area is about one mu, and a plurality of breeding areas can be tightly connected;
(2) building a chicken house: building a plurality of henhouses in a breeding area, building 3-5 henhouses in each breeding area for convenient management, wherein each henhouse contains 60-80 chickens, building a disinfection tank in front of each henhouse door, arranging a cotton pad in the disinfection tank, pouring disinfectant into the disinfection tank, wherein the disinfectant is aqueous solution of dichlorodimethyl hydantoin or potassium peroxymonosulfate composite salt, the disinfection tank is 5-10cm in height, 50-100cm in width and longer than the henhouse door;
(3) and (3) environmental disinfection: before the chickens enter the farm, the environment is comprehensively disinfected by using a disinfectant, and after the chickens enter the farm, the environment is disinfected once a month;
(4) chicken coop disinfection: before the chickens enter the henhouse, comprehensively disinfecting the henhouse by using a disinfectant, raising the temperature in the henhouse to 28-32 ℃ before disinfecting the henhouse, and after the chickens enter the henhouse, disinfecting the henhouse once a week and disinfecting the chickens with the henhouses;
(5) disinfecting tools: washing and cleaning the tools needed by the chicken farm, placing the tools under the sunshine for insolation until no moisture exists on the surfaces of the tools, and disinfecting the tools once a week after the chickens enter the farm;
(6) and (3) inoculation and epidemic prevention: inoculating epidemic prevention to healthy chicken flocks, wherein the chicken flocks are 7 days old, 0.5 ml/vaccine of inactivated vaccine with oil adjuvant is inoculated, a second injection is inoculated at intervals of three weeks, the dosage is 0.5 ml/vaccine, and then the second injection is inoculated once every 6 months, and the inoculation amount is 1 ml/vaccine;
inoculating infectious bronchitis vaccine to the chicken at the age of 11 days;
inoculating chicken pox at 15-20 days old, and inoculating a second injection at an interval of two and a half months;
inoculating avian influenza vaccine at 30 days old, and inoculating a second injection at two months intervals;
inoculating 0.5 ml/chicken infectious coryza aluminum gel inactivated vaccine at 40 days old, and inoculating 1 ml/chicken infectious coryza aluminum gel inactivated vaccine at intervals of 3-6 weeks;
spreading laryngitis vaccine on anus at 80-85 days old; after all vaccines are inoculated for 10 hours, feeding the chickens with vitamin C, vitamin E and astragalus polysaccharide; the vitamin C, the vitamin E and the astragalus polysaccharide are dissolved in water and drunk along with water, and the dosage ratio of the vitamin C, the vitamin E, the astragalus polysaccharide and the water is (4-6): (2-4): (1-3): (800-1200);
(7) and (3) quarantine: before each vaccination, individual in the chicken flock is checked in detail, clinical symptoms or other abnormal conditions are found, isolation treatment is carried out in time, and immunization is carried out on the chicken flock according to the symptoms of abnormal chickens;
(8) and (3) daily feed additive: adding Chinese herbal medicine additives into the daily ration of the chickens of each day age period, wherein the addition of the daily ration additives is as follows: adding mixed powder of radix astragali, Atractylodis rhizoma, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Polygoni Multiflori radix and radix Isatidis into daily ration of chicken; adding mixed powder of radix astragali, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, cortex Mori and rhizoma Pinelliae into adult chicken daily ration, wherein the dosage ratio of radix astragali, Atractylodis rhizoma, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Polygoni Multiflori radix and radix Isatidis is (2-4): (1-3): (3-5): (2-4): (3-5), the dosage ratio of the astragalus root, the angelica dahurica, the mulberry bark and the pinellia tuber is (2-4): (4-6): (3-5): (1-3).
Compared with the prior art, the method for preventing and controlling the mountain ecological chicken epidemic disease has the beneficial effects that: the invention starts from the living environment, diet and establishment of autoimmunity of the chicken, effectively prevents the invasion of common epidemic diseases in each growth stage, reduces the economic loss of farmers, and greatly reduces the use of hormone medicines.
