技术领域
本发明涉及的是清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种速干高效脱脂清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
清洗剂以其降低水表面张力,提高去污效果应用于工业和日常生活中。清洗剂的速干性、去污能力、无残留、可靠安全是其重要的品质保证。因此,提高清洗剂清洁能力、速干无残留、可靠安全性成为研究热点。
清洗剂按溶剂的不同可分为水基清洗剂与有机溶剂清洗剂。水基型清洗剂对清洗用水提出了挑战,在精密工业清洗中,成本比溶剂洗要高。有机溶剂主要是烃类、氯代烃、氟代烃、溴代烃、天然有机物。但烃类溶剂干燥慢、设备造价高,氯代烃、氟代烃、溴代烃溶剂不环保。现有技术(CN201410091102.9)公开了一种天然有机物溶剂,按照如下质量百分比的原料组成:D-柠檬烯5~30%,增溶剂2~7%、二乙二醇丁醚12~30%,N-甲基吡咯烷酮5~10%、乳化剂0.5~5%、三乙醇胺0.2~0.5%、EDTA0.2~0.4%、水性快干剂0.5~3%、助剂1.5~4%、去离子水20~60%,得到了一种清洗效率高,无毒无害,易于降解,安全性能高的清洗剂,但清洗剂速干程度无要求,并且引燃温度>450℃,有引燃的风险,对使用环境有一定要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述清洗剂速干程度无要求,有引燃风险的技术问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种速干高效脱脂清洗剂,原料包括溶剂,脂肪醇衍生物,烷基酯,醇类混合物,助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述溶剂为柠檬烯,优选为橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述脂肪醇衍生物为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步地,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是由脂肪醇碳原子数为10-14的正葵醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十四醇聚氧乙烯醚以重量比1:0.8-1.1:0.5-1组成的混合物。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用烷基酯种类不同的烷基聚氧乙烯醚乙酸酯、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯中的至少一种时,可以有良好的耐硬水性和去污力,并且没有材料或制品与外界空气形成混合气与火焰接触时发生闪火并立刻燃烧的最低温度,无引燃风险。
(2)本发明采用醇类混合物为甲醇与乙醇的混合物,甲醇为羟基甲烷,乙醇由乙基和羟基两部分组成,甲醇与乙醇体积比为100:1时,在橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯相互作用下,提高了清洗剂干燥速度。
(3)本发明采用的D-柠檬烯是单环单萜,橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯,与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及椰子油烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯配伍,完成高效去污。
(4)本发明采用的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是由聚乙二醇与脂肪醇缩合而成的醚,当脂肪醇碳原子数为10-14、作为表面活性剂,与橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯混合,去污效果好。

实施例2提供了一种速干高效脱脂清洗剂,包括下述重量份成份,橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯90份,脂肪醇碳原子数为10-14的正葵醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十四醇聚氧乙烯醚以重量比1:0.9:1制得的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,椰子油烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯2份,甲醇与乙醇体积比为100:1的醇类混合物0.5份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮10份。其他条件同实施例1。
实施例3
实施例3提供了一种速干高效脱脂清洗剂,包括下述重量份成份,橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯100份,脂肪醇碳原子数为10-14的正葵醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十四醇聚氧乙烯醚以重量比1:0.9:1制得的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份,椰子油烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯0.1份,甲醇与乙醇体积比为100:1的醇类混合物0.5份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮10份。其他条件同实施例1。
对比例1
对比例1提供了一种速干高效脱脂清洗剂,包括下述重量份成份,香料中提取的D-柠檬烯100份,脂肪醇碳原子数为10-14的正葵醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十四醇聚氧乙烯醚以重量比1:0.9:1制得的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份,椰子油烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯0.1份,甲醇与乙醇体积比为10:1的醇类混合物0.5份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮10份。其他条件同实施例1。
性能测试
样品检测依照GB/T 1922-2006标准进行,结果如下:1级代表:轻度变色;2级代表:中度变色;3级代表:深度变色;4级代表腐蚀。

Claims (10)
1.一种速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份组成,橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯90-100份,脂肪醇衍生物0.5-2份,烷基酯0.1-2份,醇类混合物0.5-3份,助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份组成,橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯92-98份,脂肪醇衍生物0.8-1.8份,烷基酯0.5-1.5份,醇类混合物1-2.5份,助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料7-13份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份组成,橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯94-96份,脂肪醇衍生物1-1.6份,烷基酯0.8-1.2份,醇类混合物1.5-2份,助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料9-11份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份组成,橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯95份,脂肪醇衍生物1.3份,烷基酯1份,醇类混合物1.7份,助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇衍生物为聚乙二醇与脂肪醇缩合而成的醚,是由脂肪醇碳原子数为10-14的正葵醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、十四醇聚氧乙烯醚以重量比1:0.8-1.1:0.5-1组成的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,所述烷基酯为烷基聚氧乙烯醚乙酸酯和/或脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯,所述脂肪酸烷醇酰胺酯为椰子油烷基醇酰胺磷酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,所述醇类混合物为甲醇与乙醇的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于,所述助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料为N-甲基吡咯烷酮。
9.一种如权利要求1~8任一项所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,将橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酯、醇类混合物、助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料混合,搅拌时间为5-20min,在转速为1500~2000rad/min下搅拌均匀。
10.根据权利要求9所述的速干高效脱脂清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,将橙皮中提取的D-柠檬烯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酯、醇类混合物、助溶渗透剥离复配剂基料混合,搅拌时间为10min,在转速为1800rad/min下搅拌均匀。
