In practical application, in the process that a target user views a social group through a business review page, as most of queues corresponding to the social group are ordered according to the initials of names, useful information cannot be intuitively fed back to the target user when the target user views the queues, if the target user needs to view review records participated by each social user, the target user needs to click or view the queues one by one, and as the review records participated by different social users are inconsistent, the queues corresponding to the social group are more disordered and the experience effect of the target user is further reduced.
According to the information processing method, in order to complete feedback of the audit information under the condition that the target user is free to reply to the audit information, the audit information can be completed by inviting other social users, and in order to meet the requirement that the probability of the invited social users completing the feedback of the audit information is high enough, an audit queue can be generated according to the social users having an association relationship with the target user, so that the target user can conveniently select any one or more social users from the audit queue to assist in the feedback of the audit information, and the target user can conveniently check the audit information while the completion rate of the audit information is improved.

In this embodiment, the target user specifically refers to a supervisor who distributes audit information, the supervision area specifically refers to an area under the jurisdiction of the supervisor, and the target audit party specifically refers to a store and the like that need to be audited in the jurisdiction of the supervisor.

1. An information processing method comprising:
receiving a social group viewing instruction submitted by a target user through a business audit page;
determining a social user set formed by social users having an association relation with the target user according to the target user identification carried in the social group viewing instruction;
reading historical audit information of each social user in the social user set, and determining audit identification information of each social user in the social user set according to the historical audit information, wherein the historical audit information represents a record of the social user for auditing a to-be-audited party;
and sequencing each social user in the social user set based on the audit identification information, generating an audit queue according to a sequencing result and sending the audit queue to the target user.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of generating an audit queue according to the sorting result and sending the audit queue to the target user is executed:
receiving a task getting instruction submitted by the target user through the service auditing page;
sending auditing information corresponding to the task getting instruction to the target user;
and under the condition that response information returned by the target user aiming at the audit information is received, determining the audit result of the audit task corresponding to the audit information according to the response information.
3. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving the social group viewing instruction submitted by the target user through the business audit page, the method further comprises:
acquiring an audit task for auditing a target auditor, wherein the audit task comprises a preset service range of the target auditor;
and creating audit information according to the preset service range, and sending the audit information to the target user.
4. The information processing method according to claim 3, further comprising, after the step of generating an audit queue according to the sorting result and sending the audit queue to the target user is executed:
receiving a click instruction submitted by the target user aiming at the audit queue;
determining a target social user selected by the target user in the auditing queue according to the clicking instruction;
and forwarding the audit information to the target social user, and sending audit reminding information to the target social user.
5. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving the social group viewing instruction submitted by the target user through the business audit page, the method further comprises:
acquiring a supervision area of the target user, and forming an auditor set according to a target auditor contained in the supervision area;
creating an audit task for auditing each target auditor in the auditor set, wherein the audit task comprises a preset service range corresponding to each target auditor in the auditor set;
and creating auditing information corresponding to each target auditing party in the auditing party set according to the preset service range, and sending the auditing information to the target user.
6. The information processing method of claim 5, wherein the determining a set of social users comprising social users having an association with the target user comprises:
reading historical distribution information of the target user according to the target user identification;
and analyzing the historical distribution information to obtain social users having distribution relations with the target user, and forming the social user set according to the social users.
7. The information processing method according to claim 6, further comprising, after the step of generating an audit queue according to the sorting result and sending the audit queue to the target user is executed:
receiving a click instruction submitted by the target user aiming at the audit queue;
and sending target auditing information contained in the click command to a target social user selected by the click command.
8. The information processing method of claim 1, wherein the determining a set of social users comprising social users having an association with the target user comprises:
reading a social user identification having an association relation with the target user identification;
determining the social users according to the social user identifications, and forming the social user set according to the social users;
wherein the association comprises at least one of: friend incidence relation, transaction incidence relation and position incidence relation.
9. The information processing method of claim 1, wherein the determining audit identification information for each social user in the set of social users from the historical audit information comprises:
analyzing the historical auditing information to obtain auditing completion information and resource allocation information of each social user in the social user set;
and generating the auditing identification information of each social user in the social user set based on the auditing completion information and the resource allocation information.
10. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the ranking the social users in the social user set based on the audit identification information, generating an audit queue according to a ranking result, and sending the audit queue to the target user includes:
sequencing all social users in the social user set based on the audit identification information to obtain a social user queue;
adding an audit identifier to the social users in the social user queue according to the audit identifier information to obtain the audit queue;
and sending the audit queue to the target user.
11. The information processing method of claim 10, wherein sending the audit queue to the target user comprises:
selecting a sub-audit queue corresponding to the social group viewing instruction from the audit queues;
and sending the sub-audit queue to the target user.
12. The information processing method according to claim 4, further comprising:
receiving response information returned by the target social user aiming at the auditing information;
determining an initial service range of the target auditing party according to the response information, and creating secondary auditing information based on the initial service range;
sending the secondary audit information to the target social user, and receiving secondary response information returned by the target social user aiming at the secondary audit information;
determining the actual service range of the target auditor according to the secondary response information;
and comparing the actual service range with the preset service range, and determining the auditing result of the auditing task according to the comparison result.
13. An information processing apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is configured to receive a social group viewing instruction submitted by a target user through a business auditing page;
the determining module is configured to determine a social user set formed by social users having an association relation with the target user according to the target user identification carried in the social group viewing instruction;
the reading module is configured to read historical audit information of each social user in the social user set, and determine audit identification information of each social user in the social user set according to the historical audit information, wherein the historical audit information represents records of the social user for auditing a to-be-audited party;
and the sequencing module is configured to sequence each social user in the social user set based on the audit identification information, generate an audit queue according to a sequencing result and send the audit queue to the target user.
14. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is configured to store computer-executable instructions, and the processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to implement the method of:
receiving a social group viewing instruction submitted by a target user through a business audit page;
determining a social user set formed by social users having an association relation with the target user according to the target user identification carried in the social group viewing instruction;
reading historical audit information of each social user in the social user set, and determining audit identification information of each social user in the social user set according to the historical audit information, wherein the historical audit information represents a record of the social user for auditing a to-be-audited party;
and sequencing each social user in the social user set based on the audit identification information, generating an audit queue according to a sequencing result and sending the audit queue to the target user.
15. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
