Terminal device 110 may include a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an intelligent voice interaction device, an intelligent appliance, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and so on. The server 130 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud computing services. Network 120 may be a communication medium of various connection types capable of providing a communication link between terminal device 110 and server 130, such as a wired communication link or a wireless communication link.
The system architecture in the embodiments of the present application may have any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, according to implementation needs. For example, the server 130 may be a server group composed of a plurality of server devices. In addition, the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to the terminal device 110, or may be applied to the server 130, or may be implemented by both the terminal device 110 and the server 130, which is not particularly limited in this application.
For example, the data processing method for the video conference provided by the embodiment of the present application is implemented by the terminal device 110. When the terminal device 110 detects that the first user logs in the current video conference, acquiring identification information of the current video conference; then, the terminal device 110 determines the information of the second user participating in the current video conference according to the identification information of the current video conference; next, the terminal device 110 obtains historical conference associated information according to the information of the first user and the information of the second user, where the historical conference associated information includes information of a historical conference in which the first user and the second user have participated together; and finally, the terminal device 110 generates the identity information of the first user in the current video conference according to the historical conference association information. It is understood that the data processing method for the video conference provided by the embodiment of the present application may also be implemented by the server 130, or implemented by both the server 130 and the terminal device 110.
In one embodiment, the first user is a participant three, and the second user is a conference initiator four. Zhang III uses the conference number of the current video conference to enter the current video conference, at this time, the terminal device 110 detects that Zhang III logs in the current video conference, obtains the conference number of the current video conference as a conference identifier, and determines account information of Li IV initiating the current video conference according to the conference number. The terminal device 110 searches in the history conference record according to the account information of zhang san and the account information of lie san, finds a history conference in which two people have participated together, and in the history conference, the identity information used by zhang san is "requirement group-zhang san", so that the terminal device 110 takes "requirement group-zhang san" as the identity information of zhang san in the current video conference. As shown in fig. 2A, terminal device 110 automatically fills "requirements group-zhang three" in an identification bar 220a in conference login interface 210 a.
In another embodiment, the first user is member Zhang III, and the second user is member King V. Zusanli uses the conference number of the current video conference to enter the current video conference, and at the moment, the terminal device 110 detects that Zusanli logs in the current video conference, acquires the conference number of the current video conference as a conference identifier, and determines account information of Wangwu initiating the current video conference according to the conference number. The terminal device 110 searches in the history conference record according to the account information of zhang san and the account information of wang wu, finds a history conference in which two people have participated together, and in the history conference, the identity information used by zhang san is "zhang classmate father", so that the terminal device 110 takes "zhang classmate father" as the identity information of zhang san in the current video conference. As shown in fig. 2B, terminal device 110 automatically fills in an identification bar 220B in conference login interface 210B with "classmate father".
It can be seen from the two embodiments that the identity information of the user in the current video conference can be automatically generated by the technical scheme of the application without manual input of the user. And when the same user participates in different video conferences, different first user identity information can be dynamically generated according to different second user information corresponding to different video conferences, and the trouble of manually modifying names is avoided.
The following describes the data processing of the video conference provided by the present application in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a data processing method for video conference, which may be implemented by the system architecture shown in fig. 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the data processing method for a video conference provided in the embodiment of the present application includes steps 310 to 340, which are specifically as follows:
and 310, when the first user is detected to log in the current video conference, acquiring the identification information of the current video conference and the information of the first user.
Specifically, the first user is a participant of the current video conference, and the first user may enter the current video conference in a certain manner, that is, log in the current video conference, for example, the first user logs in the current video conference by inputting identification information of the current video conference, or the first user logs in the current video conference by scanning two-dimensional code information corresponding to the current video conference, and the like. The identification information of the video conference is used to uniquely identify the video conference, such as a conference number (conference number for short), a room number, and the like of the video conference. The user information is used to uniquely identify the user, such as account information of the user in the conferencing application.
Illustratively, the current video conference is created by a conference application with a conference number of 001. When a first user logs in a current video conference, a conference number 001 is input in a conference login interface, a relevant button is clicked to confirm that the current video conference is logged in, and the terminal device detects that the first user logs in the current video conference and acquires identification information of the current video conference: the conference number 001, and the obtained information of the first user is a login account of the first user in the conference application program: 1111.
and step 320, determining the information of the second user participating in the current video conference according to the identification information of the current video conference.
Specifically, the current video conference can be identified according to the identification information of the current video conference, so that the participant information of the current video conference can be acquired, and the information of the second user can be acquired from the participant information. The second user is also a user participating in the current video conference, which may be the conference initiator or a participant having an association with the first user.
In an embodiment of the present application, the step of acquiring the information of the second user specifically includes: acquiring participant information of the current video conference according to the identification information of the current video conference; and acquiring information of the participant having the association relation with the first user from the participant information as information of the second user.
Specifically, the participant having an association relationship with the first user may include: users who have participated in a meeting with the first user at one time, users who are in a friend relationship with the first user, and the like. The participant having the association relation with the first user is regarded as the second user, and then the identity information of the first user is generated according to the information of the second user through the subsequent steps, which is equivalent to that the identity information of the first user is determined from the information of the second user which is most likely to know the first user selected from the participants of the current conference, thereby being beneficial to improving the accuracy of the generated identity information of the first user.
In an embodiment of the present application, information of an initiator of the current video conference is obtained from a conference database according to a conference number of the current video conference.
Step 330, obtaining historical conference associated information according to the information of the first user and the information of the second user, wherein the historical conference associated information comprises information of a historical conference in which the first user and the second user participate together.
Specifically, after the first user information and the second user information are determined, historical conference information in which the first user and the second user participate together is searched from the historical conference information record and is used as historical conference associated information of the first user and the second user.
In an embodiment of the present application, the process of obtaining historical meeting association information includes: determining a historical conference in which the first user and the second user participate together according to the information of the second user and the information of the first user; and acquiring historical identity information used by the first user in the historical conference as historical conference associated information.
Specifically, the historical conference in which the first user and the second user have participated together is determined by searching in the historical conference record according to the first user information and the second user information, and the information of the historical conference in which the two users have participated together is historical conference association information. For example, according to the information of the first user, searching in the historical conference records, and determining a plurality of historical conferences in which the first user participates; and searching in a plurality of historical conferences according to the information of the second user, and determining the historical conference in which the second user participates, wherein the historical conference information in which the second user participates is the historical conference in which the second user participates together.
Specifically, firstly, searching in a historical conference record according to first user information, and screening out a plurality of historical conferences of which participant information comprises the first user information; and then searching in the plurality of screened historical conferences according to the second user information, screening out the historical conferences of which the participant information comprises the second user information, wherein the information of the historical conferences is the historical conferences participated by the first user and the second user together, the information of the historical conferences comprises the historical identity information used by the first user in participating in the historical conferences, and the historical identity information can be used as historical conference associated information.
In an embodiment of the present application, there may be a plurality of historical conferences in which the first user and the second user participate together, and the obtaining process of the historical conference association information includes: determining a plurality of historical conferences in which the first user and the second user participate together according to the information of the second user and the information of the first user; acquiring a plurality of historical identity information used by the first user in a plurality of historical conferences as historical conference associated information. Specifically, the historical identity information used by the first user in each historical conference participated in together is used as the historical conference associated information.
And 340, generating identity information of the first user in the current video conference according to the historical conference associated information.
Specifically, the historical conference associated information records historical identity information used by the first user to participate in the historical conference, the historical conference is participated in by the first user and the second user together, and the current video conference is participated in by the first user and the second user together, so that the current video conference and the historical conference participated in by the two users together belong to the same conference, and the historical identity information used by the first user in the historical conference can be used as the identity information of the first user in the current video conference.
In an embodiment of the present application, when there are multiple historical conferences in which the first user and the second user have participated together, there may be multiple historical identity information used by the first user in the historical conferences, and it is necessary to select one of the multiple historical identity information as the identity information of the first user in the current video conference.
In one embodiment of the present application, the process of selecting one of the plurality of historical identity information as the identity information of the first user in the current video conference includes: carrying out format matching on the plurality of historical identity information and the identity information of the participants of the current video conference respectively; and taking the historical identity information in a format consistent with the identity information format of the participant of the current video conference as the identity information of the first user in the current video conference.
Specifically, the identity information of each participant in a video conference is usually in a uniform format, for example, for a working conference, the format of the identity information of the participant may be a "department-name" format, such as "department of sale-zhang san"; for a parent meeting, the participant identity information format may be "student name + parent", such as "student parent". The method comprises the steps that a plurality of historical identity information used by a first user in a historical conference are respectively subjected to format matching with the participant identity information of the current video conference, when the format of the historical identity information of the first user is consistent with that of the participant identity information of the current video conference, the historical conference corresponding to the historical identity information can be considered to have the same property with the current video conference, and therefore the historical identity information can be used as the identity information of the first user in the current video conference.
Illustratively, the historical identity information of the first user comprises "sales department-Zhang III" and "Zhang Tong's parents", the identity information of the current participant in the video conference is "business department-Liqu", and the formats of "department-name" and "Zhang Tong's parents" and "business department-Liqu" are obviously different through format matching, so that the "sales department-Zhang III" and the "business department-Liqu" can be determined to be the same format, and the "sales department-Zhang III" is taken as the identity information of the first user in the current video conference.
In an embodiment of the present application, the process of determining the identity information of the first user at the current video conference may further be: generating a candidate identity set of a first user according to a plurality of historical identity information; and taking the historical identity information selected by the first user in the candidate identity set as the identity information of the first user in the current video conference.
Specifically, when the first user has a plurality of pieces of historical identity information, the plurality of pieces of historical identity information are used as a candidate identity set and displayed in a user identity menu of the conference login interface, so that the first user can select proper historical identity information from the candidate identity set as the identity information in the current video conference. For example, in the conference login interface 210a shown in fig. 2A, a user identity menu (not shown in the figure) is displayed in the identity bar 220a, and the user identity menu is filled with identity information in the candidate identity set, and the first user selects a piece of historical identity information from the candidate identity set as his identity information in the current video conference through the user identity menu.
In one embodiment of the present application, historical identity information in a candidate set of identities may be ranked. For example, the number of times of use of each piece of historical identity information in a plurality of historical conferences is counted first, and then each piece of historical identity information is ranked according to the number of times of use, so that a candidate identity set is obtained. Generally, the sequence with more use times is in the front, and the sequence with less use times is in the back, so that the user can select the commonly used identity information more conveniently.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when a first user is detected to log in a current video conference, the identification information of the current video conference and the information of the first user are obtained, then the information of a second user is determined through the identification information of the current video conference, then the information of a historical conference in which the first user and the second user participate together is obtained, and the identity information of the first user in the current video conference is generated according to the information, so that the automatic generation of the identity information of the user in the video conference is realized, the user does not need to manually input the identity information, and the user operation is facilitated.
The following describes an implementation process of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application by taking the second user as a conference initiator as an example.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a block diagram of a system architecture for implementing the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the system architecture 400 includes a conference login interface 410, a conference information recording module 420, a historical participant association information recording module 430, an initiator account identification module 440, and a participant name dynamic generation module 450.
