Abstract
The application provides a kidney-tonifying yang-strengthening capsule and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of health-care products. A capsule for invigorating kidney and strengthening yang comprises the following raw materials: cynomorium songaricum, baked ginger, prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata, prepared honeycomb, deer penis paste, leech and white clove. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking herba Cynomorii in yellow wine, steaming, slicing, decocting to obtain herba Cynomorii paste; respectively drying flos Caryophylli and Hirudo, mixing with rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata, radix Aconiti Preparata and nidus Vespae, and pulverizing into coarse powder; mixing the coarse powder with herba Cynomorii paste and penis et testis Cervi paste, drying, pulverizing into fine powder, and making into capsule to obtain capsule with kidney invigorating and yang supporting effects. Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of health care products, in particular to a kidney tonifying and yang strengthening capsule and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the rhythm of life and work of people is obviously accelerated, the work is busy, the borne pressure is higher and higher, physical exercise is lacked, the health level of many people, especially men, tends to decline year by year, and deficiency of kidney and qi and blood occur, so that many diseases are caused, such as diseases of body weakness and hair loss, light headedness, waist soreness and backache, insomnia and dysphoria with smothery sensation, and sexual hypofunction such as impotence and premature ejaculation, prostate diseases and the like.

soaking herba Cynomorii in yellow wine, steaming, slicing, decocting to obtain herba Cynomorii paste; respectively drying flos Caryophylli and Hirudo, mixing with rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata, radix Aconiti Preparata and nidus Vespae, and pulverizing into coarse powder; mixing the coarse powder with herba Cynomorii paste and penis et testis Cervi paste, drying, pulverizing into fine powder, and making into capsule to obtain capsule with kidney invigorating and yang supporting effects.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:

In some embodiments of the present application, the steaming time is 2-4 h. The steaming time is too long, which may cause the volatilization of the cynomorium songaricum active molecules during the steaming process.
In some embodiments of the present application, the drying temperature of the baked ginger and the white clove is 95 to 105 ℃, and the drying temperature of the leech is 70 to 85 ℃.
In some embodiments of the present application, the coarse powder has a particle size of 20 to 60 mesh.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the drying temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the drying is performed until the water content is 4-6%. Reducing moisture can both increase shelf life and increase the proportion of active ingredients.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fine powder has a particle size of 130 to 200 mesh.

Example 1
A capsule for invigorating kidney and strengthening yang comprises the following raw materials: 600g of cynomorium songaricum, 500g of baked ginger, 500g of prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata, 300g of prepared honeycomb, 300g of deer penis ointment, 300g of leech and 250g of white clove.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking herba Cynomorii in 72g yellow wine for 200h, steaming herba Cynomorii for 2h, cooling, slicing, and decocting to obtain herba Cynomorii paste; drying the white cloves at 100 ℃, drying the leech at 80 ℃, mixing the dried white cloves and the leech with the baked ginger, the prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata and the prepared honeycomb, crushing the mixture into 50-mesh coarse powder, then uniformly mixing the coarse powder with the cynomorium songaricum ointment and the penis cervi ointment, drying the mixture at 70 ℃ until the water content is 5 percent, crushing the mixture into 150-mesh fine powder, and filling the fine powder into 0# capsule shells to prepare the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening capsules, wherein each capsule is 0.35 g.
The using method comprises the following steps: the preparation is orally taken once, once a day, and after five days, one capsule is taken every five days.
Example 2
A capsule for invigorating kidney and strengthening yang comprises the following raw materials: 620g of cynomorium songaricum, 480g of baked ginger, 490g of prepared tianxiong, 320g of prepared honeycomb, 280g of deer penis ointment, 280g of leech and 270g of white clove.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking herba Cynomorii in 62g yellow wine for 220h, steaming herba Cynomorii for 4h, cooling, slicing, and decocting to obtain herba Cynomorii paste; drying the white cloves at 105 ℃, drying the leech at 70 ℃, mixing the dried white cloves and the leech with the baked ginger, the prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata and the prepared honeycomb, crushing the mixture into coarse powder of 30 meshes, then uniformly mixing the coarse powder with the cynomorium songaricum ointment and the penis cervi ointment, drying the mixture at 80 ℃ until the water content is 5 percent, crushing the mixture into fine powder of 200 meshes, and filling the fine powder into 0# capsule shells to prepare the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening capsules of the embodiment, wherein each capsule is 0.35 g.
Example 3
A capsule for invigorating kidney and strengthening yang comprises the following raw materials: 560g of cynomorium songaricum, 520g of baked ginger, 480g of prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata, 290g of prepared honeycomb, 320g of deer penis ointment, 320g of leech and 230g of white clove.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking herba Cynomorii in 84g yellow wine for 180h, steaming herba Cynomorii for 3h, cooling, slicing, and decocting to obtain herba Cynomorii paste; drying the white cloves at 100 ℃, drying the leech at 75 ℃, mixing the dried white cloves and the leech with the baked ginger, the prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata and the prepared honeycomb, crushing the mixture into coarse powder of 60 meshes, uniformly mixing the coarse powder with the cynomorium songaricum ointment and the penis cervi ointment, drying the mixture at 80 ℃ until the water content is 5 percent, crushing the mixture into fine powder of 130 meshes, and filling the fine powder into No. 0 capsule shells to prepare the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening capsules of the embodiment, wherein each capsule is 0.35 g.

Example 5
A capsule for invigorating kidney and strengthening yang comprises the following raw materials: 500g of cynomorium songaricum, 550g of baked ginger, 550g of prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata, 250g of prepared honeycomb, 250g of deer penis ointment, 350g of leech and 300g of white clove.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking cynomorium songaricum in 75g of yellow wine for 190h, steaming the cynomorium songaricum for 2.5h, taking out, cooling, slicing, and decocting to obtain cynomorium songaricum paste; drying the white cloves at 100 ℃, drying the leech at 82 ℃, mixing the dried white cloves and the leech with the baked ginger, the prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata and the prepared honeycomb, crushing the mixture into 50-mesh coarse powder, then uniformly mixing the coarse powder with the cynomorium songaricum ointment and the penis cervi ointment, drying the mixture at 70 ℃ until the water content is 4 percent, crushing the mixture into 180-mesh fine powder, and filling the fine powder into 0# capsule shells to prepare the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening capsules, wherein each capsule is 0.35 g.
Example 7
A capsule for invigorating kidney and strengthening yang comprises the following raw materials: 630g of cynomorium songaricum, 480g of baked ginger, 480g of prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata, 270g of prepared honeycomb, 280g of deer penis ointment, 280g of leech and 250g of white clove.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking herba Cynomorii in 70g yellow wine for 200h, steaming herba Cynomorii for 1.5h, cooling, slicing, and decocting to obtain herba Cynomorii paste; drying the white cloves at 102 ℃, drying the leech at 82 ℃, mixing the dried white cloves and the leech with the baked ginger, the prepared radix aconiti lateralis preparata and the prepared honeycomb, crushing the mixture into coarse powder of 40 meshes, then uniformly mixing the coarse powder with the cynomorium songaricum ointment and the penis cervi ointment, drying the mixture at 70 ℃ until the water content is 4 percent, crushing the mixture into fine powder of 180 meshes, and filling the fine powder into 0# capsule shells to prepare the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening capsules of the embodiment, wherein each capsule is 0.38 g.
Experimental example 1
In this example, the quality of the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening capsules prepared in examples 1 to 7 was measured.
1. The characteristics are as follows: the capsule content is brown yellow powder, sweet and pungent, and has numb and pungent tongue feeling.
2. And (3) identification: 1) the product is taken and observed under a microscope, pollen grains are spherical or elliptical, the diameter is 40-80 mu m, short thorns and verrucous sculptures are arranged on the outer wall, and three to five germination holes are formed. Resin channel fragments are easily seen, and contain yellow massive secretion, and secretory cells contain granular or oil drops.
2) Taking 10 granules of the product, adding 20mL of water, dissolving warm, adding diluted hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to 4, extracting with diethyl ether for three times, each time 20mL, combining diethyl ether solutions, dehydrating with anhydrous sodium sulfate, recovering diethyl ether, dissolving residue with 0.5mL of anhydrous ethanol to obtain a test solution; taking 20mg of protocatechualdehyde, adding absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare 5.0mL of protocatechualdehyde serving as a reference solution, performing a test according to the pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China according to a thin-layer chromatography, respectively sucking 20 microliters of a test sample solution and 10 microliters of the reference solution, dropping the test sample solution and the reference solution on the same silica gel G thin-layer plate, taking out the silica gel G thin-layer plate by taking benzene-ethyl acetate-formic acid (80: 50: 8) as a developing agent, drying the silica gel G thin-layer plate in the air, spraying the silica gel G thin-layer plate by using sodium nitrite-sodium molybdate reagents (10G of sodium nitrite and 15G of sodium molybdate, and adding water to 100mL), and displaying the same spots on corresponding positions of the test sample solution and the reference solution.
3) Diluting the rest sample solution under identification 2) with 10mL of wastewater ethanol, decolorizing with activated carbon, filtering to obtain colorless filtrate, concentrating in water bath to 0.5mL to obtain sample solution, dissolving cholic acid 10mg in 5.0mL of ethanol to obtain control solution; according to thin layer adsorption test, respectively sucking 20 μ L of sample solution and 10 μ L of reference solution, dropping on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, developing with isooctane-ethyl acetate-glacial acetic acid (5: 5: 1) as developing agent, taking out, and air drying. Spraying with 30% ethanol sulfate solution, and baking at 105 deg.C for 5min to obtain the same spots on the corresponding positions of the test sample and the control sample.
4) Taking the content of 2 granules of the product, grinding, placing in an evaporation dish, covering a glass surface dish, heating in water bath, attaching white crystal sublimate on the glass surface dish, taking down, dissolving with a small amount of ethanol, adding a fresh 1% vanillin concentrated sulfuric acid reagent, and making into purple.
Other capsule contents meet the relevant regulations under the item of capsules in pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China.
Experimental example 2
The applicant recruits 200 volunteers in 2 months in 2020, all of which are male, aged 26-75 years and volunteer. Recruitment criteria: the western diagnosis is consistent with Erectile Dysfunction (ED). The symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine are as follows: dizziness, insomnia, irritability, anxiety, depression, hyposexuality, premature ejaculation, sexual impotence, frequent micturition, etc. No other diseases, mental diseases, family history of mental diseases and long-term drug history.
Randomly dividing the capsules into 5 experimental groups, wherein the experimental groups 1 to 4 eat the capsules for tonifying kidney and strengthening yang prepared in the examples 1 to 4, one capsule is taken once every day in the first 5 days, one capsule is taken orally every two days, and the capsules are taken half an hour after meals; the experimental group 5 is a control group, and the patients are required to take pills of six ingredients with one pill at a time, with the same taking frequency as that of the experimental group 1-4. The effect was counted after 3 months, and the criteria were as follows:
the effect is shown: after treatment, the patient has strong libido, erection is normal, sexual life is recovered, daily mental recovery is achieved, and emotion is stable.
The method has the following advantages: the patients have libido, and the erectile symptoms are improved, but the sexual life and the spirit and the mood are improved.
And (4) invalidation: the patient's condition did not improve.
The statistical results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening capsules prepared by the method have good treatment and improvement effects on patients with sexual dysfunction, kidney deficiency and kidney deficiency.
Other typical cases are:
1, a certain week, male, 51 years old, the patient suffered from prostatitis for many years.
