Abstract
斑鸠菊消白丸,它是由下述原料组成的:驱虫斑鸠菊,蒺藜,防风,当归,川芎,紫草,茺蔚子,苏木和甘草。本发明的斑鸠菊消白丸,具有活血祛风,温肤着色的功效。用于气血失和所致的寻常型白癜风。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及斑鸠菊消白丸及其制备工艺。
背景技术
白癜风是一种常见的后天性色素脱失性皮肤黏膜疾病。人群中至少1%-2%的人患病。其发病机制存在遗传因素、免疫因素、氧化应激机制、黑素细胞自毁、神经体液等假说。各种外部因素如精神紧张、外伤、暴晒等与白癜风发病密切相关;白癜风发病可能是具有某个遗传基因的个体在多种内外因素作用下,导致黑素细胞被破坏,生成或黑化过程障碍,最终导致黑色素脱失。研究表明中药治疗白癜风的作用机制主要与络氨酸酶、胆碱酯酶、黑素细胞、免疫功能、细胞因子、炎症介质、氧化应激反应等有关。
目前市场无治疗白癜风疗效满意的西药,中成药以中医理论为依据,辩证论治为原则,通过调节五脏六腑功能,调节人体整体状态,使人体阴阳调和,气血充沛,五脏各司其职,使人体达到中正平和的状态。目前市场所售的治疗白癜风的中成药,其组方简单,用药单一,无法达到整体论治。
我院研发的斑鸠菊消白丸气血双调,内外兼治。该方君药为驱虫斑鸠菊,斑鸠菊味苦,性凉,有清热消炎,活血化瘀,杀虫的功能,现代研究表明斑鸠菊药用部位含有多种黄铜、有机酸及无机元素,具有提高人体内络氨酸酶活性、调控人体免疫系统、降低自身组织受损、补充人体必需微量元素及改善局部微循环等功效。蒺黎、防风可疏风和血,散皮肤肌表之风;当归、川芎、茺蔚子、苏木可活血祛瘀、化斑通络;紫草清热凉血退斑;甘草调和诸药。《黄帝内径》“有诸形于内,必形于外”,白癜风虽发于肌肤,但体内常伴有瘀血或血热。斑鸠菊消白丸既可疏风和血,又可凉血活血,诸药合用可达到良好的消斑效果。
发明内容
本发明提供斑鸠菊消白丸及其制备工艺。
本发明采用技术方案为:斑鸠菊消白丸它是由下列原料药制成的:驱虫斑鸠菊15g,蒺藜20g,防风15g,当归15g,川芎15g,紫草15g,茺蔚子15g,苏木15g,和甘草6g。
斑鸠菊消白丸,它是由下列重量范围的原料药制成的:驱虫斑鸠菊5g~25g,蒺藜10g~30g,防风5g~25g,当归5g~25g,川芎5g~ 25g,紫草5g~25g,茺蔚子5g~25g,苏木5g~25g,甘草3g~12g。
如上所述的斑鸠菊消白丸的制备工艺:①取驱虫斑鸠菊,茺蔚子、苏木、紫草、甘草五味,加水煮提二次(10倍:各1小时),滤过,提取液合并,减压浓缩至相对密度约1.06(60℃测定,料液比约2∶1),浓缩液经200目滤布滤过,备用。
②按处方比例称取蒺藜、防风、当归、川芎四味饮片,混合粉碎成 100目细粉,充分混匀,药粉经Co-60照射灭菌,备用。
③取备用的药粉,用上述浓缩药液为粘合剂,制成水丸,微波干燥3 小时,分装,每袋装6g,即得成品。
本发明中的药物机理如下:
驱虫斑鸠菊 药性 味苦,性凉。归胃经。具有清除过盛黏液质,促进色素沉着,恢复皮肤颜色,祛湿消肿,散寒止痛,驱虫的功效。主治白癜风,湿寒性炎肿,湿痹疼痛,肠道寄生虫。(360百科词条)。
蒺藜(刺蒺藜) 药性 苦、辛,平。归肝、肺经。具有平肝,解郁,明目,祛风的功效。主治头痛,眩晕,胸胁胀痛,乳房胀痛,癥瘕,目赤翳障,风疹瘙痒,白癜风,痈疽,瘰疬。(《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第1844页)。
防风 药性 辛、甘,微温。归膀胱、肺、脾经。具有祛风解表,胜湿止痛,止痉,止痒的功效,主治外感风寒,偏正头痛,风湿痹痛,腹痛泄泻,肠风下血。破伤风,小二惊风,风疹瘙痒,疮疡初起。(《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第1369页)。
当归 药性 甘、辛、苦,温。归肝、心、脾经。具有补血活血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠的功效。主治血虚诸证,月经不调,经闭,痛经,癥瘕结聚,崩漏,虚寒腹痛,痿痹,肌肤麻木,肠燥便难,赤痢后重,痈疽疮疡,跌扑损伤。(《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第1210页)。
川芎 药性 辛,温。归肝、胆、心包经。具有活血祛瘀,行气开郁,祛风止痛的功效。主治月经不调,经闭痛经,产后瘀滞腹痛,癥瘕肿块,胸胁疼痛,头痛眩晕,风寒湿痹,跌打损伤,痈疽疮疡。 (《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第292页)。
紫草 药性苦、寒。归心、肝经。具有凉血活血,解毒透疹的功效。主治吐血,衄血,尿血,紫癜,斑疹,麻疹,黄疸,痈疽,烫伤。 (《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第3272页)。
茺蔚子 药性 甘、辛。微寒,小毒。归肝经。具有活血调经,清肝明目的功效。主治妇女月经不调,痛经,闭经,产后瘀滞腹痛;肝热头痛,头晕,目赤肿痛,目生翳障。(《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第2168页)。
苏木 药性 甘、成、微辛,平。归心、肝、大肠经。具有活血祛瘀,消肿定痛的功效。主治妇人血滞经闭、痛经,产后瘀阻心腹痛、产后血晕,痈肿,跌打损伤,破伤风。(《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第1508页)。
甘草 药性 甘,平。归脾、胃、心、肺经。具有和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药的功效。主治脾胃虚弱,倦怠食少,腹痛便溏,四肢挛急疼痛,心悸,脏躁,肺痿咳嗽;生用治咽喉肿痛,痈疮肿毒,小儿胎毒,及药物、食物中毒。(《中药大辞典》 南京中医药大学编著 上海科学技术出版社 第二版 第792页)。
本发明的斑鸠菊消白丸,具有活血祛风,温肤着色的功效。用于气血失和所致的寻常型白癜风。

如上所述的斑鸠菊消白丸的制备方法:①取驱虫斑鸠菊,茺蔚子、苏木、紫草、甘草五味,加水煮提二次(10倍:各1小时),滤过,提取液合并,减压浓缩至相对密度约1.06(60℃测定,料液比约2∶1),浓缩液经200目滤布滤过,备用。②按处方比例称取蒺藜、防风、当归、川芎四味饮片,混合粉碎成100目细粉,充分混匀,药粉经Co-60 照射灭菌,备用。③取备用的药粉,用上述浓缩药液为粘合剂,制成水丸,微波干燥3小时,分装,每袋装6g,即得成品。
为表明本发明斑鸠菊消白丸对治疗白癜风的效果,经临床试验结果如下;治疗白癜风患者47例。给与患者服用斑鸠菊消白丸,一次 6g,一日2-3次,口服。三个月为一个疗程,连续用三个疗程观察疗效。痊愈34例占77.19%,好转9例占15.79%,未愈4例占7%,总有效率达93%。

治疗前中医证候积分8分,治疗后中医证候积分2分,中医证候积分减少75%。
结果显示:显效。
临床疗效判定:
参照《白癜风临床分型及疗效标准》[1],并结合中医证候积分判定。
临床控制:白斑消退,肤色恢复正常,中医证候积分减少≥95%;
显效:白斑明显消退,皮损面积恢复正常≥50%,中医证候积分减少为70%~94%;
有效:白斑有所消退,皮损面积恢复正常10%~50%,中医证候积分减少40%~69%;
无效:不符合上述标准。
总有效率=临床控制+显效+有效+之和的百分比。

1.斑鸠菊消白丸,其特征在于它是由下列重量范围的原料药制成:
驱虫斑鸠菊5g~25g,蒺藜10g~30g,防风5g~25g,当归5g~25g,川芎5g~25g,紫草5g~25g,茺蔚子5g~25g,苏木5g~25g,甘草3g~12g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斑鸠菊消白丸,其特征在于:所述丸剂原料药的用量为:驱虫斑鸠菊15g,蒺藜20g,防风15g,当归15g,川芎15g,紫草15g,茺蔚子15g,苏木15g,甘草6g。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的斑鸠菊消白丸的制备方法,其特征在于:
①取驱虫斑鸠菊,茺蔚子、苏木、紫草、甘草五味,加水煮提二次(10倍:各1小时),滤过,提取液合并,减压浓缩至相对密度约1.06(60℃测定,料液比约2∶1),浓缩液经200目滤布滤过,备用。
②按处方比例称取蒺藜、防风、当归、川芎四味饮片,混合粉碎成100目细粉,充分混匀,药粉经Co-60照射灭菌,备用。
