Referring to fig. 5, the method for processing an electronic certificate of medical insurance provided in this embodiment specifically includes steps S502 to S506.
Step S502, acquiring the user relationship selected by the primary account user and the entered identity information of the target user.
The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method provided by the embodiment is applied to a user terminal, and is matched with the medical insurance electronic certificate processing method applied to the server in the execution process, so that the corresponding content of the medical insurance electronic certificate processing method applied to the server provided by the embodiment is referred for reading.
The primary account is an application account of the user in the third-party application, and the application account is bound by the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user in the subsequent processing, so that the application account is called as a "primary account", and a user to which the "primary account" belongs is called as a primary account user. The target user refers to a user having a specific user relationship with the primary account user, and optionally, the target user includes: a parent user having a relationship with the primary account user, a social user having a social relationship with the primary account user.
The medical insurance electronic certificate is a unique electronic identity certificate of a medical insurance participant, and the participant can be activated and used by a third party according to channels such as a user or a medical insurance service platform. In the process of activating and associating the medical insurance electronic certificate, the medical insurance electronic certificate needs to be docked with the medical insurance system in a data processing process, for example, in the process of activating the medical insurance electronic certificate, the medical insurance electronic certificate needs to be docked with a national medical insurance system, and in the process of generating a medical insurance code of the medical insurance electronic certificate, the medical insurance electronic certificate needs to be docked with a provincial medical insurance system, or in the process of performing medical insurance settlement processing by using the medical insurance code, the medical insurance electronic certificate needs to be docked with a local medical insurance system.
In the embodiment, the medical insurance system is divided into three levels, a system interface opened by the primary medical insurance system is called a primary medical insurance interface, and the primary medical insurance interface comprises a system interface opened by the national medical insurance system; similarly, the system interface opened by the second-level medical insurance system is called a second-level medical insurance interface, and the second-level medical insurance system comprises a system interface opened by the provincial medical insurance system; the system interface opened by the third-level medical insurance system is called a third-level medical insurance interface, and the third-level medical insurance interface comprises a data interface opened by the local-level medical insurance system.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, before acquiring the user relationship selected by the primary account user and the entered identity information of the target user, the following operations are performed:
acquiring a correlation instruction submitted by the main account user, generating a medical insurance voucher correlation request based on the correlation instruction, and submitting the medical insurance voucher correlation request to the server;
receiving and displaying a medical insurance certificate association notice returned by the server;
if the confirmation instruction submitted by the main account user aiming at the medical insurance certificate association notice is detected, submitting the confirmation instruction to the server;
and receiving and displaying the medical insurance certificate association page issued by the server.
Optionally, receiving a medical insurance certificate association protocol issued by the server;
and submitting an agreement signing instruction of the main account user for the medical insurance certificate association agreement to the server.
For example, after the primary account user (user A) selects "family account" in the "medical insurance electronic voucher" service of the payment application, displaying the medical insurance certificate association notice issued by the server on the application page of the payment application, displaying the issued medical insurance certificate association page after the main account user A clicks and confirms the medical insurance certificate association notice, as shown in fig. 2, the primary account user a then selects a user relationship with the target user B based on the medical insurance certificate association page, the target user B being a family of the primary account user a, the selected user relationship is a relationship of relatives, and meanwhile, the main account user A inputs the name, the identity card number and the like of the target user B in the medical insurance voucher association page as identity information, and the medical insurance certificate association protocol is confirmed and signed by clicking a 'agree and verify relationship' button configured on the medical insurance certificate association page.
Step S504, submitting the user relationship and the identity information to a server.
In an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, in order to ensure that the primary account user and the target user are truly and effectively, and that the primary account user assists the target user in activating and using the medical insurance electronic certificate, performing identity verification on the target user by using the user terminal of the primary account user specifically includes:
receiving a core instruction which is issued by the server and used for core processing of the target user;
and acquiring the core body image of the target user based on the core body instruction, and submitting the core body image to the server.
In specific implementation, after the user relationship and the identity information are submitted to a server, the server calls a primary medical insurance interface to perform activation processing, an activation token of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user is obtained, and the association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account is established based on the activation token. Further, on the basis of establishing the association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account, the user identification of the target user is updated to a medical insurance service page, so that an access interface for accessing the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user is opened for the main account user. Based on the information, receiving reminding information which is issued by the server and established by the incidence relation between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account; and acquiring an access instruction of the user identifier of the target user updated by the main account user aiming at the medical insurance service page and submitting the access instruction to the server.
Step S506, receiving the payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user issued by the server.
And the payment identifier is issued after the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account establish an association relation. The establishment of the incidence relation specifically comprises writing the identity information of the target user into an extension field of a main account user in a medical insurance certificate incidence relation table, so that the incidence relation between the target user and the main account user is established by writing the identity information of the target user into the extension field of the main account user, the incidence relation between the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user and the main account is further established, and the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user is accessed through the main account.
For example, after the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user B is associated with the application account of the main account user a, the identification information of the target user B is updated to the affiliated account page of the main account user a, and if the main account user a clicks the identification information of the target user B, the medical insurance two-dimensional code and the medical insurance barcode of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user B issued by the server are displayed, as shown in fig. 3, and are generated by the server calling a system interface of the provincial medical insurance system and returned to the server.
In practical application, the main account user assists the target user in activating and associating the electronic medical insurance certificate, and the purpose of the main account user is to assist the target user in performing medical insurance payment and settlement processing by means of a payment identifier of the associated electronic medical insurance certificate.
Further, in this embodiment, the principal account is used to access the medical insurance settlement bill of the associated target user, so as to further improve the association closeness between the target user and the principal account user, and meanwhile, convenience is provided for the principal account user to access and manage the medical insurance settlement bill of the target user, and the access processing process specifically includes submitting an access request for the medical insurance settlement bill of the payment identifier to the server, and receiving and displaying the medical insurance settlement bill of the payment identifier issued by the server.
It should be noted that in practice, there are many cases where the association between the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user and the primary account needs to be released, for example, a child owns its own mobile terminal, and can activate and use the medical insurance electronic certificate through its own mobile terminal, and in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the association is released in the following manner:
based on the access operation submitted by the main account user for the associated user, generating an access request of the associated user and submitting the access request to the server;
receiving the associated information of the associated user issued by the server and displaying the associated information on a medical insurance service page;
and submitting the association release instruction of the main account user for the associated user to the server, and receiving release reminding information sent by the server.

Claims (25)

1. A medical insurance electronic certificate processing method comprises the following steps:
calling a secondary medical insurance interface to verify the user relationship according to the user relationship submitted by the user terminal corresponding to the main account and the identity information of the target user;
uploading the identity information to a primary medical insurance interface for activation processing, and acquiring a returned activation token of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user;
establishing an association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account based on the activation token;
and calling the secondary medical insurance interface to generate a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate and issuing the payment identifier to the user terminal.
2. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 1, before the step of invoking a secondary medical insurance interface to verify the user relationship is executed according to the user relationship submitted by the user terminal corresponding to the primary account and the identity information of the target user, further comprising:
performing core processing on the main account user based on a medical insurance voucher association request submitted by the user terminal;
if the user passes the check, generating a medical insurance certificate association notice and issuing the notice to the user terminal;
and if a confirmation instruction submitted by the main account user aiming at the medical insurance certificate association notice is detected, issuing a medical insurance certificate association page to the user terminal.
3. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 2, before the step of invoking a secondary medical insurance interface to verify the user relationship is executed according to the user relationship submitted by the user terminal corresponding to the primary account and the identity information of the target user, further comprising:
receiving the user relationship and the identity information submitted by the user terminal based on the medical insurance voucher association page, and issuing a medical insurance voucher association protocol to the user terminal;
and carrying out agreement signing processing on the medical insurance associated certificate according to an agreement signing instruction submitted by the user terminal.
4. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of invoking a secondary medical insurance interface to verify the user relationship is executed according to the user relationship submitted by the user terminal corresponding to the primary account and the identity information of the target user, and before the step of uploading the identity information to a primary medical insurance interface to perform activation processing and acquiring the activation token of the returned medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user is executed:
issuing a core body instruction for core body processing of the target user to the user terminal so that the user terminal acquires a core body image of the target user based on the core body instruction;
performing core processing on the target user based on the core image submitted by the user terminal;
and if the user passes the verification processing, the step of uploading the identity information to a primary medical insurance interface for activation processing and acquiring the returned medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user is executed.
5. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of uploading the identity information to a primary medical insurance interface for activation processing and obtaining the returned activation token of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user is executed and before the step of establishing the association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account based on the activation token is executed, the method further comprises:
judging whether the main account and/or the target user meet medical insurance electronic certificate association conditions or not;
if yes, executing the step of establishing the association relation between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account based on the activation token;
if not, forwarding the reminding information of the association failure returned by the interface to the user terminal;
wherein, the medical insurance electronic certificate association condition comprises: the number of associated users is less than or equal to a preset associated number threshold.
6. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing of the association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the primary account based on the activation token comprises:
and writing the identity information of the target user into an extension field of the main account user in the medical insurance voucher association relation table.
7. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 1, after the step of establishing the association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the primary account based on the activation token is executed, and before the step of calling the secondary medical insurance interface to generate the payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate and issuing the payment identifier to the user terminal is executed, the method includes:
issuing the reminding information with the established association relation to the user terminal;
and acquiring an access instruction submitted by the user terminal aiming at the user identifier of the target user updated by the medical insurance service page.
8. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of calling the secondary medical insurance interface to generate the payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate and issuing the payment identifier to the user terminal:
acquiring a medical insurance settlement bill of the payment order, which corresponds to the medical insurance payment order and is synchronous with the second-level medical insurance interface or the third-level medical insurance interface;
and updating the medical insurance settlement bill to a medical insurance settlement list of the payment identifier.
9. The medical insurance electronic voucher processing method of claim 8, further comprising:
receiving an access request for the medical insurance settlement list of the payment identifier submitted by the user terminal;
and issuing the medical insurance settlement list to the user terminal to respond to the access request.
10. The medical insurance electronic voucher processing method of claim 1, further comprising:
issuing the associated information of the associated user to the user terminal according to the access request of the associated user submitted by the user terminal;
if the user terminal submits an association removing instruction, calling the primary medical insurance interface to remove the association relation of the user to be removed corresponding to the association removing instruction;
and issuing the release reminding information returned by the primary medical insurance interface to the user terminal.
11. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 1, the target user including at least one of:
the method comprises the steps that a relative user having a relative relationship with a main account user to which the main account belongs and a social user having a social relationship with the main account user.
12. A medical insurance electronic certificate processing method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user relationship selected by a main account user and the input identity information of a target user;
submitting the user relationship and the identity information to a server;
receiving a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user issued by the server; and the payment identifier is issued after the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account establish an association relation.
13. The medical insurance electronic certificate processing method according to claim 12, before the steps of obtaining the user relationship selected by the primary account user and the entered identity information of the target user are executed, further comprising:
acquiring a correlation instruction submitted by the main account user, generating a medical insurance voucher correlation request based on the correlation instruction, and submitting the medical insurance voucher correlation request to the server;
receiving and displaying a medical insurance certificate association notice returned by the server;
if the confirmation instruction submitted by the main account user aiming at the medical insurance certificate association notice is detected, submitting the confirmation instruction to the server;
and receiving and displaying the medical insurance certificate association page issued by the server.
14. The medical insurance electronic voucher processing method of claim 13, further comprising:
receiving a medical insurance certificate association protocol issued by the server;
and submitting an agreement signing instruction of the main account user for the medical insurance certificate association agreement to the server.
15. The method for processing medical insurance electronic certificates according to claim 12, further comprising, after the step of submitting the user relationship and the identity information to the server is executed and before the step of receiving the payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user issued by the server is executed:
receiving a core instruction which is issued by the server and used for core processing of the target user;
and acquiring the core body image of the target user based on the core body instruction, and submitting the core body image to the server.
16. The method for processing medical insurance electronic certificates according to claim 12, further comprising, after the step of submitting the user relationship and the identity information to the server is executed and before the step of receiving the payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user issued by the server is executed:
receiving reminding information which is issued by the server and established by the incidence relation between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account;
and acquiring an access instruction of the user identifier of the target user updated by the main account user aiming at the medical insurance service page and submitting the access instruction to the server.
17. The method for processing medical insurance electronic certificates according to claim 12, after the step of receiving the payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user issued by the server is executed, further comprising:
and displaying the payment identifier based on the access request of the main account user for the payment identifier so as to enable a medical insurance settlement terminal to collect the payment identifier and perform settlement processing of medical insurance payment orders.
18. The medical insurance electronic voucher processing method of claim 17, further comprising:
submitting an access request for a medical insurance settlement list aiming at the payment identifier to the server;
and receiving and displaying the medical insurance settlement list of the payment identifier sent by the server.
19. The medical insurance electronic voucher processing method of claim 12, further comprising:
based on the access operation submitted by the main account user for the associated user, generating an access request of the associated user and submitting the access request to the server;
receiving the associated information of the associated user issued by the server and displaying the associated information on a medical insurance service page;
and submitting the association release instruction of the main account user for the associated user to the server, and receiving release reminding information sent by the server.
20. A medical insurance electronic voucher processing apparatus, comprising:
the user relationship checking module is configured to call a secondary medical insurance interface to check the user relationship according to the user relationship submitted by the user terminal corresponding to the main account and the identity information of the target user;
the medical insurance electronic certificate activation module is configured to upload the identity information to a primary medical insurance interface for activation processing, and acquire a returned activation token of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user;
an association relationship establishing module configured to establish an association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the primary account based on the activation token;
and the payment identifier issuing module is configured to call the secondary medical insurance interface to generate a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate and issue the payment identifier to the user terminal.
21. A medical insurance electronic voucher processing apparatus, comprising:
the information acquisition module is configured to acquire the user relationship selected by the main account user and the entered identity information of the target user;
an information submission module configured to submit the user relationship and the identity information to a server;
the payment identifier receiving module is configured to receive a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user, which is issued by the server; and the payment identifier is issued after the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account establish an association relation.
22. A medical insurance electronic voucher processing apparatus comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
calling a secondary medical insurance interface to verify the user relationship according to the user relationship submitted by the user terminal corresponding to the main account and the identity information of the target user;
uploading the identity information to a primary medical insurance interface for activation processing, and acquiring a returned activation token of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user;
establishing an association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account based on the activation token;
and calling the secondary medical insurance interface to generate a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate and issuing the payment identifier to the user terminal.
23. A medical insurance electronic voucher processing apparatus comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring a user relationship selected by a main account user and the input identity information of a target user;
submitting the user relationship and the identity information to a server;
receiving a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user issued by the server; and the payment identifier is issued after the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account establish an association relation.
24. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
calling a secondary medical insurance interface to verify the user relationship according to the user relationship submitted by the user terminal corresponding to the main account and the identity information of the target user;
uploading the identity information to a primary medical insurance interface for activation processing, and acquiring a returned activation token of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user;
establishing an association relationship between the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account based on the activation token;
and calling the secondary medical insurance interface to generate a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate and issuing the payment identifier to the user terminal.
25. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
acquiring a user relationship selected by a main account user and the input identity information of a target user;
submitting the user relationship and the identity information to a server;
receiving a payment identifier of the medical insurance electronic certificate of the target user issued by the server; and the payment identifier is issued after the medical insurance electronic certificate and the main account establish an association relation.
