Abstract
一种用于化学紧固钻孔中的锚定螺栓、拧螺丝的套管和螺杆的封堵化合物,它含反应性树脂和与树脂空间分开的树脂用固化剂,在反应性树脂中含有0.0005~2%(重)哌啶基或四氢吡咯基硝基氧作为抑制剂。
Description
反应性树脂组合物作为粘合剂用于化学紧固技术是大家熟悉的。所述的反应性树脂组合物是两组分体系,其中一组分为反应性树脂,而另一组分为固化剂。这些组分中的一个或两个可含有其他常用的成分如填充剂、促进剂、稳定剂以及包括反应性溶剂(共聚单体)在內的溶剂。将两组分混合反产生自由基并引发使树脂固化的反应。
为了将锚定螺栓固定在混凝土或坚石的钻孔中,通常使用有两个小室的封囊使各组分分开(如参见EP-A150555)。封囊本身优选由吹制玻璃制成,但也可使用由UV稳定的薄膜制成的封囊,如聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或相应的复合材料。将封囊插入钻孔,在送入紧固元件以前,通过旋转撞击使封囊和小室破坏。将两种组分混合,引发反应。固化的树脂组合物可在没有横向膨胀压力的条件下强制进入基层。已证明这样的锚定物对于重型卡具特别有用。
两室料管特别是可用于多孔基层或空心基层的锚定物情况中,例如发泡混凝土块或空心砖,也可用于坚岩、砖和混凝土(如参见DE-A3617702)。封堵化合物的两组分同时从料管中挤出,用适合的方法混合(如螺杆),并强制送入钻孔。然后可将任何所需截面的锚定紧固元件直接放入钻孔,当树脂固化后,元件就固定在钻孔中;或者先将內部套丝了的套筒插入孔中,并通过树脂固化固定在适当位置,然后可拧紧螺杆或螺栓。在空心砖的情况下,钻孔先衬塑料或金属制成的网型圆柱套筒。然后从两室料管强制送入树脂。內部拧螺丝的套筒插入后,通过多孔套管的开孔强制压入封堵化合物,以致当封堵化合物固化时形成紧固的锚定物。
在Rigips座下的锚定物情况下,或在空心砖中,所用的料管装有可发泡的粘合剂组合物,如在EP-A338983中描述的。封堵化合物中的一种组分含无机碳酸盐,如白垩,而另一种组分含酸,如聚丙烯酸或磷酸。钻孔衬有内部套丝了的套管或多孔套管,而可发泡封堵化合物被强制送入。当各组分混合时,释放出CO2,使封堵化合物发泡并填满空心空间,或者在座下方形成蘑菇形锚定物,当封堵化合物固化时,卡具被锚定。
适合化学紧固技术用的反应性树脂是乙烯基酯树脂和乙烯基酯尿烷树脂,如在EP-A150555、EP-A199671、EP-A 5081183和EP-A534201中公开的。这些树脂通常含有使树脂对早期聚合稳定的抑制剂,如氢醌、取代氢醌、苯醌、叔丁基邻苯二酚或吩噻嗪。这些抑制剂使树脂有数月的贮存稳定性,虽然仅在溶解在树脂中的氧存在下。如果树脂在没有空气的条件下贮存,取合会在几天内出现。由于这一原因,封堵化合物迄今必须按这样的方式包装:树脂要与空气接触。但是,气密包装制作应更坚固和简单。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种在气密包装的情况下以及在光存在下使封堵化合物有足够长的贮存稳定性的抑制剂。
化学紧固技术的一具体实施例方案在DE-A 4231161中公开。在这一背景技术中,反应性树脂组分还包括水力固化的无机化合物或可缩聚的无机化合物,如水泥,固化剂组分还包括水。现已发现,碱性水泥会破坏常用的酚类抑制剂的作用。树脂会过早固化,以致当各组分混合时,实际的固化不均匀,在锚定中产生差的固化区。因此,螺栓的抗挤出性受到损失。本发明的另一目的是提供一种甚至在特定的水泥实施方案的情况下对其作用无不良影响的抑制剂。
我们已发现,根据本发明当哌啶基氮氧化物或四氢吡咯基氮氧化物用作抑制剂时,这些目的可以实现。
因此,本发明提供了一种用于锚定钻孔中的螺栓套丝了的套管和螺杆,它含有
I可自由基固化的反应性树脂,含0.0005~2%(重)哌啶基氮氧化物或四氢吡咯基氮氧化物抑制剂,以及
II与树脂空间上分开的树脂用固化剂。
适合的反应性树脂包括乙烯基酯树脂和乙烯基酯尿烷树脂。
1.不饱和乙烯基酯树脂(环氧-丙烯酸酯)是聚环氧化物与不饱和一元羧酸(优选甲基丙烯酸)的加成产物。这些树脂例如在US 3066112和3179623中公开,优选使用基于双酚A的乙烯基酯树脂。它们具有高的韧性和良好的耐化学品性,以及有限的耐热性。相反,由环氧/可溶酚醛树脂和(甲基)丙烯酸制得的乙烯基酯树脂有更高的耐热性,但韧性较差,如在US 3256226中公开的。
这类乙烯基酯树脂的特征是以下基团

另一类乙烯基酯树脂是任选烷基化的双酚A与(甲基)丙烯酸的酯化产物,如在EP-A 534 201中公开的。

式中,R3为有2~100个碳原子的脂族、环脂族或芳族基团。
优选的是,乙烯基酯尿烷树脂是以下组分的反应产物
-多官能性的异氰酸酯,
-任选的多元醇,
-任选的多元胺,
-(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯,
异氰酸酯与(醇+胺)的重量比为100∶0~100∶300,(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯与反应产物中游离异氰酸酯基团的当量比为3∶1~1∶2。
反应性树脂含10~80、优选30~60%(重)共聚单体。
优选的共聚单体包括甲基丙烯酸酯类,如甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸苯基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸四氢化糠基酯、甲基丙烯酸乙基三甘醇酯、甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨乙基酯、甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨甲基酯、二甲基丙烯酸1,4-丁二醇酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酰基羧烷基酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酰基乙酰氧乙基酯、二甲基丙烯酸1,2-乙二醇酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片基酯、二甲基丙烯酸二乙二醇酯、甲基丙烯酸甲氧基聚乙二醇酯、甲基丙烯酸三甲基环己基酯、三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯和甲基丙烯酸二环戊氧基乙酯。二甲基丙烯酸丁二醇酯是特别优选的。
丙烯酸酯不太优选,因为它们通常是皮肤刺激剂,其水解性差。
原则上,也可使用其他常用的共聚单体,单独使用或与甲基丙烯酸酯混合使用,如苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、烷基化的苯乙烯(如叔丁基苯乙烯)、二乙烯基苯和烯丙基化合物。
根据本发明,封堵化合物含有0.0005~2、优选0.1~1%(重)哌啶基氮氧化物或四氢吡咯基氮氧化物作为抑制剂。它们是下式的硝酰基类(氮氧化自由基)。
式中,E1和E3各自独立为C1~C5烷基,或苯基,E2和E4各自独立为C1~C5烷基,或E1或E2一起或E3和E4一起为四亚甲基或五亚甲基,T为两价基团,与氮原子和两个叔碳原子一起构成5或6元环,T可被取代或未取代。
优选4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-基氧
在优选的实施方案中,封堵化合物还含有0.005~2、优选0.05~1%(重)的传统的抑制剂,特别是苯酚、醌或吩噻嗪,如2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
反应性树脂用增强填充剂的例子包括石英、玻璃、刚玉、瓷、陶土、重晶石、lightspar、石膏、滑石和白垩。填充剂以砂粒、粉末或特定的形状(圆柱形、球形等)混合在树脂溶液中和/或硬化剂(引发剂)中。
填充剂可使用纤维(原纤维填充剂)。优选的和更增强的是圆形惰性材料(球形)。
过氧化物固化剂通常与促进剂一起作用,它们最好与树脂放在一起,也就是与硬化剂分开。适合的促进剂包括芳族胺类,如N,N-二甲基苯胺、N,N-二乙基苯胺;甲苯胺类和二甲苯胺类,如N,N-二异丙醇-对-甲苯胺、N,N-二甲基-对-甲苯胺、N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)二甲苯胺和N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)甲苯胺;也有钴、锰、锡和铈盐,如辛酸钴或环烷酸钴。
反应性树脂的粘度优选为30~5000mPa.s(23℃下)。
在本发明的封堵化合物中,固化剂与树脂分装。优选的固化剂包括贮存稳定的有机过氧化物。特别适合的是二苯甲酰过氧化物和甲乙酮过氧化物,还有过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、环己酮过氧化物、月桂酰过氧化物和异丙苯过氧化物以及叔丁基-过氧-2-乙基己酸酯。
按反应性树脂计,过氧化物的用量优选为0.5~10%(重),更优选3~7%(重)。
使用固化剂是有利的,用惰性填料,石英砂钝化的是优选的。
在本发明特别优选的实施方案中,组分I除反应性树脂外还包括水硬固化的或可缩聚的无机化合物,特别是水泥,组分II除固化剂外还包括水。这样的封堵化合物在DE-A 4231161中详细描述。
通常,所述的包装形式是两室封管形式。一种被证实的封管形式是玻璃管,因为玻璃在混合过程中可细粉碎,然后作为增强填充剂组合在粘合剂基质中。使用陶瓷材料制成的多室料管也是可能的,如在DE-A3939 603.2中描述的,也有薄膜制成的料管,如用聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或层压材料。
所用的料管优选为两室料管,其中较大的室装有树脂,而较小的室装有固化剂,在每一情况下都与填充料装在一起。在可发泡粘合剂组合物的情况下,优选将碳酸盐加到树脂中,而酸组分可与固化剂一起放在一个室內,或单独放在一个室內。
含有本发明抑制剂的树脂可在没有任何特殊措施的情况下用于化学紧固。这类锚定有良好的豁裂蔓延特性、低的体积收缩、良好的耐水解性和良好的耐热性,以及对矿物接收材料(如混凝土、天然矿石)以及发泡和空心块有良好的粘合性。封堵化合物有特别好的贮存稳定性,甚至在无大气氧的情况下也如此。含有本发明抑制剂的水泥封堵化合物可均匀地固化。
在实施例中,百分数按重量计。
实施例
1a将300g二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的异构体混合物与1ml二月桂酸二丁基锡混合。在40℃下滴加37g二丙二醇、随后将混合物搅拌1小时。然后滴加280g甲基丙烯酸羟丙基酯,将反应温度升至80℃。随后在90℃下搅拌混合物,一直到残留的异氰酸酯含量降到0.01%以下(100℃下的熔体粘度为750mPa.s)。用6.7g 2-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-基氧和2.7g2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚抑制该树脂。535g二甲基丙烯酸1,4-丁二醇酯和133g甲基丙烯酸乙酰基乙酰氧基乙酯作为反应性稀释剂加入。加入芳族胺使胶凝时间调节到约3.5分钟。树脂的粘度为约250mPa.s。在无空气的条件下,在80℃下在日光中贮存,3周后树脂仍稳定。在Heraeus生产的Suntest CPS Plus中,在光下贮存,样品在3周內是稳定的。
1b.用5.1g叔丁基邻苯二酚和0.13g吩噻嗪的混合物作为抑制剂重复1a。在无空气的条件下,在80℃下贮存,该树脂在5小时內胶凝。在Suntest中光照下贮存,样品在3小时內胶凝。
2.将1475g以1286g 4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为基础的预聚的二异氰酸酯在40℃下溶于1320g苯乙烯中。加入1.3ml二月桂酸二丁基锡,随后滴加125g二丙二醇和74g聚丙二醇(羟基数250)。放热反应结束后,将混合物搅拌1小时,然后滴加入1195g甲基丙烯酸羟丙基酯。加完后再加入1.3ml二月桂酸二丁基锡,在后在80℃下将物料搅拌到残留异氰酸酯的含量降到0.01%以下。用16.8g 4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-基氧抑制该树脂。加入芳族胺使树脂的胶凝时间调节到约3.5分钟。树脂的粘度为约460mPa.s
3.将1.3g2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和0.36g二甲基苄基胺加到300g双酚A二环氧甘油醚(由Shell公司生产的Epikote 828)中。然后在85℃下滴加入136g甲基丙烯酸,同时使內部温度升到110℃。将物料在空气下搅拌到酸值达到切换值≤15单位。然后用3.4g 4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-基氧抑制该树脂。将170g二甲基丙烯酸1,4-丁二醇酯和68g甲基丙烯酸乙酰基乙酰氧基乙酯加入作为反应性稀释剂。用芳族胺调节树脂的胶凝时间到约3.5分钟。
4.将1000g双乙氧基化的双酚A与甲基丙烯酸的酯化产物加热到50℃。然后用5g4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-基氧抑制该树脂。用芳族胺调节胶凝时间到约3.5分钟。树脂的粘度为约1600mPa.s。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于化学紧固钻孔中的锚定螺栓、套丝了的套管和螺杆的封堵化合物,它含有
I.可自由基固化的反应性树脂,含0.0005~2%(重)抑制剂,以及
II.与树脂空间上分开的树脂用固化剂,
其中抑制剂是哌啶基氮氧化物或四氢吡咯基氮氧化物。
2.根据权利要求1的封堵化合物,其中反应性树脂含有至少20%(重)乙烯基酯树脂或乙烯基酯尿烷树脂。
3.根据权利要求1的封堵化合物,其中树脂包括甲基丙烯酸作为共聚单体。
4.根据权利要求1的封堵化合物,其中树脂中含有用于固化剂的促进剂,优选有机叔胺。
5.根据权利要求1的封堵化合物,其中树脂还含有传统抑制剂。
6.根据权利要求5的封堵化合物,其中还含有酚、醌或吩噻嗪。
7.根据权利要求1的封堵化合物,其中固化剂是有机过氧化物,按树脂计,其用量为0.5~10%(重)。
8.根据权利要求1的封堵化合物,其中组分I除树脂外还包括水硬固化的或可缩聚的无机化合物,而组分III除固化剂外还包括水。
9.一种装有权利要求1的封堵化合物的封囊、料管或薄膜袋,它有两个或两个以上分别装树脂和固化剂的相互分开的小室。
