6) Cutting and slicing the attached semi-finished product according to the specified specification, and performing edge chamfering and paint treatment on the chamfered edge.
5. A method of making a composite face structure for wallboard according to claim 4 wherein the hot mix temperature in step 3) is 100-150 ℃ for 30-60 minutes and the cold mix temperature is less than 50 ℃.

The method of claim 4, wherein the color surface of the color film layer faces the wear layer during the laying process in step 4), the hot-pressing temperature of the hot-pressing composition is 110-140 ℃, the hot-pressing pressure is 6-13Mpa in three stages, the hot-pressing time corresponding to each stage is 10-25min in sequence, the cold-pressing pressure is 9-15MP in sequence in three stages, and the cold-pressing time corresponding to each stage is 10-15min in sequence.
