技术领域
本专利申请涉及动机械密封装置,尤其涉及双端面机械密封装置,特别适用于泵送高粘性介质或介质中含有颗粒的双端面机械密封装置。
背景技术
粘度大、润滑性能差的泵送介质难以在动、静环之间的端面形成液膜,已有接触式机械密封系统装置中,通过采取增加隔离液手段辅助润滑密封。其隔离液压力高于泵送介质,以使隔离液进入动、静环端面之间,形成有效的液膜润滑端面,同时封阻泵送介质,以确保不泄漏。但若隔离液一旦失压,压力低于泵送介质的压力,泵送介质就会压入密封端面,导致动、静环干摩擦,致命机封极快的失效,存在密封性能不可靠、极大的影响使用寿命的技术问题。
发明内容
本专利申请的发明目的在于有效阻隔影响密封端的密封性能的泵送介质于密封端面之外、保护机械密封始终处于良好的微量非接触润滑工作状态,阻止影响密封端的密封性能的泵送介质因各种非正常工作原因侵入密封端面,提供一种上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置。
本专利申请提供的上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置技术方案,其主要技术内容是:一种上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置,安装于泵盖与泵轴之间的密封腔中,其组成包括压盖、泵轴轴套和:
动环,所述的动环,固定于泵轴轴套上;
双静环,所述双静环,安装于压盖内,经背侧弹力补偿机构贴合于动环两侧端面,形成相对滑动的密封端面;
所述的压盖,其上设有向密封端面供给隔离介的通道;

上述整体技术方案的之一优选项,所述的唇片密封环,由其根部向泵送介质侧和泵轴轴套接近渐收、密封围绕于泵轴轴套上。
上述整体技术方案的之一优选项,所述密封环腔的泵轴轴套轴表面上设置有对隔离介质产生背对密封端面作用力的推送螺旋。
上述整体技术方案的之一优选项,与泵轴轴套的推送螺旋对应的压盖静环座延伸体内表面上设有相反向螺旋。
本专利申请公开的上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置技术方案,能够有效且稳定阻止泵送介质侵入密封端面,使密封端面始终维持有正的膜压分布,全方位保护机械密封的密封性能持续有效,本装置尤其适用于高粘度、绝对粘度5000CP以上或含颗粒介质、粒径10μm以上的泵送工作,如闪蒸烃等容易汽化性介质泵送工况,大幅度的提高了本机械密封装置的可靠性和稳定运行性能,其使用寿命长,实践证明其使用寿命是接触式机械密封的2-3倍。

具体实施方式
本上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置,其一实施例构造如图1所示。
本机械密封装置安装设置于泵盖20与泵轴之间的密封腔25中,由传动环14、限定块4和拧丝5集装构成。
本机械密封系统装置的组成包括泵轴轴套1、动环10、双静环11、12和补偿机构23、24,安装于左、右压盖3、2内,左、右压盖3、2间设有静密封点密封圈a,右压盖2与泵盖20之间设有静密封点密封圈b,密封组装于泵盖20的大气侧K。
其中的动环10,固定于泵轴轴套1上。双静环11、12,分别固定安装在左、右压盖2、3上,之间设置静密封点密封圈c;双静环11、12背侧分别由弹力补偿机构23、24紧压贴合于动环10两侧端面,动环10随泵轴相对于静环高速运转,构成滑动密封端面;其中,右压盖2上设有供给隔离介质的通道22,动环高速运转,于动、静环密封端面形成隔离介质密封润滑膜。
动环10的泵送介质侧A端面上刻制与泵轴转向相同的对数螺旋密封槽30,如图4所示。所述的密封槽30,其槽宽由外径33向内径逐渐收窄,直至槽根密封坝31,其槽深最好为5-10μm,动环10高速旋转下,将隔离介质泵入密封端面之间,运行到槽根时因其急剧减速而“膨胀”,于密封端面之间形成稳定的润滑液膜,产生阻止趋势、阻止泵送介质进入密封端面。
为有效防止泵送介质、尤其是高粘度或含颗粒泵送介质侵入密封端面、使本机械密封保持优良的润滑效果,在本实施例中,
泵送介质侧的压盖2延伸至泵盖20与泵轴轴套1间密封腔25,其延伸体27与泵盖20间设有静密封点密封圈d,该延伸体27与泵轴轴套1之间形成密封环腔26,密封环腔26外端组装设置有用于与密封腔隔离的唇片密封环7。所述的唇片密封环7,其根部向泵送介质侧A和泵轴轴套1接近渐收、密封围绕于泵轴轴套1上,形成泵送介质的阻逆屏障。在本实施例中,由挡环6和多道隔环8并排间隔设置有至少两道唇片密封环7。为进一步密封封阻泵送介质,所述密封环腔26的泵轴轴套1轴表面上设有对隔离介质产生背对密封端面作用力的推送螺旋9,推送螺旋9和唇片密封环7的结合作用,产生使泵送介质远离密封端面的作用力,能够可靠阻止泵送介质向密封端面移动,为更为加强这一作用,与泵轴轴套1的推送螺旋9对应的延伸体27内表面上设有与推送螺旋9互为反向的反向螺旋19。

Claims (4)

1.一种上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置,安装于泵盖与泵轴之间的密封腔中,其组成包括压盖、泵轴轴套和:
动环,所述的动环,固定于泵轴轴套上;
双静环,所述双静环,安装于压盖内,经背侧弹力补偿机构贴合于动环两侧端面,形成相对滑动的密封端面;
所述的压盖,其上设有向密封端面供给隔离介质的通道;
动环的泵送介质侧端面上刻制对数螺旋密封槽,所述的密封槽,其槽宽由外向内逐渐收窄,直至槽根的密封坝;
其特征在于,泵送介质侧的压盖延伸至泵盖与泵轴轴套间密封腔,形成与泵盖密封的延伸体,该延伸体与泵轴轴套之间形成密封环腔,密封环腔外端组装设置有用于与密封腔隔离的唇片密封环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置,其特征在于,所述的唇片密封环,由其根部向泵送介质侧和泵轴轴套1接近渐收、密封围绕于泵轴轴套上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封环腔的泵轴轴套轴表面上设置有对隔离介质产生背对密封端面作用力的推送螺旋。
4.根据权利要求3所述的上游泵送强润滑型机械密封装置,其特征在于,与泵轴轴套的推送螺旋对应的压盖静环座延伸体内表面上设有相反向螺旋。
