The case is the meaning of the scene, also called the sales case, and refers to the scene of the building selling place. For example, case sales, commonly known as building salesmen, is a mr building sales or a miss building sales at a building sales location of a newly-built commercial building, and case security, which is generally security personnel recruited by property companies or building boards, is specially responsible for security work in a cell or a property jurisdiction. The business consultant is a comprehensive talent which guides users to buy through the on-site service at the building sales places, promotes the sales of the building and provides the specialized and consultant-type service for investment and business placement for the users. There are generally two kinds of business consultants, one is the business consultant of the development enterprise sales department, and the other is the business consultant of the professional consultant company introduced by the development enterprise.
In the real estate sales industry, after a user arrives at a case, the user can be assigned to a placement consultant to lead and accompany the user to see a house, but the user needs to sign in first to grade personal information, a common sign-in mode comprises scanning electronic two-dimensional code sign-in, and the two-dimensional code provided by the case can be only provided for one user to scan at a time, so that when the number of persons in the case is too many, the sign-in speed is low under the scene of one person with one code sign-in, the queuing time of the user is too long, the house-viewing experience of the user is imaged, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, in the process of electronic sign-in by a user through code scanning, a case displays a dynamically updated two-dimensional code through a display device such as a fixed tablet, a computer, an LED screen, etc., when a plurality of users scan codes and sign-in at the same time, for example, four users respectively scan the same sign-in two-dimensional code by using the user device 1, the user device 2, the user device 3, and the user device 4, at this time, the application server generates a sign-in record of each user, and simultaneously sends the sign-in record to a service advisor terminal, so that the service advisor can also view the sign-in record of the signed-in user.
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide an electronic check-in method, which is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an electronic check-in method provided in an embodiment of the present application, applied to an application server, and as shown in the drawing, the method includes:
s301, an application server receives a check-in message sent by a plurality of user equipment, wherein the check-in message is sent after the user equipment scans the same two-dimensional code displayed by a scenario terminal set in a preset scene, and the scenario terminal is used for displaying a dynamically updated two-dimensional code.
After a user scans a two-dimensional code for electronic check-in through user equipment, the user equipment interface jumps to a check-in interface, when the user clicks the check-in interface to confirm the check-in, the user equipment sends a check-in confirmation message to an application server, the application server generates a check-in record of the user associated with the user equipment after receiving the check-in confirmation message, and the check-in record can be used for authorizing the application server to acquire preset information of the user and historical house-watching records.
The preset scene may be in a case, or may be in a place with a worker, if the user is in the case, the two-dimensional code displayed by the case terminal needs to be scanned for signing in, and if the user is not in the case, the two-dimensional code displayed by the worker can be scanned for signing in, so that the case terminal may be a display device which is arranged in the case and used for displaying the two-dimensional code, or may be a display device which is arranged on the worker and has a function of displaying the two-dimensional code for signing in. The two-dimensional code displayed by the scenario terminal is dynamically updated, namely, the two-dimensional code is updated every certain time, for example, every 2 seconds, and the two-dimensional code is also updated to be a new two-dimensional code after the code scanning by the user is detected.
S302, the application server generates a check-in record of a user associated with each user device in the plurality of user devices, wherein the check-in record comprises check-in time information and device identification information.
The application server generates a check-in record of a user associated with each user equipment after receiving a check-in confirmation message of each user equipment, wherein the check-in record comprises check-in time information and equipment identification information, the check-in time information is used for recording the check-in time of the user, so that the sequence of allocating a professional consultant to the user can be determined according to the check-in time of the user, and the equipment identification information is used for marking different check-in users.
S303, the application server determines the corresponding business consultant of the user associated with each user equipment according to the check-in record.
Since the check-in record comprises the check-in time information and the equipment identification information of each user equipment, the employment consultant adapted to each user can be determined according to the check-in time information and/or the equipment identification information of the user, so that the user can start to look at the house in the field under the take of the employment consultant.
In this possible example, the determining, according to the check-in record, a presence advisor corresponding to a user associated with each user equipment includes: obtaining historical house-watching records of the users associated with each user equipment according to the check-in records; determining a first user bound with a job placement advisor in the users associated with each user equipment according to the historical house-viewing record; determining a first employment advisor to which the first user is bound.
The method comprises the steps that a user needing to see a house can be the first time of seeing the house or the first time of seeing the house, a business placement advisor can be bound to the user who sees the house for many times, the bound business placement advisor is satisfied by the user, at the moment, historical house seeing records of users related to each user device can be obtained according to check-in records, one house seeing record can be generated after the user checks in the house each time, the house seeing records are associated with device identification information and stored in a database, historical house seeing records of the users related to each user device are obtained according to the check-in records, the historical house seeing records are analyzed, a first user who is bound with the business placement advisor in the users related to each user device is determined, the first business placement advisor bound by the first advisor is determined, and the first business placement advisor can be distributed to the first user. If the user is not satisfied with the live advisor bound with the house watching, the user can apply to release the binding relationship with the live advisor after the house watching is finished.
In this example, the historical house-viewing record of the user may be obtained according to the check-in record of the user associated with each user device, and the first user bound with the employment advisor may be determined according to the historical house-viewing record, so that the employment advisor corresponding to the first user is a bound employment advisor, and a familiar employment advisor is preferentially allocated to the first user.
In this possible example, the determining, according to the check-in record, a presence advisor corresponding to a user associated with each user equipment includes: obtaining historical house-watching records of the users associated with each user equipment according to the check-in records; determining a second user not bound with a job consultant in the users associated with each user equipment according to the historical house-viewing record; executing the following operations according to the check-in record of the second user: acquiring preset information of the second user according to the check-in record of the second user, wherein the preset information comprises personal information and house type demand information of the user; and configuring a second employment consultant for the second user according to the preset information, and establishing a binding relationship between the second user and the second employment consultant.
In a possible case, the user may be a first-time room-viewing user, and for the first-time room-viewing user, a non-binding business consultant needs to adapt a business consultant capable of meeting the room-viewing requirement of the user for the user, and establish a binding relationship between the user and the business consultant. The method comprises the steps of obtaining historical house-watching records of users associated with each user device according to the sign-in records of the users, determining a second user not bound with a business replacement advisor in the users associated with each user device according to the historical house-watching records, and obtaining preset information of the second user according to the sign-in records of the second user aiming at the second user, wherein the preset information comprises personal information and house type requirement information of the user, so that a second business replacement advisor can be configured for the second user according to the preset information of the second user, and the binding relationship between the second user and the second business replacement advisor is established.
The preset information may include information such as occupation, age, number of house holders, and favorite house type of the user, and the user may input the information when checking in. When the second employment advisor is configured for the second user according to the preset information, for example, when a scene that multiple people watch rooms is detected, the multiple people watch the rooms can indicate that the room purchasing will of the user is stronger, so that the employment advisors with stronger service capability and high processing efficiency can be allocated for the user, and when the user is detected to be an old person, the employment advisors with older age can be correspondingly allocated for the user, which is beneficial to quickly establishing trust with the user, and has higher communication efficiency.
As can be seen, in this example, for the case that the user watches the house for the first time, after the presence advisor that the user is not bound to is determined according to the history house watching record of the user, the preset information of the user is obtained from the check-in record of the user, so that the suitable presence advisor can be adapted to the user according to the preset information of the user, which is beneficial to matching the presence advisor that can meet the house watching requirement of the user for the user, and the house watching experience of the user is improved.
In this possible example, the determining, according to the check-in record, a presence advisor corresponding to a user associated with each user equipment includes: obtaining historical house-watching records of the users associated with each user equipment according to the check-in records; determining a second user not bound with a job consultant in the users associated with each user equipment according to the historical house-viewing record; when a pairing request aiming at the second user and sent by a third live advisor terminal is received, sending a binding request to second user equipment, wherein the binding request carries information of a third live advisor; and when receiving a binding confirmation message sent by the second user equipment, establishing a binding relationship between the second user and the third live advisor.
After determining a second user who is not bound with a job placement advisor in users associated with each user equipment according to a history room viewing record of the users associated with each user equipment, if a pairing request for the second user sent by a third job placement advisor terminal is received, the application server sends a binding request to the second user equipment, wherein the binding request carries information of the third job placement advisor, and if a binding confirmation message sent by the second user equipment is received, a binding relationship between the second user and the third job placement advisor can be established.
As can be seen, in this example, for a user not bound with a presence advisor, if the presence advisor actively selects the user, the application server receives a pairing request from a third presence advisor terminal and sends a binding request to the second user equipment, so that after receiving a binding confirmation message sent by the second user equipment, a binding relationship between the second user and the third presence advisor can be established.
In this possible example, the obtaining, according to the check-in record, a historical room-viewing record of the user associated with each user equipment includes: determining a check-in sequence of each user equipment according to the check-in time information of each user equipment; and according to the check-in sequence of each user equipment, sequentially searching the historical house-watching records of the user associated with each user equipment from a database by taking the equipment identification information as a search identification.
When the historical house-watching records of the users associated with each user device are obtained, the check-in sequence of each user device is determined according to the check-in time information of each user device, and then the historical house-watching records of the users associated with each user device are searched from the database by taking the device identification information as the search identification according to the check-in sequence of each user device.
It can be seen that in this example, the time of check-in determines the order in which the employment advisors are preferentially allocated to the users associated with each user device, and thus users who have facilitated electronic check-in first can be preferentially allocated to the employment advisors for a visit to the house, thereby advantageously encouraging users to actively check-in.
S304, the application server sends the information of the employment consultant to each user equipment, and sends a room-viewing task message to the terminal of the employment consultant.
After the business consultant matched with each user is determined, the information of the business consultant is sent to the user equipment corresponding to each user, and the room-watching task message is sent to the terminal room of the business consultant, so that the two parties can know the mutual identity and quickly finish the room-watching affair.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, an interaction flow diagram of an electronic check-in method provided for the embodiment of the present application includes interactions between an application server, a user equipment, and a live advisor terminal. Taking any one of a plurality of user equipment as an example, after the user equipment scans a code and signs in, the page jumps to a sign-in page, when the user clicks the check-in confirmation in S401, the user equipment sends a check-in confirmation message to the application server in S402, after the application server receives the check-in confirmation message, the application server in S403 generates a sign-in record of the user associated with the user equipment, then S404 determines a professional consultant corresponding to the user associated with the user equipment according to the sign-in time information and the equipment identification information in the sign-in record, then S405 sends the consultant configuration information to the user equipment, and S406 sends the room-watching task information to the professional consultant terminal.
It can be seen that, in this example, the user equipment first receives a check-in message sent by a plurality of user equipments, where the check-in message is sent after the plurality of user equipments scan the same two-dimensional code displayed by a scenario terminal set in a preset scene, the scenario terminal is used to display a dynamically updated two-dimensional code, then generates a check-in record of a user associated with each user equipment in the plurality of user equipments, where the check-in record includes check-in time information and equipment identification information, then determines a service advisor corresponding to the user associated with each user equipment according to the check-in record, and finally sends the service advisor information to each user equipment and sends a room-watching task message to a terminal of the service advisor. Because a plurality of users can use the user equipment to scan the codes at the same time and sign in, and the sign-in record can be generated after sign in, the users can be distributed to the employment consultant after sign in, and the employment consultant takes the house for watching, thereby being beneficial to improving the sign-in experience and the house-watching efficiency of the users.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another electronic check-in method according to an embodiment of the present application, applied to a live advisor terminal, and the method includes:
s501, when the business consultant terminal detects the selection operation of the virtual function key of the visiting record in the application interface, the business consultant terminal sends a user data acquisition request to an application server.
After the house-watching application is started on the house-watching consultant terminal, the house-watching consultant can click the virtual function key of the visit record of the application interface, so that all check-in users and personal information of the check-in users can be checked. When the selection operation of the virtual function key for the visiting record is detected, the employment advisor terminal sends a user data request to the application server, so that user data is obtained.
S502, the business consultant terminal receives the user data returned by the application server, wherein the user data comprises first user data for confirming that the business consultant is allocated in the sign-in user and second user data which is not allocated with the business consultant.
After receiving the user data fed back by the application server, the user data comprises first user data of the users who are confirmed to check in and allocated with the employment consultant and second user data of the users who are not allocated with the employment consultant, and the employment consultant can select a target user from the second user data of the users who are not bound with the employment consultant.
S503, the employment advisor terminal displays the first sign-in user assigned with the employment advisor and the second sign-in user not assigned with the employment advisor in the application interface.
Wherein, on the application interface of the live advisor terminal, the first sign-in user assigned with the live advisor and the second user not assigned with the live advisor terminal are displayed for the live advisor to select, the live advisor can check the sign-in information of each user and determine the target user to be selected.
In this possible example, the method further comprises: when user information acquisition operation of a second check-in user who is not allocated with a live advisor is detected, displaying preset information of the second check-in user; and when a selection operation for the second check-in user is detected, sending a pairing request for the second check-in user to the application server.
The business counselor can obtain preset information of a second sign-in user on the application interface, wherein the preset information comprises occupation information, age information, current house number information, favorite house type information and the like of the second sign-in user, so that the business counselor can select a user suitable for the business counselor from the second sign-in user and implement selection operation, and when the business counselor terminal detects the selection operation for the second sign-in user, the business counselor terminal can send a pairing request for the second sign-in user to the server.
In this example, the live advisor terminal may view all checked-in users on the application interface, and select users from the second checked-in users to bind, wherein the checked-in users are assigned with live advisors as the first checked-in users, and the checked-in users are not assigned with live advisors as the second checked-in users.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, an interactive flow diagram of another electronic check-in method provided for the embodiment of the present application includes interaction between the working consultant terminal, the application server and a second check-in user device, when the working consultant terminal detects a selection operation for a virtual function button of a visiting record at S601, the working consultant terminal sends a user data acquisition request to the application server at S602, then the application server receives user data returned by the application server at S603, so that the working consultant terminal displays a first check-in user and a second check-in user on the application interface at S604, wherein the first check-in user is a check-in user to which a working consultant has been assigned, the second check-in user is a check-in user to which a working consultant has not been assigned, and when the working consultant terminal detects that the second check-in user is selected at S605, the working consultant terminal sends a pairing request for the second check-in user to the application server at S606, s607, after receiving the pairing request, the application server sends a binding request to the second sign-in user equipment, wherein the binding request carries the information of the live advisor, after the application server receives a binding confirmation message sent by the second sign-in user terminal, S609 establishes the binding relationship between the second sign-in user and the live advisor terminal, and finally S610 sends a room-watching task message to the live advisor terminal, and after the live advisor terminal receives the room-watching task message, the live advisor can take the second sign-in user to watch the room.
In this example, the presence advisor terminal first detects a selection operation on the visit record virtual function key in the application interface, sends a user data acquisition request to the application server, receives user data returned by the application server, where the user data includes first user data for confirming that a presence advisor is allocated in the sign-in users and second user data for confirming that a presence advisor is not allocated, and finally displays the first sign-in user for which a presence advisor is allocated and the second sign-in user for which a presence advisor is not allocated in the application interface. The employment consultant can check the check-in records of all users on the room-viewing application interface, and check the first check-in user allocated with the employment consultant and the second check-in user not allocated with the employment consultant, so that the employment consultant can select to wait for passively allocating users and select to actively select users with clients to view rooms, thereby being beneficial to relieving the pressure of an application server and improving the working efficiency of the employment consultant.
