the preparation mechanism comprises a mixing tank, a material weighing tank, a water inlet pipe, a liquid outlet pipe and a gas stirring mechanism, wherein the material weighing tank is provided with a feeding connecting pipe and a discharging pipe, and the feeding connecting pipe is detachably connected with a leading-in pipe of the material storage mechanism; the material weighing tank is fixed with the top surface of the material mixing tank through a weighing sensor, the gas stirring mechanism comprises a gas inlet pipe, and a water pump is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe; the mixing tank is used for mixing ingredients with water, the weighing tank is used for weighing ingredients, and the gas stirring mechanism is used for uniformly stirring the mixed ingredients; a flowmeter is arranged in the water inlet pipe, and electromagnetic valves are respectively arranged on the feeding connecting pipe, the discharging pipe, the water inlet pipe, the liquid outlet pipe and the air inlet pipe;
the batching controller receives real-time information detected by the weighing sensor and the flowmeter and sends the information to the control host; the batching controller sends control instructions to the water pump and the electromagnetic valve.

The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer preparation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a feeding connection pipe is arranged at the top of the mixing tank, the feeding connection pipe penetrates through the top of the mixing tank and then is connected with a weighing tank, and the weighing tank is fixed to the top surface of the mixing tank through a weighing sensor.

The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer preparation system according to claim 1, wherein the mixing tank is connected with an air inlet pipe, and the air inlet pipe is rotatably connected with the gas distribution mechanism through a connector; the gas distribution mechanism comprises a disc base, and the disc base can freely rotate around the connecting head; a plurality of groups of vertical air outlet pipes are uniformly distributed on the disc base according to a circular array, and a plurality of air outlet heads are longitudinally distributed on the side surface of the vertical air outlet pipe in the anticlockwise direction; the air outlet vertical pipe and the disc base are communicated with the air inlet pipe.
4. The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer preparation system according to claim 3, wherein the gas inlet pipe is provided with a pressure regulating valve and is connected with a gas production device.
5. The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer preparation system of claim 3, wherein the gas outlet head is of a one-way open structure.
6. The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer preparation system according to claim 3, wherein the working process comprises the following steps:
(1) inputting position information, crop information, farmland specification information and raw material inventory information in a fertilizer preparation system, and controlling a host machine to be in a standby state, wherein the initial states of all electromagnetic valves are closed states;
(2) the method comprises the following steps that a detection device is arranged in a farmland, the detection device comprises a temperature sensor and a positioning sensor, the temperature sensor is connected with a control terminal, when the control terminal judges that the temperature is higher than a preset value, an early warning signal is sent to a control host, the control host automatically acquires the early warning signal, and a fertilizer preparation system outputs a plurality of batching schemes;
(3) a worker selects a batching scheme, communicates the inlet pipe of the relevant raw material in the batching scheme with the feeding connecting pipe, and starts batching;
(4) the electromagnetic valve on the feeding connecting pipe is opened, in the feeding process, the weighing sensor of each material weighing tank respectively detects a weighing real-time signal, and when the weight in the material weighing tank reaches a numerical value in the batching scheme, the electromagnetic valve on the feeding connecting pipe is closed; when the raw materials in the material weighing tank reach the preset weight in the batching scheme, opening an electromagnetic valve on the discharging pipe, and closing the electromagnetic valve on the discharging pipe after the feeding is finished;
(5) opening an electromagnetic valve on the water inlet pipe, and closing the electromagnetic valve on the water inlet pipe when the flow information fed back by the flowmeter reaches a numerical value in the batching scheme;
(6) an electromagnetic valve on the air inlet pipe is opened, and the disc base rotates anticlockwise under the reaction of gas sprayed out of the air outlet head;
(7) after stirring for a set time, closing the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet pipe;
(8) connecting a feed pipe of the pesticide spraying tank with a liquid outlet pipe, starting a water pump after opening an electromagnetic valve on the liquid outlet pipe, and sequentially closing the water pump and the electromagnetic valve on the liquid outlet pipe after finishing the operation;
(9) spraying liquid fertilizer to crops according to a batching scheme.
7. The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer dispensing system of claim 6 wherein the plurality of dosing schedules are prioritized for effect.
8. The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer preparation system according to claim 6, wherein a water inlet branch pipe is connected in parallel to the water inlet pipe, and an electric heating device is arranged on the water inlet branch pipe; the electric heating device is controlled by the batching controller to work.
9. The PLC-based automatic solid-liquid fertilizer preparation system according to claim 8, wherein in step (5), the electromagnetic valves on the water inlet branch pipes are opened, the electric heating device is started simultaneously, and when the flow rate information fed back by the flow meter reaches the value in the batching scheme, the electromagnetic valves on the electric heating device and the water inlet branch pipes are closed in sequence.
