If the thickness of the material layer is too thick, the weight and the density of the product can be increased, and the use performances of downstream users in secondary processing such as edge sealing, cutting, slotting, drilling, nailing and the like can be affected. If the thickness is too thin, the limit of the fire endurance cannot meet the higher requirement of the fire endurance performance of part of application scenes.
The principle of fire prevention and flame retardance of the material layer lies in that the non-combustible and flame retardant properties of magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum oxide, diatomite and inorganic filler components are utilized, and the material dosage of combustible wood fibers or wood particles is controlled within 10%, so that the combustion property of the whole product is not lower than B1 level. The fireproof, waterproof and deformation-resistant thin plate layer is used for replacing two outermost layers of wood of a traditional multilayer plywood base material layer, on one hand, the thickness and dosage of the wood layer of the whole product can be reduced by about 30-50%, the water absorption thickness expansion rate and the dry shrinkage and wet expansion rate of the whole product are greatly reduced, and the waterproof and moistureproof performance of the product is improved; on the other hand, the board surface of the whole product, which is in contact with the outside, can be replaced by the compact and homogeneous wood inorganic composite material with smaller hygroscopicity, so that the capability of the whole product for absorbing or releasing water or moisture to the environment is reduced, and a better moisture-proof effect is achieved.
The principle of the waterproof and moistureproof material layer is mainly characterized in that the low moisture absorption performance, the low water absorption performance and the low wet swelling and dry shrinkage performance of magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum oxide, diatomite and inorganic filler components are utilized, and the material consumption of wood fiber or wood particles with higher water absorption, moisture absorption and dry shrinkage and wet swelling rate is controlled within 10%, so that the integral product has excellent waterproof and moistureproof performance.
(3) Anti-deformation function and principle
