背景技术

当利用在完成的部件上贴箔的方法来实现视觉质量时,由于贴的箔靠近表面并且与完成的部件不兼容,所以损坏的可能性较高。此外,在通过该方法获得的部件出于任何原因而变形的情况下,不存在修复的可能性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由纤维层、胶衣层、图案化层以及树脂组成的复合结构。对于本发明的复合部件生产方法,可能的是,将期望的图案(图案化层)以期望的形式直接施加在部件上。通过该措施,使得能够在时间方面显著地缩短生产过程。所确保的是,当通过将图案化层铺设在纤维层之间而使该图案化层保持远离表面时,降低了损坏的可能性。
本发明的另一目的在于确保所获得的复合部件的表面具有期望的外观/图案。此外,有可能借助于本发明的方法,在不损坏表面的外观/图案的条件下,对所生产的复合部件进行修整。
本发明的进一步的目的在于消除现有技术中使用的箔式设计方法所造成的缺点。在本发明的图案化复合部件中,由于图案化层定位在纤维层之间,所以降低了对所述图案化层的损坏的可能性。

本发明的复合部件(1)包括
- 至少一个胶衣层(2),
- 至少一个纤维层(3),其定位在胶衣层(2)上,
- 至少一个图案化层,所述至少一个图案化层定位在纤维层(3)与胶衣层(2)之间,并且所述至少一个图案化层具有在所述至少一个图案化层上的图案,期望从外部看到该图案,
- 树脂(5),其被施加在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)组成的层状结构上,并且使得所述层状结构在固化之后能够保持在一起。
本发明的复合部件(1)包括
- 至少一个胶衣层(2),

在本发明的一个实施例中,存在至少一个(或多个)胶衣层(2),其被施加(定位)在树脂(5)上,其被施加在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)组成的层状结构上,使得其将在树脂(5)被固化之前在其中位于远离胶衣层(2)的表面上。
在本发明的优选实施例中,图案化层(4)由至少一种材料制成,该至少一种材料选自包括织物、纸、塑料、金属以及它们的组合的组。
在本发明的一个实施例中,胶衣层(2)可为透明的,以便确保从外部通过胶衣层(2)看到图案化层(4)上的图案,胶衣层(2)对应于由纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)组成的层状结构的单个表面或两个表面。在本发明的不同实施例中,当胶衣层(2)定位在由纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)组成的层状结构的两个表面上时,一个表面上的这些胶衣层(2)中的一个可为透明的,并且另一个表面上的另一个胶衣层(2)可为不透明的(并且优选地为经着色的),使得其中的图案化层(4)上的图案可从外部通过单个表面看到。

本发明涉及图案化复合部件(1),该图案化复合部件(1)具有由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)、图案化层(4)以及树脂(5)组成的层状结构,该图案化复合部件(1)借助于图案化层(4)和透明的胶衣层(2)而具有有吸引力的外观,从而允许从外部看到图案化层(4)上的图案,并且使得能够实现由于所述层状结构而消除在最终产品上的图案应用中所遇到的困难;及其生产方法。
在本发明的生产方法中,使用了模具整体,其包括至少一个下部模具和至少一个上部模具。在所述模具中,下部模具和/或上部模具涂覆有胶衣层(2)。多于一个纤维层(3)可铺设于在下部模具上形成的胶衣层(2)上。具有期望视觉质量的图案化层(4)放置在铺设的纤维层(3)上和/或下方和/或之间。在下一个过程步骤中,通过将所述下部模具和上部模具联接来将模具闭合。因此,纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)维持在下部模具与上部模具之间。为了将树脂(5)施加到闭合模具并且为了使所施加的树脂均匀地分布,树脂(5)供应通道和真空通道连接到所述闭合模具。通过该措施,树脂(5)被传递到模具中,并且树脂(5)被使得能够在负压之下在模具之上扩散。在均匀分布之后,允许树脂(5)固化。在固化完成时,上部模具和下部模具被分离,并且获得由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)、图案化层(4)、胶衣层(2)以及树脂(5)组成的复合部件(1)。虽然胶衣层(2)涂层可仅被施加在下部模具上或仅被施加在上部模具上,但是其还可被施加在两个模具上。被施加在下部模具或上部模具上的胶衣层(2)涂层中的至少一个应当为透明的胶衣层(2)涂层。在透明的胶衣层(2)涂层被施加在下部模具和上部模具两者上的情况下,由于透明,可通过两个表面看到具有期望视觉质量的图案化层(4)。然而,作为另一种备选方案,还可能的是,将透明的胶衣层(2)施加到下部模具和上部模具中的一个,同时将经着色的胶衣层(2)涂层施加到另一个。在该情况下,仅可通过一个表面看到具有期望视觉质量的图案化层(4)。加热或加热-冷却过程可按需要施加到所使用的上部模具和下部模具。
在本发明的一个实施例中,使用开放模具。所述开放模具涂覆有胶衣层(2)作为表面,并且至少一个纤维层(3)铺设在胶衣层(2)上。具有期望视觉质量的图案化层(4)放置在所铺设的纤维层(3)上或之下。在下一个过程步骤中,树脂(5)扩散在由纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)形成的结构上,并且允许所述树脂(5)固化。在固化完成时,由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)、图案化层(4)以及树脂(5)组成的复合部件(1)被从模具移除。在本发明的该实施例中,还可能的是,将胶衣层(2)涂覆在结构上,该结构由所铺设的纤维层(3)和所放置的图案化层(4)形成。如果透明的胶衣层(2)被同时施加在模具上和由纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)形成的结构上,则获得复合部件(1),其中,可通过两个表面看到图案化层(4)(换句话说,在所述图案化层(4)上提供的图案)。然而,如果透明的胶衣层(2)被施加在所述表面中的一个上并且经着色的胶衣层(2)被施加在另一个上,则获得复合部件(1),其中,仅可通过一个表面看到图案化层(4)(图案)。加热或加热-冷却过程可按需要施加到所使用的模具。此外,所述图案化层(4)还可被放置在纤维层(3)之间。为此,所需要的是,在所述开放模具中使用至少两个纤维层(3)。因为其降低了图案化层(4)被损坏的可能性,所以这产生了优点。

可基于至少一种模制方法来生产作为本发明的主题的复合部件(1),该至少一种模制方法选自由下者组成的组:树脂(5)传递模制方法(RTM)、类RTM方法、手糊方法、灌注方法、拉挤方法、真空袋模制方法以及硅装袋方法(silicon bagging method)。
在优选使用树脂(5)传递模制方法(RTM)的情况下,本发明的复合部件(1)的生产方法包括以下过程步骤:
- 在由至少一个下部模具和至少一个上部模具组成的模具整体中的模具中的至少一个中形成胶衣层(2),
- 将纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)铺设在所形成的胶衣层(2)上(使得图案化层(4)将位于纤维层(3)与胶衣层(2)之间,并且/或者使得图案化层(4)将定位在纤维层(3)的远离胶衣层(2)的表面上,并且/或者使得图案化层(4)将位于纤维层(3)之间),
- 通过联接下部模具和上部模具来闭合模具整体,并且将树脂(5)供应通道和真空通道连接到闭合模具整体,
- 通过树脂(5)供应通道将树脂(5)施加到层状结构,该层状结构设在模具整体内部并且由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)形成,
- 在通过真空通道施加负压的情况下,通过使得树脂(5)能够扩散到模具中来使树脂(5)均匀地分布在模具中,
- 允许树脂在其被分布之后固化,并且在固化之后将上部模具和下部模具相互分离,
- 获得复合部件(1),其为最终产品。
在本发明的另一个优选实施例中,在利用手糊方法执行模制过程的情况下,方法包括以下步骤:
- 使开放模具涂覆有胶衣层(2),
- 将纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)放置于形成在模具内部的胶衣层(2)上,
- 通过将树脂(5)扩散在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)形成的层状结构上来允许材料固化,
- 获得复合部件(1),其为固化过程之后的最终产品。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,在优选利用真空袋模制的情况下,方法包括以下步骤:
- 使在复合部件(1)的生产中使用的模具涂覆有胶衣层(2),
- 将纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)铺设于在模具上形成的胶衣层(2)上,
- 在这些过程之后放置模具真空袋,
- 将树脂(5)供应通道和真空通道连接到覆盖有真空袋的模具,
- 借助于通过所述树脂(5)供应通道和真空通道施加的负压,在其中传递树脂(5),
- 通过确保树脂(5)扩散到模具中来使树脂(5)均匀地分布在模具中,
- 允许树脂(5)在其扩散之后固化,并且在固化之后将真空袋从模具移除,

在本发明的另一个实施例中,在优选硅装袋方法情况下,方法包括以下步骤:
- 使在复合部件(1)的生产中使用的下部模具涂覆有胶衣层(2),
- 将纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)铺设于在下部模具上形成的胶衣层(2)上,
- 在这些过程之后,将硅袋或硅上部模具放置在下部模具上,
- 将树脂(5)供应通道和真空通道连接到下部模具,该下部模具覆盖有硅上部模具或硅袋,
- 在其中通过所述树脂(5)供应通道供应树脂(5),并且通过确保树脂(5)借助于通过真空通道施加的负压扩散到模具中来使树脂(5)均匀地分布在模具内部,
- 允许树脂(5)在其扩散之后固化,并且在固化之后将硅上部模具或硅袋从下部模具移除,

在本发明的范围内实施并且经受以上描述的不同实施例的所有生产方法中,加热或加热-冷却过程可被应用到模具以用于使树脂(5)固化。

Claims (15)

1.一种图案化复合部件(1),其包括
- 至少一个胶衣层(2),
- 至少一个纤维层(3),其定位在所述胶衣层(2)上,
- 至少一个图案化层,所述至少一个图案化层定位在所述纤维层(3)与所述胶衣层(2)之间,并且所述至少一个图案化层具有在所述至少一个图案化层上的图案,期望从外部看到所述图案,
- 树脂(5),其被施加在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)组成的层状结构上,并且使得所述层状结构在固化之后能够保持在一起。
2.一种图案化复合部件(1),其包括
- 至少一个胶衣层(2),
- 至少一个纤维层(3),其定位在所述胶衣层(2)上,
- 至少一个图案化层,所述至少一个图案化层定位在纤维层(3)的远离所述胶衣层(2)的表面上,并且所述至少一个图案化层具有在所述至少一个图案化层上的图案,期望从外部看到所述图案,
- 树脂(5),其被施加在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)组成的层状结构上,并且使得所述层状结构在固化之后能够保持在一起。
3.一种图案化复合部件(1),其包括
- 至少一个胶衣层(2),

5.根据权利要求4所述的图案化复合部件(1),其特征在于,至少一个胶衣层(2)被施加(定位)在所述树脂(5)上,所述树脂(5)被施加在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)组成的层状结构上,使得其将在树脂(5)被固化之前在此处位于远离胶衣层(2)的表面上。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的图案化复合部件(1),其特征在于所述胶衣层(2),所述胶衣层(2)为透明的,以便确保可从外部通过所述胶衣层(2)看到所述图案化层(4)上的图案,所述胶衣层(2)对应于由所述纤维层(3)和所述图案化层(4)组成的层状结构的单个表面或两个表面。

8.一种用于根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的图案化复合部件(1)的生产方法,其包括以下过程步骤:
- 在模具中形成至少一个胶衣层(2),
- 将纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)铺设在所述胶衣层(2)上,
- 将树脂(5)施加在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)组成的层状结构上,并且允许所述树脂(5)固化,
- 在固化之后,将结构从所述模具移除,

10.根据权利要求9所述的用于图案化复合部件(1)的生产方法,其特征在于,在树脂(5)传递方法(RTM)被用作模制方法的情况下,所述生产方法包括以下过程步骤:
- 在由至少一个下部模具和至少一个上部模具组成的模具整体中的模具中的至少一个中形成胶衣层(2),
- 将纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)铺设在所形成的胶衣层(2)上,
- 通过联接所述下部模具和所述上部模具来闭合所述模具整体,并且将树脂(5)供应通道和真空通道连接到闭合模具整体,
- 通过所述树脂(5)供应通道将树脂(5)施加到层状结构,所述层状结构设在所述模具整体内部并且由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)形成,
- 在通过真空通道施加负压的情况下,通过使得所述树脂(5)能够扩散到所述模具中来使所述树脂(5)均匀地分布在所述模具中,
- 允许所述树脂在其被分布之后固化,并且在固化之后将所述上部模具和所述下部模具相互分离,
- 获得复合部件(1),其为最终产品。
11.根据权利要求9所述的用于图案化复合部件(1)的生产方法,其特征在于,在手糊方法被用作模制方法的情况下,所述生产方法包括以下步骤:
- 使开放模具涂覆有胶衣层(2),
- 将纤维层(3)和图案化层(4)放置于形成在所述模具内部的胶衣层(2)上,
- 通过将树脂(5)扩散在由胶衣层(2)、纤维层(3)以及图案化层(4)形成的层状结构上来允许材料固化,
