In the present specification, a task auditing method is provided, and the present specification relates to a task auditing apparatus, a computing device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which are described in detail in the following embodiments one by one.
In practical application, when the verification is performed on a merchant or a shop, evidence needs to be collected in a manner of allocating a professional, and then the collected evidence is verified to determine whether the business range of the merchant or the shop meets the regulations, so that the rights and interests of consumers are ensured.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a task auditing method according to an embodiment of the present specification, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S102: and acquiring an audit task for auditing the service range of a to-be-audited party, wherein the audit task comprises the position information of the to-be-audited party and a preset service range.
The task auditing method provided by the application aims to improve the efficiency of auditing the service range of a party to be audited and reduce time consumption while saving manpower and material resources, establishes a task allocation area according to position information contained in an auditing task after the auditing task for auditing the service range of the party to be audited is acquired, determines a target user in the task allocation area, then establishes auditing information based on the preset service range and the position information in the auditing task and sends the auditing information to the target user, finally determines the auditing result of the auditing task according to response information returned by the target user aiming at the auditing information, realizes that the target user is selected according to the task allocation area of the party to be audited, realizes evidence collection of the service range of the party to be audited by distributing the auditing information to the target user, and accordingly obtains the auditing result of auditing the task of the party to be audited, the target user is selected to assist in auditing the service range in a position positioning mode, so that manpower and material resources can be saved, auditing information can be distributed for nearby users, the accuracy of response information can be effectively guaranteed, and the fairness of auditing the service range of an auditor to be audited is further improved.
In specific implementation, the party to be audited specifically refers to a store that needs to perform business range auditing, the business range specifically refers to a business service range or a business range of the party to be audited, the auditing task specifically refers to a task issued by a monitor of the party to be audited and performed with respect to the business range, the location information specifically refers to geographic location information of the party to be audited, and the preset business range specifically refers to a registration business range specified by the party to be audited during registration.
Based on this, in order to improve profit, part of the to-be-audited parties not only sell and operate the articles or services within the self-service range, but also sell and operate some articles or services which do not belong to the self-sales operation range, so as to earn more profit, however, the behavior seriously violates the relevant regulations, which not only causes the non-standardization of the market, but also cannot provide good guarantee for the consumer, and in order to avoid the problem, the to-be-audited parties are audited within the service range regularly, so that the phenomenon is reduced.
For example, the party to be audited is a restaurant, and correspondingly, the position information specifically refers to the geographic position of the restaurant { city B street number 100 }, and the preset business range specifically refers to the registered business range of the restaurant { food and drink }; on the basis, under the condition that a supervisor needs to audit the business range of the catering shop, an audit task for auditing the business range of the catering shop by the supervisor is obtained, the audit task is to audit whether the business range of the catering shop exceeds the registered business range, and then a target user is selected according to the audit task to perform evidence feedback, so that the business range of the catering shop is audited.
In practical application, after the party to be checked is registered through a compliance procedure, the registered address of the party to be checked is the location information, and the registered operation range is the preset service range.
And step S104, creating a task allocation area corresponding to the to-be-audited party according to the position information, and determining a target user in the task allocation area.
Specifically, on the basis of obtaining the audit task of the to-be-audited party, further, a task allocation area corresponding to the to-be-audited party is created according to the position information in the audit task, where the task allocation area is a geographic area that is constructed by taking the position information of the to-be-audited party as a center and taking a preset distance as a radius, so that a target user can be determined in the task allocation area to implement subsequent auditing of a service range of the to-be-audited party in a manner that is assisted by the target user, where the target user is a user screened for the audit task of the to-be-audited party, and a current position of the target user is in the task allocation area, so that the screened target user is closer to the position of the to-be-audited party, and related evidence of the to-be-audited party is more conveniently collected, thereby improving auditing efficiency.
Further, in the process of creating the task allocation area corresponding to the to-be-audited party according to the location of the to-be-audited party, since description manners frequently used by users at different geographic locations are not uniform, for example, the door 32 of the yard 102 in the city a and the door 32 of the street B in the city a are the same address, but the door 32 of the street B in the city a is often used as a receiving address or a delivery address in daily life of the user, if the door 32 of the yard 102 in the city a is provided for the user, the user may not be able to determine the location, and the user may need to further position before being able to determine the location, which greatly affects the experience effect of the user.
In addition, since the party to be audited may have a moving situation, and the moving does not update the location information in time, if the target user is screened for the location before moving to collect the evidence, the target user may not find the party to be audited, so as to improve the convenience of the user and accurately determine the task allocation area, in this embodiment, the task allocation area may be created in the following manner:
determining first sub-position information and second sub-position information of the party to be audited according to the position information;
obtaining third sub-position information by standardizing the second sub-position information;
judging whether the contact ratio of the first sub-position information and the third sub-position information is greater than a preset contact ratio threshold value or not;
and if so, creating the task allocation area corresponding to the to-be-audited party according to the third sub-position information.
If not, determining a first utilization rate of the first sub-position information, and calculating an average value of the utilization rate of the second sub-position information and the utilization rate of the third sub-position information to obtain a second utilization rate; and comparing the first utilization rate with the second utilization rate, and selecting the sub-position information corresponding to the target utilization rate according to the comparison result to create the task allocation area corresponding to the party to be audited.
Specifically, the first sub-location information specifically refers to registered location information of the party to be audited, and the second sub-location information specifically refers to actual common location information of the party to be audited; based on the above, after the first sub-position information and the second sub-position information of the to-be-audited party are determined according to the position information, the registered position and the actual common position of the auditor are determined, and due to the fact that the position information used in daily life is not standardized enough, the second sub-position information is standardized, and the third sub-position information is obtained.
At this time, whether the contact ratio of the first sub-position information and the third sub-position information is greater than a preset contact ratio threshold value or not is judged, if yes, the probability that the third sub-position information and the first sub-position information express the same position is higher, and then the task allocation area of the party to be audited is created according to the third sub-position information, so that a user can more conveniently understand the geographical position expressed by the third sub-position information;
if not, it is indicated that the lower the probability that the third sub-location information and the first sub-location information express the same location is, the first sub-location information and the third sub-location information may not be the same geographic location, at this time, in order to accurately determine the actual geographic location of the party to be audited so as to accurately create the task allocation area for the party to be audited, a second usage rate may be obtained by analyzing a first usage rate of the first sub-location information and calculating an average value of usage rates of the second sub-location information and the third sub-location information, and then the task allocation area corresponding to the party to be audited is created by comparing the first usage rate and the second usage rate and selecting the sub-location information corresponding to the target usage rate according to the comparison result; the usage rate specifically refers to the probability of the location information being used, the higher the usage rate is, the higher the probability of the location having the party to be audited is, and conversely, the lower the usage rate is, the lower the probability of the location having the party to be audited is.
For example, the position information of the dining shop includes registered position information { yard 100 door of city 1 of a city } and frequently used position information { street of city B of a city, street 100 door of city B of a city }, then the position information { street of city B of a city, street 100 door of city B of a city } is standardized, standard position information { street 100 door of city B of a city } is obtained, and at this time, whether the coincidence degree of the registered position information and the frequently used position information is greater than a preset coincidence degree threshold value is calculated;
if yes, the registered position information { number 100 door of city 1 yard } and the frequently used position information { number 100 door of street of city B } are the same position, and then a task allocation area of the catering shop is established based on the frequently used position information { number 100 door of street of city B, so that the task allocation area can be used for subsequently screening out target users in the area to assist in auditing the operation range;
if not, the registered position information { A city number 1 house number 100 door } and the frequently-used position information { A city number B street number 100 door } are not the same position, the first utilization rate of the registered position information { A city number 1 house number 100 door } is determined to be 23%, the utilization rate of the frequently-used position information { A city B street number 100 door } is 45%, the utilization rate of the standard position information { A city B street number 100 door } is 32%, the second utilization rate is determined to be 38.5% through calculation, the second utilization rate is determined to be 38.5% through comparison to be larger than the first utilization rate by 23%, the standard position information { A city B street number 100 door } is selected as the target position to create a task distribution area of a to-be-checked party, and the task distribution area is used for screening target users in the area to assist in checking the operation range subsequently.
In addition, when the first usage rate is greater than the second usage rate, it is sufficient that the task allocation area is created based on the first sub-location information, which indicates that the first sub-location information is the location of the to-be-audited party; on the other hand, when the second usage rate is greater than the first usage rate, it indicates that the party to be checked may move during the operation process, and at this time, the moved location information (third sub-location information) may be used as the target location information of the party to be checked to create the task allocation area.
In summary, in the process of creating the task allocation region for the to-be-audited party, in order to create the task allocation region with the actual position of the to-be-audited party, the task allocation region is determined by calculating the coincidence degree of the sub-position information, and in order to avoid the situation that the address of the to-be-audited party is changed, the task allocation region is created according to the usage rate of the sub-position information, so that the position of the to-be-audited party is accurately positioned, and the evidence collection efficiency of the subsequently screened target user on the to-be-audited party is further improved.
Furthermore, after the task allocation region corresponding to the party to be audited is determined, a target user needs to be screened out from the task allocation region, so that the evidence of the party to be audited can be collected in a follow-up manner, and the business range of the party to be audited can be audited, in the process, because more users are located in the task allocation region and users who are interested in assisting need to be further screened, the target user can be determined according to a preset screening rule, and in the embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
(1) and reading a user position database, and selecting user position information in the task allocation area to form a position set according to a reading result.
Specifically, after the task allocation area is determined, at this time, users located in the task allocation area at the current time need to be screened out from the task allocation area, and then target users are screened out from the users to implement review of a subsequent assistance service range.
Based on this, the user location database specifically refers to a database that records real-time location update of a user, and it should be noted that the location information recorded in the user location database specifically refers to location information of a user who installs an application program issued by a supervisor at a user terminal, and the location information of the user will be updated in the user location database in real time according to an identifier of the user under the condition that the user authorizes the application program to perform location real-time acquisition.
At this time, by reading the user position database, the user position information in the task allocation area at the current moment can be selected to form a position set according to the reading result.
(2) And determining a user identifier which has an incidence relation with the user position information in the position set, and determining a user set formed by the users to be determined based on the user identifier.
After the position set is formed, user identifiers having an association relationship with position information of each user in the position set are determined, wherein the user identifiers are unique identifiers of the users, at this time, the users to be determined can be determined according to the user identifiers, the users to be determined are users which are preliminarily screened and located in the task allocation area, the positions of the part of users close to the positions of the parties to be audited, evidence collection of a service range of the parties to be audited can be achieved by inviting the part of users, and the user set is formed based on the users to be determined and used for determining the target users.
(3) And screening the user set according to a preset screening rule, and taking the screened user to be determined as the target user.
Specifically, after the user set is determined, because the users in the user set do not all agree to assist in collecting the evidence and avoid disturbing the user who is busy, the user set can be screened through a preset screening rule, so that a target user is screened to realize a subsequent task auditing process, wherein the target user specifically refers to the user agreeing to assist in collecting the evidence for the auditing task.
Further, in the process of screening the target users, in order to avoid disturbing the users, the target users are screened in a user activity manner, and in this embodiment, a specific implementation manner is as follows:
reading a user information database according to the user identification of each user to be determined in the user set to obtain the user information of each user to be determined in the user set;
and determining the activity of each user to be determined in the user set based on the user information, and selecting the user to be determined with the activity greater than a preset activity threshold value as the target user.
Specifically, the user information database specifically refers to a database in which attribute information of a user to be determined exists, the attribute information of the user refers to the age, sex, occupation, activity time and the like of the user, the activity specifically refers to the degree that the user to be determined has free time, the more the free time is, the higher the activity is, and otherwise, the less the free time is, the lower the activity is.
Based on this, after the user information database is read, the user information of each user to be determined in the user set is obtained, and then the activity of the user to be determined in the user set is determined based on the user information, so that the user to be determined with the activity greater than a preset activity threshold value is screened out as the target user, and a subsequent process of inviting the target user to assist in auditing the service range of the party to be audited is realized.
According to the above example, after a task allocation area corresponding to a catering shop is created, 100 users in the task allocation area are determined to be located in the area by reading a user position database deployed by a server, and users to be determined are determined and form a user set based on user identifications having an association relationship with the user positions of the 100 users; and then reading the user information database according to the user identification of each user to be determined, determining the user information of the age, occupation, wedding condition and the like of each user, then analyzing the user information of each user to be determined, determining the activity of each user to be determined, and finally selecting the user to be determined with the activity greater than a preset activity threshold value as a target user so as to realize the follow-up invitation of the target user to assist in auditing the service range of the catering shop. The target users are user U1, user U2 and user U3 respectively, and by analyzing the user information of user U1, user U2 and user U3, it is determined that among 100 users to be determined, the free time of user U1, user U2 and user U3 is more, and the users are more active (the free time is more, history assistance records exist and the like) relative to other 97 users, so that user U1, user U2 and user U3 are determined as the target users.
In summary, in the process of determining the target user in the task allocation region, in order to improve the success rate of invitation, screening is performed according to the activity of each user to be determined, so that the target user can be successfully invited to assist in collecting evidence, and the success rate of auditing the service range of the party to be audited is promoted.
And step S106, creating auditing information based on the preset service range and the position information, and sending the auditing information to the target user.
Specifically, on the basis of determining the target user, creating audit information according to the preset service range and the position information, and sending the audit information to the target user, where the audit information specifically refers to information for inviting the target user to audit the service range of the party to be audited, or information for inviting the target user to acquire information of an actual service range related to the party to be audited.
Further, in the process of creating the audit information, since the target user needs to be informed of the position of the party to be audited, the position of the party to be audited needs to be configured while generating the page displayed to the target user, so that the target user can accurately position the position of the party to be audited, and the collection of the business range evidence and the answer of the relevant information are realized, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining the service type of the party to be audited, and selecting a target template according to the service type;
generating a page to be displayed based on the target template and the preset service range;
and configuring the position control in the page to be displayed according to the position information, and generating a display page as the auditing information according to a configuration result.
Specifically, the service type specifically refers to a type of a scene operated by the to-be-audited party, the target template specifically refers to a template for generating a page to be displayed to the target user, and the position control specifically refers to a touch control capable of generating a position from the current position of the user to the to-be-audited party according to a click instruction of the user.
Based on the above, different service types provided by different to-be-audited parties and different related preset service ranges are different, so that different display page templates can be created according to different service types, and the audit information can be conveniently sent to the user; and after the service type of the party to be audited is determined, selecting a template matched with the service type as the target template, and then generating the page to be displayed according to the target template and the preset service range, wherein the page to be displayed specifically refers to a page to be displayed to a target user.
At this time, in order to facilitate the target user to find the position of the to-be-audited party, the position control in the to-be-exhibited page can be configured according to the position information, and finally, the exhibited page is generated according to the configuration result to serve as the audit information, so that after the audit information is sent to the target user, the target user can know the audit content of the to-be-audited party and determine the position information of the to-be-audited party, and therefore the position of the to-be-audited party can be conveniently found to acquire evidence or determine a service range.
In addition, the auditing information may also be question information for inquiring the target user, which is what the service range of the party to be audited is, so that the service range of the party to be audited is determined according to the response information of the target user, and whether the party to be audited is in compliance is analyzed.
Furthermore, in the process of sending the audit information to the target user, since different users have different information reading perceptions, in order to reach the user better, an application program commonly used by the target user may be selected to push the audit information, in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining the user identification of the target user, and reading the application program utilization rate of the target user according to the user identification;
and selecting the application program with the highest application program utilization rate as a target application program, and sending the auditing information to the target user through the target application program.
Specifically, the application usage rate specifically refers to the frequency of each application used by the target user, and based on this, after determining the application usage rate of the target user according to the user identifier of the user, the application with the highest application usage rate is selected as the target application, and the audit information is sent to the target user through the target application, so that the target user is better reached, and the success rate of inviting the target user can be promoted.
According to the use example, firstly, the service type of a dining shop is determined to be a dining type, then a target template is selected according to the dining type, a page to be displayed is generated according to the target template and a registered operation range { food and drinks }, in order to bring convenience to a user U1, the user U2 and the user U3 can find the positions of the dining shop as soon as possible, a position control in the page to be displayed is configured according to the positions of the dining shop, a display page is generated according to a configuration result, meanwhile, the application program with the highest use rate of the user U1 is determined to be S1, the application program with the highest use rate of the user U2 is determined to be S2, the application program with the highest use rate of the user U3 is S3, the display page is pushed to the user U1 through the application program S1, the display page is pushed to the user U2 through the application program S2, and the display page is pushed to the user U3; the content contained in the display page is { please help to shoot the door face of the dining store ', and the position of the dining store ' is a No. 100 door of a city A, a street B, a position navigation control ' }.
In summary, in the process of generating the audit information, in order to facilitate the target user to find the position of the party to be audited as quickly as possible, the position information of the party to be audited is configured for the position control, so that time waste caused by the target user finding the position of the party to be audited is avoided, and in the process of sending the audit information to the target user, the application program with the highest target user utilization rate is selected for pushing, so that the target user is better reached, and the efficiency of auditing the service range of the party to be audited is improved.
And step S108, determining the auditing result of the auditing task according to the response information under the condition that the response information returned by the target user aiming at the auditing information is received.
Specifically, on the basis of sending the audit information to the target user, further, when receiving a response message returned by the target user for the audit information, the target user is instructed to assist in auditing the evidence collection of the service range of the party to be audited, where the response message is the evidence information collected by the target user, and then the audit result of the audit task can be determined through the response message, where the audit result may be that the service range of the party to be audited conforms to a preset service range or that the service range of the party to be audited does not conform to the preset service range.
According to the above example, after receiving the pictures of the front faces of the dining shops uploaded by the user U1, the user U2 and the user U3, determining that the operation range of the dining shops is still { food and wine } and is not beyond the registered operation range of the dining shops through the feedback of the pictures, and determining that the auditing result of the auditing task of the service range of the dining shops is compliant according to the response information (pictures) of the user U1, the user U2 and the user U3.
Furthermore, since a certain error may exist in the service range audit of one time, in order to improve the accuracy of the service range audit of the party to be audited, the target user may be invited to perform secondary assistance audit, and in this embodiment, a specific implementation manner is as follows:
analyzing the response information to obtain an audit image and/or an audit text;
determining the initial service range of the party to be audited based on the audit image and/or the audit text, and creating secondary audit information based on the initial service range;
sending the secondary audit information to the target user, and receiving secondary response information returned by the target user aiming at the secondary audit information;
determining the actual service range of the party to be audited according to the secondary response information;
and comparing the actual service range with the preset service range, and determining the auditing result of the auditing task according to the comparison result.
Specifically, the initial service range specifically refers to a service range of the party to be audited determined according to response information returned by the target user, the secondary audit information specifically refers to second audit content issued for the party to be audited, and the secondary audit information also needs to be sent to the target user who feeds back the response information, which indicates that the target user can better assist in auditing the service range, the actual service range specifically refers to a service range currently operated by the party to be audited, the audit image specifically refers to an image returned by the target user for the audit information, and the audit text specifically refers to a text returned by the target user for the audit information.
Based on the above, under the condition that the response information returned by the target user is received, the target user agrees to assist in auditing the service range of the party to be audited, and an audit image and/or an audit text fed back by the target user are/is received; and then, an initial service range of the party to be audited can be analyzed based on the audit image and/or the audit text, if the actual service range of the party to be audited is determined directly through the initial service range, a certain error exists, in order to reduce the error as much as possible and improve the accuracy of auditing the service range of the party to be audited, secondary audit information can be created according to the initial service range, and the secondary audit information is sent to the target user again, and the target user continues to assist in auditing.
Further, after the secondary audit information is sent to the target user, secondary response information returned by the target user for the secondary audit information is received; and determining the actual service range of the party to be audited according to the secondary response information, and finally comparing the actual service range with the preset service range to analyze whether the service range of the party to be audited is inconsistent with the preset service range, so as to determine the auditing result of the auditing task.
Along with the above example, after the operation range of the restaurant shop is determined to be { food and drinks } according to the image uploaded by the user U1, in order to improve the accuracy of determining the actual operation range, secondary audit information is generated according to the image uploaded by the user U1, the secondary audit information is { asking for you to sell hardware in the restaurant shop }, the information is sent to the user U1, after secondary response information returned by the user U1 for the secondary audit information is received, it is determined that the user U1 answers and does not sell, at this moment, the actual operation range of the restaurant shop is determined to be { food and drinks }, the operation compliance of the restaurant shop is determined by comparing with the registered operation range, namely, the audit result of the audit task of the operation range of the restaurant shop is compliance.
In conclusion, the accuracy of auditing the service range of the party to be audited is further improved through a secondary auditing mode, so that the market can be better standardized, and the loss of consumers is avoided.
Furthermore, in order to promote other users to assist in auditing the service scope of the party to be audited, other users may be attracted in a resource rewarding manner, in this embodiment, a specific implementation manner is as follows:
determining the truth of the response information according to the auditing result;
determining the target response time of the target user aiming at the audit information under the condition that the truth is greater than a preset truth threshold;
determining target resource allocation information corresponding to the target response time based on the corresponding relation between the response time and the resource allocation information;
and allocating target resources to the user account of the target user according to the target resource allocation information, and sending a resource allocation result to the target user.
Specifically, the trueness specifically refers to the trueness of the response information, the target response time specifically refers to the time used by the target user to feed back the response information, and the resource allocation information specifically refers to resource information rewarded for the target user.
Along the above example, after the response information fed back by the user U1 is determined, the truth of the response information is determined to be 85%, so that the truth is determined to be greater than the preset truth threshold, it is indicated that the user U1 carries out authenticity feedback for the catering shop, the target response time of the user U1 for feeding back the response information is determined to be 30 minutes, the target resource allocation information corresponding to 30 minutes is determined to be the 0.5 yuan reward, at this time, the 0.5 yuan is issued to the user account of the user U1 according to the target resource allocation information, and the user U1 is informed.
In addition, the resource allocation information may also be a full deduction volume, a fund, a credit, and the like, and in practical application, the corresponding relationship between the response time and the resource allocation information may be set according to practical requirements, which is not limited herein.
In summary, in order to attract more users to assist in performing the service range audit of the party to be audited, the users can be promoted to join in the service audit scene by way of resource reward, so that more users can be invited to perform the service range audit, and the mode can be popularized more widely.
In addition, when the auditing result is that the service range is inconsistent with the preset service range, it indicates that the party to be audited violates the relevant regulations, and in order to avoid loss of rights and interests of consumers, service provision for the party to be audited may be stopped, and auditing reminding information may be generated; and calling a supervision interface to send the audit reminding information to a supervision party. The monitoring party can be a department for treating the problem or a market supervision department and the like, so that better market planning is realized.
The task auditing method provided by the application comprises the steps of establishing a task distribution area according to position information contained in an auditing task after the auditing task for auditing the service range of a to-be-audited party is acquired, simultaneously determining a target user in the task distribution area, then establishing auditing information based on the preset service range and the position information in the auditing task and sending the auditing information to a target user, finally determining the auditing result of the auditing task according to response information returned by the target user aiming at the auditing information, realizing the selection of the target user according to the task distribution area of the to-be-audited party, realizing evidence collection of the service range of the to-be-audited party by distributing the auditing information to the target user, further analyzing the auditing result of the auditing task of the to-be-audited party, selecting the target user to assist in auditing the auditing of the service range by means of position positioning, and saving manpower and material resources, the auditing information can be distributed aiming at the nearby users, the accuracy of the response information can be effectively ensured, and the fairness of auditing the service range of the party to be audited is further improved.
