Claims (10)

1. An instant messaging method in a real estate transaction process, the method comprising:
responding to a session request initiated by a broker, establishing a session group according to a first account corresponding to the broker and target property information, and adding the first account in the session group to pull the broker into the session group;
receiving a first session message of the broker in the session group, and performing semantic analysis on the first session message to obtain analyzed first text information;
acquiring an answer matched with the first text message according to the first text message and replying, and if the matching fails, generating a first work order according to the first text message;
if the first work order comprises target property profile consultation information, the first work order is sent to a second account corresponding to a project manager, and the second account is added to the conversation group, so that the project manager can reply the target property information to the broker according to the first conversation message;
if the first work order comprises target house property transaction consultation information, the first work order is sent to a third account number corresponding to the operator, and the third account number is added to the conversation group, so that the operator can reply to the broker for the target house property transaction according to the first conversation message;
and if no new session message is received from the session group within preset time, deleting the second account and/or the third account from the session group.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a first session message of the broker in the session group and parsing the first session message semantically to obtain parsed first text information comprises:
determining whether the first session message comprises information requirement information, wherein the information requirement information comprises information requirement of the target property and/or transaction information requirement of the target property;
when the first session message comprises the target property information data requirement, acquiring target property data from a database according to the target property information data requirement;
sending the target property data to the second account for the project manager to confirm; receiving confirmation information of the project manager, and sending the target property data to the session group according to the confirmation information of the project manager;
when the first session message comprises the target property transaction data requirement, acquiring the target transaction data from a database according to the target property transaction data requirement;
sending the target transaction data to the third account for confirmation by the merchant; and receiving confirmation information of the business provider, and sending the target transaction data to the session group according to the confirmation information of the business provider.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing a session group according to the first account corresponding to the broker and the target property information in response to the broker-initiated session request comprises:
receiving a request of the broker for initiating a session, and judging whether a session group corresponding to the first account and the target property information exists;
if the corresponding session group exists, the existing session group is obtained;
and if the corresponding session group does not exist, establishing a new session group according to the first account corresponding to the broker and the target property information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the first work order to a second account corresponding to a project manager and adding the second account to the session group comprises:
pushing the first work order to a plurality of project managers corresponding to the target property information;
and setting a second account corresponding to the project manager which responds to the first work order firstly in the session group to pull the project manager into the session group, and simultaneously limiting the rest project managers to enter the session group.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the first work order to a second account corresponding to a project manager and adding the second account to the session group comprises:
selecting one of the project managers corresponding to the session group information and in an idle state;
adding the second account corresponding to the selected project manager in the session group.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the first work order to a third account corresponding to a vendor and adding the third account to the session group comprises:
pushing the first work order to a plurality of the service providers corresponding to the target house property information, and adding a third account corresponding to the service provider which responds to the first work order in the session group; or,
and selecting one of the service providers which corresponds to the session group information and is in an idle state, and adding the third account corresponding to the selected service provider in the session group.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the instant messaging method during the property transaction further comprises:
controlling a conversation window at the broker side to display the name of the floor where the target property is located;
controlling session windows at the project manager side and the business side to show names of brokers and store information.
8. An instant messaging device in a house property transaction process, the device comprising:
the group establishing unit is used for responding to a session request initiated by a broker, establishing a session group according to a first account corresponding to the broker and target property information, and adding the first account in the session group to pull the broker into the session group;
the semantic analysis unit is used for receiving a first session message of the broker in the session group and carrying out semantic analysis on the first session message to obtain analyzed first text information;
the information matching unit is used for acquiring answers matched with the first text information according to the first text information and replying the answers, and if the matching fails, a first work order is generated according to the first text information;
the first session establishing unit is used for sending the first work order to a second account corresponding to a project manager if the first work order comprises target property profile consultation information, and adding the second account to the session group, so that the project manager can reply the target property information to the broker according to the first session message;
the second session establishing unit is used for sending the first work order to a third account corresponding to the operator and adding the third account to the session group if the first work order comprises target house property transaction consultation information, so that the operator can reply to the broker for the target house property transaction according to the first session message;
and the group returning unit is used for deleting the second account and/or the third account from the session group if a new session message is not received from the session group within a preset time.
9. A computing device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction which causes the processor to execute the steps of the instant messaging method in the real estate transaction process according to any one of the claims 1-7.
10. A computer storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction for causing a processor to perform the steps of the instant messaging method in a real estate transaction process according to any of claims 1-7.
