Terminal 812 may also include image acquisition means (not shown), such as a camera, for acquiring images of the user; a voice capturing device (not shown), such as a microphone, may also be included for capturing the user's voice.
Bus 818 represents one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory device bus or memory device controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, and not limitation, such architectures include industry standard architecture (Industry Subversive Alliance, ISA) bus, micro channel architecture (Micro Channel Architecture, MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video electronics standards association (Video Electronics Standards Association, VESA) local bus, and peripheral component interconnect (Peripheral Component Interconnect, PCI) bus.
Terminal 812 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media can be any available media that is accessible by terminal 812 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The storage 824 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) 830 and/or cache memory 832. The terminal 812 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 834 may be used to read from or write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 6, commonly referred to as a "hard disk drive"). Although not shown in fig. 6, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk"), and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable nonvolatile optical disk such as a Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), digital versatile disk (Digital Video Disc-Read Only Memory, DVD-ROM), or other optical media, may be provided. In such cases, each drive may be coupled to bus 818 through one or more data medium interfaces. The storage 824 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of the embodiments of the present invention.
A program/utility 840 having a set (at least one) of program modules 842 may be stored, for example, in storage 824, such program modules 842 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 842 generally perform the functions and/or methods in the embodiments described herein.
The terminal 812 may also communicate with one or more external devices 814 (e.g., keyboard, pointing terminal, display 824, etc.), with one or more terminals that enable a user to interact with the terminal 812, and/or with any terminals (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the terminal 812 to communicate with one or more other computing terminals. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 822. Also, terminal 812 can communicate with one or more networks such as a local area network (Local Area Network, LAN), a wide area network (Wide Area Network, WAN), and/or a public network such as the internet via network adapter 820. As shown in fig. 6, the network adapter 820 communicates with other modules of the terminal 812 over the bus 818. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with terminal 812, including, but not limited to: microcode, end drives, redundant processors, external disk drive arrays, disk array (Redundant Arrays of Independent Disks, RAID) systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
Processor 816 executes programs stored in storage 824 to perform various functional applications and data processing, such as implementing the intelligent government affair processing method provided by any of the embodiments of the present invention, which may include:
according to the voice interaction information of the user, determining target government affair information to be consulted or reserved by the user;
according to the target government affair information, consulting or reserving treatment is carried out;
and broadcasting the processing result to the user through voice.
Example six
The sixth embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, where the program when executed by a processor implements the intelligent government affair processing method according to any embodiment of the present invention, the method may include:
according to the voice interaction information of the user, determining target government affair information to be consulted or reserved by the user;
according to the target government affair information, consulting or reserving treatment is carried out;
and broadcasting the processing result to the user through voice.
The computer storage media of embodiments of the invention may take the form of any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C ++ and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or terminal. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, while the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be embodied in many other equivalent forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is set forth in the following claims.

Claims (11)

1. An intelligent government affair processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
according to the voice interaction information of the user, determining target government affair information to be consulted or reserved by the user;
according to the target government affair information, consulting or reserving treatment is carried out;
broadcasting a processing result to a user through voice;
the determining the target government affair information to be consulted by the user according to the voice interaction information of the user comprises the following steps:
generating slot inquiry information according to the slots of the target government matters; the slot comprises a transaction type, time, place, responsible department, policy applicable object and policy applicable area related to the target government transaction;
and determining target government affair information to be consulted by the user according to the slot inquiry information and the feedback voice information of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein performing a consultation process based on the target government matter information comprises:
determining government problems to be consulted by the user according to the target government matters information;
and determining an answer to the government affair question.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the government problem to be consulted by the user based on the target government matter information comprises:
determining item name information and item attribute information in the government problems to be consulted by the user according to the target government item information;
wherein the item attribute information includes at least one of the following information: process flow, required materials and mode of handling.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining an answer to the government question comprises:
determining answers to the government affair questions through a preset government affair party interface;
the government affairs side interface comprises at least one of a banking institution interface, an accumulation institution interface, a building commission institution interface, an education institution interface, a public security institution interface and a tax institution interface.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein performing reservation processing based on the target government matter information comprises:
determining user identity information;
selecting a target government network point for the user from the candidate government network points;
and sending a user reservation request to the target government affair network point according to the user identity information and the target government affair information, wherein the user reservation request is used for indicating the target government affair network point to reserve the target government affair for the user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein selecting a destination government point for the user from the candidate government points comprises:
selecting a target government network point for the user from the candidate government network points according to the target government network point information input by the user through voice; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and selecting a target government network point for the user from the candidate government network points according to the position information and/or queuing information of the candidate government network points and the user position information.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, after selecting a destination government point for the user from the candidate government points based on the location information and/or queuing information of the candidate government point and the user location information:
and determining the distance information of the target government network point according to the position information of the target government network point and the user position information.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after selecting the destination government point for the user from the candidate government points:
and acquiring the handling flow and/or the required materials of the target government matters.
9. An intelligent government affair processing device, which is characterized by comprising:
the item information determining module is used for determining target government item information to be consulted or reserved by the user according to the voice interaction information of the user;
the consultation or reservation processing module is used for carrying out consultation or reservation processing according to the target government affair information;
the result broadcasting module is used for broadcasting the processing result to the user through voice;
wherein the item information determining module includes:
the slot inquiry information generation unit is used for generating slot inquiry information according to the slots of the target government matters; the slot comprises a transaction type, time, place, responsible department, policy applicable object and policy applicable area related to the target government transaction;
and the item information determining unit is used for determining target government affair item information to be consulted by the user according to the slot inquiry information and the feedback voice information of the user.
10. A terminal, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs,
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the intelligent government affair processing method as set forth in any one of claims 1-8.
11. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the smart government affair processing method according to any of claims 1-8.
