Preferably, both sides of the base frame 210 corresponding to both sides of the casting film belt 300 may be provided with the deviation detecting device 260. In the normal detection process, when the casting film strip 300 deviates to one side, the deviation amounts detected by the two deviation detecting devices 260 should be consistent, if not, the width of the casting film strip 300 is widened or narrowed, which indicates that the casting film strip 300 has deformed, and the deformed casting film strip 300 cannot be used, so the casting machine disclosed in the embodiment of the application can also detect whether the casting film strip 300 is deformed and damaged, and after detecting that the casting film strip 300 has deformed and damaged, cleaning is stopped in time, and the casting film strip 300 is directly discarded, thereby avoiding wasting resources. Meanwhile, the two offset detection devices 260 can avoid that whether one of the offset detection devices 260 fails to detect the offset of the casting film strip 300, thereby preventing the offset prevention function from being unable to be achieved and further improving the stability and reliability of the casting machine with the casting film strip deslagging device.
Specifically, the offset detection device 260 may include a support 261, a first detection portion 262 and a second detection portion 263, where the support 261 is disposed on the base frame 210, and in a moving direction of the casting film strip 300, the first detection portion 262 and the second detection portion 263 are sequentially disposed on the support 261, and by using the first detection portion 262 and the second detection portion 263, whether the casting film strip 300 is offset can be detected, and by using an offset amount detected when the casting film strip 300 sequentially passes through the first detection portion 262 and the second detection portion 263, an offset trend of the casting film strip 300 can be determined, and the driving gear is started in advance according to the offset trend, so as to adjust the situation that the casting film strip 300 is offset during rolling in advance, and avoid the rolling or irregular rolling of the casting film strip 300 caused by untimely adjustment of abrupt offset of the casting film strip 300, thereby making an offset preventing function more prominent and an offset preventing effect better. Meanwhile, whether the casting film belt 300 is offset can be prevented from being detected when one of the detection parts fails, so that the casting machine with the casting film belt deslagging device can not have an anti-offset function, and the stability and the reliability of the casting machine with the casting film belt deslagging device are further improved.
The distance between the first detecting portion 262 and the second detecting portion 263 may be 30 cm or 50 cm. Preferably, the first detection portion 262 and the second detection portion 263 are color patch sensors. The color code sensor has accurate detection result when the position of the casting film belt 300 is deviated, and the detection speed is high.
As described above, after the casting film strip 300 to be cleaned enters the film strip deslagging device 200 from the guiding action of the film strip guiding roller 140, the casting film strip 300 is wound around the winding device 220 after passing through the first tensioning module 230, the first static eliminating device 240 and the first cleaning device 250 in sequence, and is easily deviated during the cleaning process of the casting film strip 300, so that the winding is not regular, and the next use is affected. The deviation preventing roller 400 can limit the casting film strip 300, prevent the casting film strip 300 from being deviated in the cleaning process to cause irregular winding, specifically, when deviation occurs in the moving process of the casting film strip 300, the side surface of the casting film strip 300 can contact the circumferential side surface of the deviation preventing roller 400, and the deviation preventing roller 400 can limit the casting film strip 300 to continuously deviate, so that deviation prevention is realized, winding is tidy, and next use is prevented from being influenced.
As described above, the first cleaning device 250 is used to clean the casting film belt 300, and clean the impurities such as slag, dust, oil dirt, etc. on the casting film belt 300 by adhesion. Further, the first cleaning device 250 may include a first expansion bracket 251 and a first cleaning roller 252, one end of the first expansion bracket 251 is disposed on the base frame 210, the other end is provided with the first cleaning roller 252, and the first cleaning roller 252 can clean the casting film strip 300, and clean impurities such as slag, dust, oil stains and the like on the casting film strip 300 in an adhering manner. The first cleaning roller 252 is in contact with the casting film belt 300 while the first expansion bracket 251 is in the retracted state, to achieve cleaning. After the first cleaning roller 252 is cleaned for a period of time, more impurities such as slag, dust, oil stains and the like adhere to the first cleaning roller 252, and the first cleaning roller 252 needs to be replaced or cleaned, so that when the first telescopic frame 251 is in an extended state, the first cleaning roller 252 is separated from the casting film belt 300, and the first cleaning roller 252 is replaced or cleaned after the first cleaning roller 252 is separated from the casting film belt 300, so that the replacement is convenient. And then controlling the first telescopic frame 251 to be in a retracted state so as to continuously clean the casting film belt 300, completing the cleaning of the whole casting film belt 300, and finally rolling the cleaned casting film belt 300 by the belt collecting device 220, completing the cleaning of the casting film belt 300.
After the first cleaning roller 252 is cleaned for a period of time, more impurities such as slag, dust, oil stains and the like adhere to the first cleaning roller 252, and replacement or cleaning of the first cleaning roller 252 after stopping the cleaning process is required, which results in a part of the casting film belt 300 not being cleaned, and therefore, in an alternative embodiment, the film belt deslagging device 200 may further include a second cleaning device 270, the second cleaning device 270 being located between the first static eliminating device 240 and the first cleaning device 250, the second cleaning device 270 including a second telescopic frame 271 and a second cleaning roller 272, one end of the second telescopic frame 271 being disposed on the base frame 210, the other end being disposed with the second cleaning roller 272, the second cleaning roller 272 being separated from the casting film belt 300 when the second telescopic frame 271 is in the extended state, and the first telescopic frame 251 being in the retracted state, the second cleaning roller 272 being in contact with the casting film belt 300, and the first telescopic frame 251 being in the extended state.
In a specific operation, when the first cleaning roller 252 needs cleaning or replacement, the first telescopic frame 251 is in an extended state, the second telescopic frame 271 is in a retracted state, the second cleaning roller 272 cleans the casting film belt 300, and when the second cleaning roller 272 needs cleaning, the first telescopic frame 251 is in a retracted state, the second telescopic frame 271 is in an extended state, and the first cleaning roller 252 cleans the casting film belt 300. In the cleaning process, the casting film belt 300 is cleaned by the first cleaning roller 252 and the second cleaning roller 272 alternately, and the first cleaning roller 252 and the second cleaning roller 272 are cleaned or replaced alternately without stopping the cleaning process, so that the casting film belt 300 is prevented from being cleaned by a part of uncleaned casting film belt 300.
Specifically, both the first cleaning roller 252 and the second cleaning roller 272 may be tearable dust-binding rollers. After the first cleaning roller 252 and the second cleaning roller 272 are used for a period of time, a layer of sundries such as slag, dust, oil dirt and the like adhered on the first cleaning roller 252 and the second cleaning roller 272 can be directly torn off, so that the same effect of replacing or cleaning the first cleaning roller 252 and the second cleaning roller 272 is achieved. This way is convenient for operation, thereby improving the operability of the casting machine having the casting film belt deslagging device.
When the casting machine having the casting film belt deslagging device has the first cleaning roller 252 and the second cleaning roller 272, the first cleaning roller 252 may be used to clean the front surface of the casting film belt 300, and the second cleaning roller 272 may be used to clean the back surface of the casting film belt 300, so that both the front surface and the back surface of the casting film belt 300 are cleaned, and dust and particles adhering to the back surface of the casting film belt 300 after winding are prevented from reattaching to the front surface of the casting film belt 300.
Preferably, the film tape deslagging device 200 further includes a second tensioning module 280, wherein the second tensioning module 280 is disposed on the base frame 210 and located between the first cleaning device 250 and the tape collecting device 220, and the first tensioning module 230 and the second tensioning module 280 each include two tensioning rollers. The second tensioning module 280 is also used for tensioning the casting film strip 300, and the casting film strip 300 is tensioned together through the first tensioning module 230 and the second tensioning module 280, so that the first cleaning device 250 can be tightly pressed on the tensioned casting film strip 300, the cleaning effect is improved, and meanwhile, the tensioned casting film strip 300 can be conveniently rolled up and is compact.
Specifically, the first tensioning module 230 and the second tensioning module 280 may each include two tensioning rollers. The device is simple in arrangement mode and good in tensioning effect.
In order to avoid that the first cleaning device 250 can carry static electricity on the casting film strip 300 again during the process of cleaning the casting film strip 300 to affect the rolling and the next use, the film strip deslagging device 200 may further comprise a second static electricity eliminating device 290, wherein the second static electricity eliminating device 290 is arranged on the base frame 210 and is located between the first cleaning device 250 and the strip collecting device 220. The second static eliminator 290 is used for eliminating static on the casting film belt 300 after cleaning, so as to avoid the first cleaning device 250 from carrying static on the casting film belt 300 again in the process of cleaning the casting film belt 300, thereby avoiding influencing rolling and next use. Alternatively, the first and second static-eliminating devices 240 and 290 may be static-eliminating bars.
